Rae at the Orem location was FABULOUS!! Always our favorite for GF pizza. As a severe celiac, my daughter doesn’t have many options eating out. Whenever we’re down from ID this is a must stop…the whole family loves it!
Our family of 6 had a a great experience for dinner- great friendly service and delicious food. We had a number of gluten free meals and appreciated that they came out on red plates to signify an allergy. Everything was yummy and perfectly prepared. Izzi took great care of us- kept our waters full and brought everything out quickly since we were in a bit of hurry. We haven’t been here in a long time but are looking forward to coming back!
They take celiac disease very seriously and have protocol in place when you alert them. So many yummy sushi options. They do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer.
Awesome! My daughter has several allergies (including celiac) and this is the only place she can safely eat out.
The workers in Orem are amazing and so nice and friendly! We had a large order and everything was perfect!
Thank you so much for keeping my daughter safe!
Great pizza options but it is NOT fast at all. In fact, the people here care waaaayyy more about their online orders and the people waiting in line turn gray before they get their food. It’s actually ridiculous.
If you come, order online because you’ll get it faster.
Celiac friendly options are OK but I would skip next time because I’ve been waiting for 20+ mins just to order and only five people were in front of me
I have celiac disease and a wheat allergy. I've been able to eat the Baja bowl without any problems. I like that you can ask for it to be "gluten friendly" on their app when you order it. My only complaint is that the chicken can be tough and have gristle in it. Other than that it's one of my go to's for fast food.
I love a restaurant that takes gluten free seriously! They take extra precautions like a glove change and making sure the hotdog isn’t grilled in a spot where gluten would be, and they have gluten free buns! Plus all of their toppings are gf! The only thing that isn’t is the fries, and they make sure to let you know. I was with a friend who ordered fries and they made sure I knew the fries weren’t gluten free! Such great knowledgeable staff! That’s for doing gluten free right!
The food was awesome! We’ve never had this type of Brazilian food before; it’s very light and fresh. Can’t believe we have this in Utah, wish there were more locations. Great gluten free spot with delicious sugar-free avocado shake. Kind and friendly service.
My son can't stop raving about this place. Really good fancy pizza. Nice thin crust. Really nice appetizers and fun desserts. Really great vibe and staff. Comfortable and cozy. Excellent gluten-free pizza crust.
Great crepes, both sweet and savory. And they have gluten free! They are a little thicker than normal crepes, more like a large thin pancake. Gluten free was a little spongy. But they taste great. Lots of fun toppings with unique names for each crepe.
This may be the best Thai food I’ve ever had. We ordered the Massamon curry and the yellow curry and both were absolutely delicious. I’m assuming the very nice man that greeted me was the owner, he was very kind and helpful. They also have a nice menu with a lot of clearly marked gluten free meals. We were just passing through but if we ever do again, we’re stopping here for sure.
I come here regularly. Everything in the cafe is farm fresh and organic. Plenty of gluten free/vegan options as well. The cafe is kept fairly clean. This ISN'T a fast food place. Be patient, as the workers prioritize quality, and have a lot on their plates to take care of (pun intended).
I recommend getting the Chicken Pesto Panini, the Breakfast Sandwich, Iced Toasted Marshmallow, or Iced Matcha Tea.
However, my one complaint is the pricing of some of the menu items. Some things are just too unnecessarily pricey.
That aside, very great cafe, and I love the welcoming atmosphere. The store is also very well-kept and organized.
Wonderful top quality sandwiches that destroy all other sandwich chains. The prices are a little higher, but the quality is worth it. Their gluten free bread is excellent. Service here is always fantastic.
Some of the best food you will ever eat. There's always a long wait list to get in unless you get there farely early. They provide a lot of locally produced food products. It's not expensive either.
I personally appreciate they have a gluten free pancake mix they make that doesn't include corn as I can't eat that either. And syrup that isn't corn syrup. They have options like Dutchbabies that you don't see at other breakfasts places. Excellent place to eat if you can get in.
Reviewing for two reasons:
1) So there aren't 666 reviews anymore lol
2) Because this is a great place to go! We love that there are options for the vegetarian in the family as well as gluten-free for me. The food is tasty, fresh, and delicious. Our location can be a bit slow sometimes, but online ordering is a great option.
So many amazing dessert options from the case, plus freshly baked cakes on display you can get slices of. They have everything from lemon bars to salted caramel brownies (even a gluten free shelf).
For our recent visit, my husband and I shared a cazookie (pazookie but in a cake pan) which was half white chocolate macadamia nut and half chocolate candy egg special for Easter. Super decadent, and meant to be shared.
Prices are fair, and it's a cute eclectic space as far as seating goes. Big open parking lot in the back. I will definitely be visiting again soon!
The servers were super nice and worked with my allergies of being gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant and there's a lot of good food even though I can't do those two things. 👍

The food is good, not great. It's a smaller restaurant with adequate seating. Most patrons ordered take-out. They serve a variety of noodle based dishes - pasta, gluten free, and vegetable based noodles.
This is flavorful food, well prepared. I love the Athenian burger on a gluten free bun with a side of sweet potato fries with fry sauce. I always have enough for two meals and a bit to spare!
I grew up in Orem but now live in St Louis. This is my favorite lunch stop when I'm in town visiting. Their wing sauce is the bomb! They are always friendly. If you hit them midday there is often a wait for seating. I will say that they do not have a lot of gluten free options, which is an issue for me.
Me and my family usually love Costa Vida, but one of the reasons we loved Costa Vida was their commitment to offering gluten free options with careful food preparation for gluten allergies. Me and my wife both have Celiac disease, and cross contamination is a real concern for us. When we went this last time, they did their whole “change the gloves and wash their hands” routine which I appreciated, but I had just watched the last 10 people in front of us have their meat weighed out on top of their flour tortilla and then the excess just tossed back until the bin. That meat had been in direct contact with gluten and was being tossed over and over again onto a flour tortilla and back into the bin, then back onto someone else’s flour tortilla then back into the bin. Weighing the meat could be done on a separate tray if it really MUST be weighed, but it should NOT be done on top of each customers food with the excess tossed back into then bin. Needless to say, we may end up going elsewhere, which breaks my heart because we have enjoyed Costa vida for years! PLEASE change this policy and stop cross contaminating your food simply because you want to weigh the meat!
The Brazilian stroganoff was amazing and the passion fruit mousse was a fun, new dessert. It's always fun to try something new and look up recipes to recreate at home. The service was friendly and helpful. My husband has Celiac disease and they do a shared fryer, but all the main dishes are gluten-free which is great for us! Would recommend this for casual, quick dining.
I tried to ask one of the employees if they had any gluten free pizza and she pepper sprayed me. But not with actual pepperspray it was actually a tee-shirt cannon filled with red pepper flakes still can't tell which was worse
The menu has a fair coverage of items available, what we tried was really pretty decent, but we had some hiccups. Eating in, the air is so cold, and the fries are so thin, they cool off really quickly. Having kids with us, they were really particular about not liking cold fries. The sandwiches were good, I tried the tri-tip cali-style "spicy", spouse tried the tri-tip steak torta which has a good flavor but the texture neither of us could really handle. If texture doesn't bother you, it'll be great. The spicy wasn't really spicy to me, but I like some spicier foods, it's kind of a mid-westerner-spicy kind of spicy. Mid westerners don't do spice, so for them, it would be spicy. The kids liked the kids meals aside from the fries getting cold 🥶 before they got them. One disappointment from the menu was our oldest wanted chicken tenders or chicken fingers, but something that was breaded and fried. The closest option was Frankie four fingers which is 4 slices of grilled chicken, fairly plain. We've spent similar amounts at other places and got what we thought was a better bang for our buck. The caveat to the price, there are a lot of items that are vegan, gluten free, etc., so they cater to a trendy hip crowd that is looking for those things, and usually those things aren't cheap, so I can't fault them too much on price because the quality of the food is closer to a home made quality in many respects.
Always a great experience here. They are awesome with making sure my food is gluten free....changing gloves, getting new utensils and food containers. I always get the hard tacos with white rice chicken and corn salsa. Definitely could eat here every day!
We've been here a couple of times since the ownership changed, and both times, the food and service were fantastic. The Mama Mia pizza is the best prosciutto pizza I've ever had - it was loaded! And the gluten-free crust is crispy and tasted great! Highly recommend this place.

I have been craving cream puffs forever but could never find anyone who made them gluten free. It is an hour drive to get here for me, but super worth it! I called the day before and the woman I spoke with was extremely nice and helped me decide on which flavors to get. I got 2 of each in the eclair, original whip, strawberry, salted caramel, aloha and passion fruit. Oh my goodness, I am in heaven! They kept cold all the way home and I was worried that they wouldn’t be good if not eaten in the same day, but they are great. If you have had a gluten free donut before then you know that they do not keep well and need to be eaten right away. These keep well in the fridge and are super delicious the next day which is nice since I have to travel to get them. Definitely call ahead for the gluten free, I will for sure be back to try the seasonal taro flavor. This was exactly what I wanted for my birthday treat, thank you Tam’s Cream puffs for creating something unique. Sooo so good, every flavor is amazing!

The service was great! Unfortunately, even with telling the server I needed gluten-free due to Celiac Disease, I got extremely sick. I don't recommend if you have any gluten intolerance or allergy.
Hands down the best BBQ in northern Utah. We showed up literally 2 minutes before closing and they welcomed us warmly and let us eat in the restaurant. The food is amazing and they clearly label what is gluten free and dairy free among other allergens. There is often live music here on the weekends. Also, try the sauce selection. Definitely recommend.
We LOVE Menchie's! The variety of flavors is wonderful, and they even have gluten-free, dairy-free options, which we greatly appreciate. They have lots of different toppings that are always fresh and delicious. We also love that they are open late enough that we can go there to get a fun treat after a concert, play or dinner in the evening.
Really disappointed at their handling of food allergies. I am gluten intolerant and so specified that on the ordering form for a catered lunch. When I arrived, the host said that food sensitive meals were on the side. I looked and they made all of the food sensitive meals to be the tofu option, as if all of the food sensitive meals were related to meat limitations. I raised it to the host and she said that the restaurant did this, even though they gave specific instructions to the restaurant. I checked and the tofu was not gluten free, so aside from me preferring the chicken option the tofu literally was not compliant with my dietary needs. Additionally, the meals all had teriyaki sauce, which is traditionally not GF, and after checking the allergen menu was correct in that assumption. Rumbi chose to ignore dietary limitations and if I hadn't checked would have had gluten in two of my items even though I asked for a gluten free meal. Eating out with dietary restrictions can be really complicated and scary, and it's incredibly disappointing when a restaurant disregards it and gives so little care.
Busy, busy time of day and everyone was hustling to serve the patrons. The GM served us - He did ok 😉 Seriously, the service from everyone was excellent. And their gluten free really was gluten free. Thanks.
Very great food and great service! They were so good with kids too!
Their menu had specific labels if a dish was gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. I found that very thoughtful for those with dietary restrictions.
The portion is huge, it taste great, it's vegan, gluten free, super flavorful, veggies are fresh, tofu is cooked perfectly. As a person with digestive issues, it's exciting to find a place that has a dish that is perfect for me. It has none of my food sensitivities in it, and, it is curry but isn't spicy. Which I need something not spicy. Excellent, new favorite place.
My kids and I love green me smoothie. I love that they are no
added sweeteners and they are delicious. My toddler and her big sister always want to go here. It’s awesome dairy free and gluten free options are also a huge plus
Best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! So moussey, velvety, and creamy! It’s like heaven in your mouth! The best part is that they have several gluten free flavors and it’s prepared to be celiac safe! This place looks so cute and clean inside too! I’m already a return customer! My first time I got the GF Caramel cold and the second time the caramel on top was warm. As feedback I preferred it cold more! Love the GF Raspberry too!
Very good food. They have a bunch of gluten-free options and they’re knowledgeable about what contains gluten and what doesn’t. Excellent service. Everyone we interacted with was nice and professional. They brought me gluten-free soy sauce without me even asking.
We love the food here. It’s our favorite hamburger place in the valley. We comes once a month and are always happy. Also best gluten-free buns. Best fry sauce in the valley too! And love those fries.
Pizza was good. The box is the ugliest Ive ever seen.
Very grateful for a gluten free option! They changed their gloves before handling it and put it in a special tray for the oven, which I super appreciate as I have celiac disease. Thank you for caring and being cautious - it means a lot!
