I went to this place exclusively because it was clear that they also had gluten-free arancine, but unfortunately, with great disappointment, I had to see that they didn't have any. Information on food intolerances must be accurate and up-to-date. However, I gave 4 stars for the great variety of flavors they had available and because I ate a classic one with meat sauce, and it was spectacular. One of the best I've ever eaten. I repeat, it's a shame they didn't have gluten-free arancini, my celiac daughter couldn't eat them.

The variety on offer is surprising: fragrant bread, delicious pizzas (even lactose-free!), crunchy panelle, dreamy arancini and a rotisserie that enchants the palate and makes you forget any food sacrifices. Everything has an authentic, genuine, satisfying flavour. But the real enchantment comes with the desserts: from cakes to miniatures, every bite is a return to the emotions of the past. After more than fifteen years, I have rediscovered tastes that I thought I had lost - intense, balanced, moving. It is difficult to explain how rare it is, for those with particular dietary needs, to find a pastry shop so attentive, so generous in quality and so surprising in its goodness. “Zero Gluten” is a place of the heart, a refuge for the palate and the soul, where every visit becomes an experience to remember.

Positive experience at Mineo's pizza house, friendly waiters, comfortable sofa seats, I took the GLUTEN-FREE pizza, obviously it seemed completely frozen to me but it doesn't matter, the important thing is that I was able to be with the others who eat "normally" and above all I wasn't sick due to contamination

If you are looking for a guaranteed gluten free meal that is top quality and delivered with great service and English speaking laughs then this place is it. Booked for incorrect time but still sealed us then served anything my wife wanted with gluten free amendments. Perfect.
