Worst place for any gluten free food. The fish was dry and inedible. Gluten free bread provided was burnt and hard as a rock. The service was terrible and no one cared at all - purely a tourist trap for charging ridiculous prices for horrible food. Don’t even bother.

A place found by chance in the historic center of Palermo, but a little away from the main streets, due to the possibility of eating some gluten-free dishes. I must say that it met expectations: I ate a delicious mussel soup (served with gluten-free bread on the side) and spaghetti with sea urchins, with good seasoning but unfortunately a little overcooked. Honest bill and generous portions, fairly fast service, air conditioning throughout.

Except for president. Stunning place: truly Sicilian dishes, very fresh fish, fresh pasta also for celiacs and an uncommon kindness from all the staff. Well done Salvo and all his staff. I forgot: the cellar is extraordinary. Go there. We will be back.

This place was recommended by a local, the food is delicious and authentic yet with a twist. It is mainly Neapolitan pizzas but also gluten free options for all! Super positive experience from all points of view at D2 Daniels, we booked for 4 people, one of whom was celiac, for 9pm. Table delivered on time. We were served by the dining room manager Rosario, an exquisite guy who was super knowledgeable about the menu. He looked after us for the entire dinner, taking care of every detail, immediately available and always with a smile, despite the super full dining room. We took under advice, 2 hamburgers, a ribs and a plate of pasta with lobster. Everything super good, 100% satisfied, we will definitely be back. Thank you Rosario for making us enjoy this experience

A true gem in Palermo (Kalsa). Quiet street, very clean restaurant with a delicatessen. For us, the best food in Palermo – authentic yet exclusive. Fair prices, organic quality, and even vegan and gluten-free options. We went there twice: once in the evening and once for breakfast. Reservations are recommended for the evening. The staff are extremely friendly. The restaurant may seem unassuming at first, but it's worth it! Try the granita there. It's the best there.

Wide choice of pizzas from the simplest and most traditional to the most particular ones They also offer you the possibility to choose between various doughs. We ordered a trio of excellent montanarine and then some truly exquisite pizzas. Top quality ingredients and light dough are the main characteristics of the pizzas we ate. The service is professional, friendly and always available. Let's get to the "SORE NOTES": too hot we had dinner sweating the whole time, it is not acceptable on such hot days not to have a good air conditioning system, this did not allow us to fully enjoy the goodness of what we ordered and in any case the place was not even full otherwise it would have been even worse. The water at the table arrived hot, especially the sparkling one which is undrinkable. Also a tip for gluten-free pizzas: it is not enough to have gluten-free dough and say to make gluten-free pizza if this is then cooked in the same oven as the other normal ones, even with all the necessary precautions. I really wish I could have given a higher rating but I reserve the right to return in the Fall/Winter when it is cooler.

Bad communication in the kitchen room. Little seriousness and little attention. I asked if there was lactose in a product and was told that it was lactose-free, but this did not guarantee the absence of contamination. Not even 10 minutes after finishing dinner I felt ill inside the restaurant, even though I have a mild lactose intolerance for which the contamination has no effect, even attracting the attention of a doctor who advised me to go to the emergency room due to the severity of my condition. Nothing but contamination! The product contained lactose in high quantities and I felt ill for the following days. We also called in the afternoon to find out if they had gluten-free products and they assured us they had pasta. In the evening, however, they told us they didn't have gluten-free pasta, which they however recovered following our complaints.
