With celiac disease you are always looking for where you can eat "safely": due to a case in your own family, the manager of the restaurant is well informed and is happy to provide information about everything. Despite the restaurant being reserved, we were allowed to use a table that was only available for an hour. It was totally worth a bit of pleading and begging! The greeting from the kitchen was fantastically delicious and this continued with the main courses: everything had an authentic taste and all the dishes actually tasted different. Almost all dishes are gluten-free and attention is paid to contamination (e.g. there is a separate frying oil for gluten-containing and gluten-free items). Due to the risk of contamination in the tandoor oven, gluten-free naan bread is not offered. I felt absolutely safe here and was treated to extremely tasty, spicy but not too spicy food. An insider tip for anyone with celiac disease - and an absolute tip for all lovers of Indian cuisine and those who want to become one.
