Highly recommend Karma for people with gluten sensitivities. The staff here are very knowledgeable about the ingredients and wheat-free tamari is the default soy sauce on the table. The menu is clearly marked. No dedicated fryer, however. Skillful and friendly staff and high-quality food and drinks.

Cute and efficient pizza stop with custom made options! I love the opportunity to pay the same price for the ingredients I desire vs. the restaurant’s signature pies. What a wonderful option! If you crave pizza and don’t have a lot of time, know what you will get a good pizza with exactly the toppings you want here at Your Pie. The servers were super sweet too, and it’s a high ceiling, open concept room with tables - and booths if you prefer more privacy. They also have a huge patio and I heard we’re dog friendly. Prices are less than I last paid for a good pizza - and they have gluten free options if you need. Well done! 👍

They have gluten free pastries and dairy free though when I was there they only had one that was both --an almond muffin. It had a great flavor but was very dense. My glutenphiles loved their pastries.

The food is excellent. Super fresh, wildly flavorful. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food. They have several gluten free and dairy free options, and will modify where they can. I would go back in a minute.

We really enjoyed the food. They are great for dietary restrictions. Gluten-free dairy free vegan vegetarian. The people that worked here were also very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the Bobo tea.

Wow. A little hot bowl of mic droppin’ goodness found here. A homey fast paced open kitchen atmosphere creates to the vibe. Kids bowls were a hit. Mic Drop! Dish with chefs recommended spicy broth was unbelievable!! Gluten free noodle option for the wife. Make sure if you don’t like spice to ask ahead if dishes are spicy. Cooks are amazing team workers. They didn’t even say a word to each other and I watched them prepare almost 100 dishes while I sat there. Just straight business!!

Enjoyed a fresh and healthy visit to our day with the Revive and Field of Greens juices. Gluten free bread was available (and delicious). The staff was careful to ensure a tasty and safe meal for gluten allergies/Celiac. The Southwest Pubwich was a twist on a classic that gave it a smokey and somewhat spicy kick. Opt for the hummus rather than chips! I was intrigued with the description of the Golden Turkey Tail hot drink - I ordered it and was not disappointed! The coconut milk, turmeric and ginger flavors are a perfect combination of sweet and spice - great for cooler weather while walking around downtown.

Avoiding gluten, you may miss things like pancakes and crepes. The gluten-free crepe here is AMAZING!!! Had the banana strawberry chocolate, with a iced coffee - sinfully delicious!!!

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement... We have been coming to Tinderbox Kitchen since 2011 and have been dining there every time we are in Flagstaff. We drive almost 3 hours. We made a reservation a month ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were called by the owner, Nick, the day before to let us know they had a private event going on and we would need to either cancel our reservation OR they could see us at their sister location, Teatro, at the same time as the original reservation. I am gluten free... I do not normally eat Italian, but, Nick said, "You will be well taken care of" so we decided to try it out. We did a little research on Teatro and they are known for their superior service and wine knowledge which we were excited about. Our experience was average. The hostess asked if it was our anniversary and we said "Yes". Our server was fine but at no time provided any guidance on wine, any info on the food, basically average. The food was fine, I could only pick from half of the menu and they were accommodating with a pasta substitution so I could eat. The manager never approached our table, even though he was wandering around, to say anything about our issue with Tinderbox. When we received the bill, there was no acknowledgment of our inconvenience or any kind of compensation. Now, I am not expecting our meal to be free, but I was thinking a dessert? Appetizer? Something to say, "Hey, thanks for staying with our group of restaurants and spending $250 on food that wasn't your first or second choice on a pretty important night." Had the manager even just said anything, a thank you, Happy Anniversary, anything, we would not be so upset.. I just thought THAT Place Projects would be a little more professional and upscale. Best meal so far on our 2000mile road trip. Made a bee-line for this place as offer some gluten free options (such as all the meats without buns, coleslaw, potato salad and the rice's) and soooo glad we did. Melt in the mouth brisket (a must with the 'slaw), great pulled chicken with a chunky creamy (but not too much) potato salad & spot on Cajun blackened Catfish...all balanced with the best toasted cornbread and ice cold beer. Make this a stop when you're in Flagstaff.

This quaint little spot is a favorite of mine. I often get the crispy rice bowl. The real star of the show is their coffees. While prices for food might seem a little high, the coffee is worth every penny. Overall, the food is fresh and well cooked. I have a gluten allergy and their rice bowl hits the spot every time. My husband gets the burrito and is always satisfied!

I'd give zero stars if I could. If you have a wheat or gluten allergy, don't eat in Flagstaff, AZ. They do not follow safe food handling procedures for allergies. The person who does their fry station also handles wrapping up the burgers. They go from touching burger buns (wheat/gluten) with their gloved hands and without changing gloves, go to the uncooked fries and scoops them up and sticks them in the baskets and fries them cross-contacting all the fries and the fryer oil with wheat and gluten. The manager on duty proceeded to state this how they always do their fries. Insisting incorrectly the fry oil at 350 degrees kills the allergens. Heat does does nothing to kill allergen proteins, just keeps them in circulation. Don't risk your health or your life eating here if you have food allergies and don't buy the hype on their website, they have zero clue about avoiding cross-contact.

Beautiful 2-story open Sushi lounge in the Monte Vista Hotel in the historic Flagstaff district. The food came out incredibly fast, full of flavor and color. There weren't many gluten-free options but is understandable based on the sauces they use. However, they did have gluten-free soy sauce. I loved the vibe, great music, friendly host staff, and our waiter was a delight. I look forward to returning and exploring the menu further. Arigatō!

We were visiting from the valley for new years and were very impressed with this bar! The gluten free buns for the burgers are AMAZING. Honestly the best burger i’ve ever had in my life!! The staff was so friendly even on such a busy night. We will be returning next year for sure!

Savannah did an excellent job and was very attentive and helpful. I have celiac disease (can’t have gluten) and had to order off of the gluten free menu. She was very knowledgeable about what items are gluten free and made us fresh house salads with no croutons. It’s challenging to find restaurants that I can eat at so I am very grateful to have so many food options to choose from! Thanks again for making our meal so enjoyable!

🌱 Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free Options If you think off the beaten track, you'll think of this place. Near a carpark, behind alley ways it's a little hard to find but oh, so so worth it. It doesn't look like a cafe from the front, but once inside you'll smell the coffee, food and be greeted by a friendly face. This little cafe adds heart and soul to their food and you can taste it. The food is creative, the coffee can be organic, tastes great. The food - well I only ever got the Blackberry Duck Tacos because they are honestly some of the best things i've ever tasted in my life.

Brandy's is the cutest, funky little place! just about what you'd expect in a lively college town. Ben was an exceptional server of one of the best breakfast omelet I think I've ever had. I had been craving hollandaise sauce, and there it was on the omelet of smoked turkey, Muenster cheese & avocado...all gluten free by my choice. Loved it.

Standard Denny's With the standard menu. Coffee good but weak. Omelets excellent, but again no gluten free English muffins. That was one of the reasons I went there when on the road. They were better than the traditional English muffins. Will instead be going to a local chain called Eggstacy with gluten free muffins and gluten free pancakes

Not a good gluten-free menu. I just got some chips and salsa. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with a drink and watching a game. It got busy but I was able to find a place to sit and unwind after a long day.

We sat in the back on the patio and it was perfect sitting under an umbrella with trees dappling the lowering sun with oldie swing jazz music. They brought our gelato out first like we like it and our gluten free meals came out beautifully presented and very good! Gf noodles are usually rubbery, but their chef cooked them to perfection. We would make the two hour trip back up just to come eat here again. They also made my Coke Zero a Cherry Coke using syrup from the bar. We enjoyed eating here!
