Celiac friendly!! Often times restaurants will say they are CF and then we get treated bad. Astro Burger was amazing. They prevented cross contamination and were so kind about it. Thank you.
I have Celiac Disease and I know this place is always a safe place for me to eat. Buying a cauliflower crust isn't what you should get since it's made in the same prep area as the rest of the normal pizza. If you ask for the gluten free pizza, you order off a different menu. The gluten free menu has only 1 size of pizza but it's plenty for 1-2 people. The gluten free pizza is made in a separate kitchen free of gluten, and on separate pans. The pizza is amazing too.
This is a staple for me. I always get the sunshine and pd roll but the executive and tnt and the one with mango and jalapeño are also good. The dessert is amazing though I miss the gluten free cheesecakes they used to have. I’ve never gotten sick here. You also can buy their gluten free teriyaki and jalapeño teriyaki in bottles to take home.
Such an unprofessional environment. The employees are constantly gossiping about other employees in front of guests and clearly don't care at all about the work they're doing. They have gluten-free options, but they are so careless and uninformed. I ended up throwing my son's quesadilla away and cooked him food at home. I am certain that he would have gotten sick if he ate it.
Hand down the BEST SUSHI in the valley
They are also really good about gluten free accomodations. I love this place
We've been coming here for years and will continue forever!!!
I loved my tri-top salad, except for the fact that it was 80% lettuce. The dressing was delicious and unique. My husband's cheeseburger on a gluten free bun was very good. I feel like it's expensive to eat there though and I don't like the atmosphere.... it's all cement and very sterile.
I order their Floripa Flex (protein bowl) when
I’m having a sweet tooth and need a boost in my protein for the day, it’s incredibly made every single time. The gluten free Brazilian cheese bread is to die for, tonight I ordered a single order (3) and they gave back to me for continuous business to them by giving me a dozen at no extra cost.
support local! 💕
Food is delicious and light, mostly everything on the menu is gluten free. Flavor combinations. Clean atmosphere, friendly service. Will definitely be coming here again
The food is good, and it is great to have a gluten free option around here, but the service is lacking. They routinely mess up out orders, often leaving out the upgrade items (that were an additional cost). Then the manager gives you attitude when you point it out. She also talks to the employees about customers in Spanish in an attempt to make it so that the customers don't know what she's saying. Only works if you don't have bilingual customers... And it's pretty inappropriate anyway.
Excellent service by Johnnie! Got a gluten free sandwich and everything was made safely and given to me hot. Delicious food, best sweet potato fries I've had!
Made an order for pick up for 4 pizzas, one of which was supposed to have a gluten free/friendly crust due to an allergy. At pick up, I checked with the staff twice to make sure it was made with the correct crust, they told me both times it was gf. Upon arriving at home, and eating a slice, noticed it didn't taste right and there were no stickers to show it was gluten free. Called them to double check and the manager informed us that they forgot to mark the one pizza gluten free. They offered to remake it correctly or give a credit for a pizza another time.
My mom and I came here for an impromptu lunch date, and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, we were seated immediately and were served quickly. We both got the Chile Verde dinner plate (minus the beans and cheese), and OH MY GOODNESS, it was incredible. I've had a lot of Chile Verde carnitas plates before, and this one was by FAR the best I've had. The pork was so tender and flavorful, the sauce was AMAZING, and the rice was absolutely delicious. I will for sure be ordering this every time we come! We had Juan as our server, and he was very helpful and kind! We both have allergies to gluten and dairy, and he was very accommodating and patient with our customizations and requests for the order. Thank you for the amazing meal! We will definitely be back again.
Gluten free menu!! Grilled pineapple rings, salad, skewers of flavored chicken & Beef. Plus the owner came to our table and visited-very good experience!
Great place, quick service. Good food. Easy to customize exactly what you want. Some inside dinning well spaced apart. Very clean restaurant. Produce was very fresh.
I wish corporate Zupas was more transparent about ingredients so I could work around a gluten allergy. I understand there is always a contamination risk, but don't see why I can't know if flour is a main ingredient in a soup recipe.
We were in town from Arizona and this place was close to where we were staying. It had some unique dishes that we had never seen at an Indian restaurant and decided to try it. We are very glad we did! They have pizza versions of all of our favorite Indian/curry dishes. They also have the best gluten free/cauliflower crust we've ever had on a pizza! We'll be keeping our fingers crossed that they bring a location to Phoenix.
Every time I come to this chick fil a they get my order wrong. I go through the drive thru and I order either grilled chicken nuggets or a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun(because I have to eat gluten free) and I drive away and get home to find they gave me either the wrong chicken nuggets or the wrong bun! And then I have to drive back to the chick fil a and get the right ones!!
I have ordered take out many times from Karuwaa. My favorite items are the vegetable pakora and the fish coconut curry. Their food is always delicious and I like to keep half for leftovers. They list their gluten free options.
MOZZ pizza is the best!! My husband and I both have a gluten and dairy allergy and they are very accommodating and the pizza crust was so good I had to do a double check to make sure it was gluten free! The service is always amazing and food is 20/10! If you are in the area you definitely need to stop here!
PRETTY DANG GOOD, especially considering I can’t eat gluten or dairy, and I’m a pescatarian. Hahahahaha meaning I don’t eat meat! Pretty funny... at least to me ha.
Came here after church which is next door almost to this joint. It was close and open and everyone else likes meat except me and maybe one other friend, not sure if she was with us or not though!
Service was great, can’t complain. Drinks were taken care of consistently and the service was appreciated!

Yum yum yum! I love munchies and I always will! I don’t know how long they’ve been in Utah but they know the way to my heart.
Most of the yogurtlands we use to have went out of business so the next best place you can go to get delicious frozen yogurt is menchies.
Gluten free and vegan options do not disappoint!

Schmidt’s Pastry Cottage is hands down one of our favorite places to eat! The food is amazing and we love sitting on the patio with our pups.
I am gluten free and very picky. I am obsessed with their chicken berry salad. Like I literally crave it.
Plus, they have so many yummy treats, even for those with diet restrictions like me.
The staff is kind and welcoming. You will absolutely love this place!
Fantastic cheesecake, but their website is difficult to navigate and find information. I tried looking for gluten free flavors and the flavors of the week and it kept taking me to other sections of the site. I have been in to the store as well and they are very helpful and careful with the gluten free options.
Really bad experience, I asked for a gluten free bowl (I have celiac disease, and literally specified I have an allergy) and they brought out a bowl with fried onions. I can’t eat that, I’ll start vomiting and having diarrhea in like an hour. The lady was mean about it too saying it was okay because I “looked so healthy”. I took it to the front and they made me buy a new one instead of just replacing the one I was allergic to. So I paid $30 for two bowls, I can’t eat one, and they weren’t even that good (too sweet, needs more lime or fish sauce). Would not recommend, and I will not be recommending them to the gluten free community in Utah.
The food was amazing. I got the bacon cheese burger with the gluten-free bun, and I wasn't disappointed. The gluten-free bun was very good. It was like eating a regular burger. It was a nice treat. The ice cream was really good.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We are so glad we found Maira’s Mexican Grill while passing through town—it was absolutely AMAZING! 🌮🎉
Not only was the food outstanding (truly packed with flavor and cooked to perfection), but they also offered separate gluten-free menus, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch for those of us with dietary restrictions. 🙌🌽
Their house margarita was delicious—perfectly balanced and refreshing—and the service was just as wonderful as the food. We left full, happy, and already talking about how we wish we had this gem back home!
If you’re in the area, don’t miss this spot. It’s a total win for flavor, hospitality, and accessibility! 🍹🌶️💃
I’ve been to the porch a few times before but never on a busier “date night” night. The waiter was attentive, the first drinks came out quickly and the food was amazing (obvi the pasta had all the gluten but I couldn’t help but take a pic!). When I ordered, I made a point to mention that I was gluten free, and the waiter, Billy/Evan said that everything I ordered was ok for me to eat -so it was sooo nice knowing he had knowledge of the menu! The Brussels app are insanely good, I’ll be craving them from now on. The only reason I’m not dubbing this 5 stars is because the second set of drinks we ordered to a a bit of a while…but that will not stop us from going back! Great experience, better food.
My boyfriend and I recently went on a gluten-free diet for health reasons and have to be really careful. We informed the staff and they made sure our sashimi salad didn’t have its usual sauce - instead they provided Ponzu sauce and walked us through the ingredients in it. I so appreciate the care & attention given - the sashimi salad is also absolutely incredible. The restaurant is super cute & has a great vibe. 10/10 recommend to everyone !!!
Love the cute coffee shop atmosphere. Erin was so sweet and kind checking on us often and clear our table as girlfriend chatted forever. Food was great as well for this gluten free girl.

I'm SO thrilled that you started carrying gluten free cookies! Usually when my family and I got out for a little treat, I get left out. But now we can all grab something together. Thank you!
Tried the strawberry frappe and a large iced coffee with oat milk and raspberry syrup. The strawberry frappe is gluten free (the barista checked for me!), not sure about celiac friendly. Comfy couches inside and a good place to catch up with friends.
Super delicious! I'm Celiac and got their delicious Birria pizza for my birthday. They were knowledgeable, friendly and had great service! I did NOT get sick from their gluten free cauliflower crust, so no cross contamination. They also did something special for my birthday which I thought was a sweet touch. I will definitely be eating here again.
