I really wanted to love this place. Service was great. I’m celiac so I was excited to find a breakfest joint I could eat at. I ate a Ruben with fries. Was really good even got one to go. But within the hour my stomach dropped out and I have to find a bathroom. I’m unsure if it was due to gluten or just how heavy/greasy the food was. I love that this restaurant has gluten free options and takes allergies seriously! I wasn't thrilled with the service tho. My husband and I made a reservation Friday evening for a date. I picked on open table a standard table, assuming that's in the dining area not the bar. When we arrived, they were busy and it appeared they ran out of tables so they seated us at one the extended tables from the bar. I wasn't happy with the experience there, although the bartender took our orders quickly and was friendly, no one ever came back to check on us. I had a request for extra sauce but no one came by. I would have rather waited for a table than be seated at the bar, because you don't make a reservation to just sit at the bar.

What an AMAZING find! The family and I were up this way for a tour of Oakridge Dairy and this place was recommended by the dairy guide. I am so glad we stopped in. They offer some of the best Gluten Free treats in the area and their fresh bagels and sandwiches are so much better than anything from the chain coffee shops. Such a wonderful little cafe! The coffee was delicious. I bought one of their specials, pistachio tiramisu iced latte. We also got a BEC and their California BEC, and it was VERY good. My gf has some food allergies, including dairy and gluten. We placed a pickup order and ended up getting there early. I waited inside and watched them make hers. Normally if we were in line, they would wipe down the equipment and counter. Standing from the side, I watched them blatantly make the sandwich, ignoring all instances of cross contamination. The brat at the counter had the nerve to lie to me and tell me they wiped it down, literally smirking as he said it. To make matters worse, it's been months and I'm yet to hear back from the manager on a return. Did some research and found that intentionally ignoring allergies is a form of assault. If I had known I wouldve had her consider filing charges.

On Sunday March 9th at approximately 7:40pm, I ordered a gluten free hot sandwich. I arrived to Jersey Mikes at about 8pm, and still had to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made. The excuse was that they had many online orders and unfortunately because my sandwich was gluten free, it got pushed back because there was cleaning involved to prevent cross contamination, which is understandable. That being said, the Enfield shop in particular has very disorganized service and everyone seems to run their mouth constantly instead remaining productive and focusing on customer satisfaction, poor communication in my opinion. At the end, I was handed a regular sandwich and it turned out that the person who made the sandwich, didn’t even know who it belonged to. They should be on top of which sandwich belongs to who bottom line. A regular sandwich should have NEVER reached my hands if they were well organized. Shameful service.
