Went Friday. They were able to accommodate but the short rib nachos which were advertised as GF I was told they used a shared fryer. They do carry Udi buns.

This is a chain taco place in the lobby of a MOXY hotel (Marriott?). Food is good. Order from kiosk. Big bar. Hip modern trendy interior to match hotel.
Got breakfast tacos - corn tortillas, gluten free gf per server. Got one of each of the two kinds, they were both good.
$5 per taco is a bit much as the portions are small. Not the best value for money, but good stuff.
Doc Crow’s has the most number of reviews (+4,000 as of 4/2025) and they are all consistently high. Plus, I was in a hotel around the corner - definitely had to stop by. Ate at the bar. Great atmosphere - plenty of bourbon and beer for you to choose from.
They have a dedicated gluten free menu - a photo is attached. All the meats and the obvious sides are okay - as are the wings. Got the wings and the ribs.
I did politely ask if I could sample a small piece of brisket and was told my only option was to “order the sampler platter.” It’s great that they have that - but I’m not interested in sampling pulled pork or chicken. My preference is beef brisket and ribs.
The ribs fell off the bone. The wings were good - nothing special. The baked beans were really good. The guy next to me was unhappy with the food, as he doesn’t like dry rub style and prefers lots of sauce, and he doesn’t like fatty brisket - they charge $2 for lean brisket and I guess he didn’t go for it. Again, I didn’t get to try the brisket and there is no ability to order just meat, and there are no 2 or 3 meat combo plates.

My kids loved the food here. I am gluten free and they were super helpful with my order to make sure I ordered what I can eat. The food and service were awesome and I would highly recommend!
Nice place to enjoy a tasty pizza or Italian dish with various beverages. Simple furnishings, big screen tv for sports enthusiasts.
Gluten-free crust offered.
The experience was great. The meats were great. The atmosphere was pleasant but standard.
Cheese bread is good and gluten free. Pineapple is amazing.
They are very generous with the cheaper meats, but the more expensive ones don't come around as much and they slice off small pieces of it. If you want a particular item, don't be afraid to ask for it, as much as you want. They will get it for you. Don't fill up on the basics. Go hungry.
I had a wonderful experience here last weekend! With Celiac disease it's sometimes hard to find a place that's safe for me to eat, but the server and the manager of Proof On Main both assured me of how seriously they take food allergies. It meant the world for the manager to take the time to speak with us. My meal was delicious and it was even better knowing that they care about food allergy safety! Next time I'm in the city we will definitely be back.

Be prepared to spend money, but be prepared to eat in one of the finest restaurants in Louisville. The food is exceptional. Service is impeccable. Our waiter overheard us discussing our future grandchild (due 2023) and presented the expectant parents with a cute onesie and bibs. My husband has gluten allergies and they immediately presented him with a gluten free menu. If you have the opportunity I highly recommend this restaurant.
When I went it was almost closing time and they didn't have much left. But the customer service was great! She knew they were running low so when I asked for some rice she got some from the back. I will be coming back since I am right around the corner. Being gluten-free it is nice to have an option so close by.
Gluten free breakfast! I was so happy to find this place during my stay. It was pricey but, I had a kale and tomato omelette, gluten free toast (toasted on a cookie sheet in the oven to avoid the toaster) and mint berries. Worth the money and I did not feel sick!
I've been ordering dine-in and carry-out from here 5 or 6 times a year since 2018. My orders have always been ready, correct, and we'll made!
The employees are great too! The customer service has always been fantastic no matter how busy they are.
I can't have #gluten or dairy and I've never had a problem with my orders. I get the Unwich and customizing my order online is really easy.

Papa John's now does gluten free pizzas; and they are delicious. I ordered the vegetarian without olives- they included a garlic dipping sauce, which makes it even better. The manager and staff here are incredibly caring, and friendly; as is their delivery person, or Doordash person. I will definitely order from here again.
We ate breakfast here a couple of times during our stay. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. They also have gluten-free options that were very tasty. We felt refreshed and full and that we did well for ourselves. We would definitely eat there again.
This is a hidden gem in Downtown Louisville. They have fantastic food for all tastes. The vegan menu is extensive. If you are gluten sensitive, go for the gluten-free injera bread. Definitely try the collards and green beans.
I ended up I couldn’t eat there because of my food allergies. Some reviews they are accommodating. I found that it was incomplete information and after a couple of iterations and getting to talk to a chef, things like the potatoes (in the breakfast hash) are not made there so dairy and gluten free cannot be guaranteed. Staff definitely needs to understand the food allergies better even if to say from the start “don’t eat here”. I felt the ratings were appropriate and I’m not trying to bash the place, just that when others who have gluten, dairy and egg issues look to come here, be advised there will not be many options if any besides “a bag of meat” (chef’s term - not mine) and I laughed with him as it’s difficult to eat out for me and it was good natured.
A celiac CAN eat here; there are only 2 or 3 options, though: the nachos, mock burger, and possibly vegetarian chili. They are obsessed with pork here, which is a turn off. Very loud, noisy, though there is outdoor seating I have been here a couple of times.
FANTASTIC PLACE!!! Excellent food, super accommodating of my food allergies (so appreciated). Gluten-free buns are available. Staff was super friendly and made you feel comfortable, and he even let us sign their Packer flag. Must visit when in Louisville!!
Love the vibe at Country Boy Brewing's downtown location in the food hall! It's fantastic to have so many amazing food options to pair with their stellar selection of local craft beers and 100% gluten-free ciders. The Cougar Bait American Blonde Ale is a personal favorite but their hazy IPA is delicious and a fantastic reason to come back, too. The staff here are super friendly and make every visit memorable. It's the perfect spot for a beer lover looking for a great experience with plenty of delicious eats!
I love their merchandise, too and couldn't resist getting a comfy, now my favorite, sweatshirt!
Quite loud and we sat right under the huge fans, which made my food get really cold before you could eat it. The picture is of my gluten free options. Pulled pork was delicious, the sweet potatoes left me wanting more of a sweeter taste.
Delicious food and great atmosphere! Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to suggest items that were gluten free and items to stay away from because of cross contamination. The steaks were juicy and flavorful. There was garlic butter on top of the salmon that enhanced the flavor. I'm not a corn eater, but the rest of the table raved about the creamed corn (even recommended it to the table next to us). We were bot a big fan of the brussel sprouts and would try the asparagus next time, but the mushrooms had great flavor too! Gosh, and then the desserts; the chocolate cake could be shared between at least 3 people, and the bread pudding was the favorite at our table for those that were gluten free!
Stayed at hotel for a conference and went to have breakfast in the morning. They were only offering the breakfast buffet for $18 per person. I have a restrictive diet due to allergies - no gluten, eggs or dairy and so the only things I could eat at the buffet was bacon and potatoes. I asked kindly to be charged less than $18 as I would only be eating bacon and potatoes due to my allergies.
They declined my request and accommodation and made no offer or alternative. My spouse would of ate the full buffet and so we would of still spent a good amount of money.... but instead went somewhere else.
Wouldn’t recommend simply based off unwillingness to accommodate to people with food allergies.
Fantastic food and even better service. I took my entire team here for dinner tonight and everyone had a great time. Very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. They even made gluten free pizzas and a gluten free birthday cake!! I’d recommend this place for a fun family evening or a much larger group event. You won’t be disappointed!!
This place is AMAZING!!! I have celiacs disease and they went ABOVE and BEYOND the manager helped with the menu and personally made my food . The server Ashley had such amazing hospitality amd so personable!! Food was super delicious !! This is a Must try !!!
Fall in a Cup 🍂 is the perfect autumn drink, I got it iced and was not disappointed. They also have dairy-free and gluten-free snack bars (10/10 would recommend). Comfort vibe plus comfy seats.

This was my second time at swizzle and I was so disappointed! I went to swizzle a couple years ago, where I got engaged and had the best steak!! I went back for my daughters 20th birthday and was very disappointed ☹️ to start our waitress had no idea what gluten was and my daughter has celiac disease and must eat gluten-free so that was a challenge, figuring out what my daughter could eat. The food was mediocre, and when myself and my family ordered our steaks, medium rare, the waitress immediately, let us know that the chef sometimes has a hard time getting it, medium rare and doesn’t cook it enough and it may need to be cooked more and if we need to send it back, that was OK… Mind you this was when we ordered! This was very discouraging when you’re spending $59 on a steak! Our bill was over $300 and the best thing we had was fries (the crab cakes were decent) Great atmosphere for going and having some drinks after dinner… But that’s about it.
Came in on a whim looking for something quick and satisfying after Black Friday shopping and ended up food dancing over my meal. The flavor was fantastic in the grilled fish sandwich and the turkey burger Also offered a gluten free bun for me as I have celiac. Vicky was excellent, accommodating, and thorough. Will be planning a trip back very soon!
We had a wonderful date night at Monk’s road. Bryan, our server was attentive without being intrusive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We had the filet and the wagyu ribeye, creamed corn, sautéed mushrooms and the sorghum brownie. Each dish was outstanding, and Bryan was on point with his recommendations. The Wagyu ribeye was cooked to perfection. The sorghum brownie is a great gluten free option for those with dietary restrictions, without compromising on taste or texture like some of the GF options at other restaurants. We will certainly plan to be back!
