Small, very nice restaurant! Super tasty and special pizzas. An insider tip for people with gluten intolerance. The menu offers a variety of gluten-free pizzas, which are prepared with fresh dough. These can even be baked in a separate oven upon request! The gluten-free French fries were also delicious.

We ate there a couple of times for lunch. The location is very beautiful and quiet, you can eat in peace practically on the sea. Excellent traditional Sicilian cuisine, few dishes but with fresh and enhanced raw materials. The staff is very hospitable and courteous. Added value of the structure: the possibility of eating gluten-free. Excellent value for money. Advised!

Among the various ones in the town, my girlfriend and I came across the Gelateria Vernaci. First of all, the place is super cute. It is located right on one of the main streets, where in the evening there are a lot of people walking. The atmosphere is fantastic, even now on late summer evenings. But let's get to the point: ice cream is delicious! My girlfriend is a little complicated with food (gluten and lactose intolerant), but she was happy here. They have several lactose-free flavors, and for some they use stevia instead of sugar. We went there three nights in a row. Once we had the granita (very good), but the other two we couldn't resist the ice cream. The girls who work there are super nice! Always smiling and available to explain everything about the various flavours. In short, if you happen to be in Castellammare, stop by. Whether you want a classic ice cream or are looking for something lactose-free, this is the place for you. And then come on, an evening walk with a nice ice cream in hand... what's better?
