I had messaged Rhombus Guys in Fargo through the form on their website to inquire about vegan options.
The assistant manager responded quickly and told me that they "have Daiya cheese, a vegan option thin or gluten free crust,vegan marinara, and a homemade Seitan sausage."
They also have a lot of veggie toppings to choose from... including pickles! (My son tried it and really liked the pickles on his pizza. Who knew? )

We really enjoyed the restaurant until very recent. The atmosphere is esthetically pleasing, the food usually really good. However the service is not always on point and I have to say the new menu look and how the tables are set up is frustrating. The menu is a large two sided card stock that is cumbersome to read over when sitting right next to another member of our party. You feel.like your going to bump them with the menu. Secondly, if you require gluten free or vegan you must let the host who seats you know because that is on a separate smaller menu now. Lastly but the most frustrating part is that they place the cutlery directly on the table with an appetizer plate in the center holding your napkin. Then they place the menu that contain greasy finger marks and food stains directly on top of your napkin. Mind you the menu is so large that it also sits on top of the cutlery you will use to eat your meal. Beyond gross. The waitress we had simply responded that they "try" to clean the menus. I showed the waitress the evidence and responded this is disgusting.

Yesterday was the second visit here. The first was about 4 months ago. I had never had sushi before this. I have to order off the gluten free menu as I have celiac. While there are less options and you can't do the all you can eat, there's still a pretty big list of things and variety to try different types of sushi/sashimi and rolls. We were passing through Fargo on our way to Glacier NP and camping at Lindenwood Park Campground. Luna Fargo was walking distance from the campground and sounded interesting. The food was excellent, the heirloom tomato panzanella was so fresh and the chef was excellent in avoiding a food sensitivity that I have. We both had the Wagyu Beef Zebuton, it was perfectly cooked and the veggies were excellent. Good choices in wine. Lorna, our server was great, we shared that we were traveling from NC and this was our first time in Fargo. She asked if it was a special occasion and it was almost our 44th wedding anniversary. We were offered a complementary dessert but we declined, undeterred, Lorna sent us back to the campground with delicious cheese and gluten free crackers in hand. What a great fine for a memorable evening!

Ordered gluten free Mac and cheese. I am celiac. The Mac and cheese was awful. The cheese sauce drowned the noodles. The cheese was absolutely soupy and seemed watered down. Not impressed at all.

I had one recent visit where the employee tried a couple of times to get me not to purchase the cookies when I said I had celiac (gluten allergy), due to them not being able to guarantee cross contamination. The next visit I didn't mention my allergy and the staff was fine. I've not been sick from their food, their cookies are great! :)

Unbelievable glad multiple people who ordered after me gets their food first!!!! they charge for the extras then they don't put it on I asked for a hamburger with a gluten-free bun but yet put cheese on it and put a regular bun on it I'm pretty sure the allergens don't like that Never will be back, then the manager Jocelyn just made it 10 times worse
