If you want to eat a good gluten-free sandwich in Bilbao, this restaurant could be a good option. The sandwiches are very good, with particular flavors and combinations but surprisingly delicious. There are also several tasty appetizers. The service and cleanliness of the place could be improved, however.

Great coffee shop. It's been a while since I've been to a cafe of this quality. The service is impeccable, the coffee is excellent, and the pastries are delicious with that little something extra. A wonderful experience. Our order: 1 iced coffee, very good 1 iced chocolate, which seems to be made with real, high-quality chocolate. 1 carrot cake + 1 banana bread, both served with whipped cream enhanced with zest and fleur de sel And even 1 gluten-free cookie. We didn't try the savory one, which is very appetizing 😀

The most delicious ice creams in Bilbao, the staff is very kind and friendly, especially a girl who is always super attentive whenever I go. The only thing please keep the cones gluten free!!! May it be the only ice cream shop that offers gluten-free cones and how delicious they are... PLEASE DON'T REMOVE THEM!!!! 😞

We spent 4.5 days in Basque Country - Bilbao, San Sebastián and Hondarribia. We went to a lovely asador, went on an expensive food tour, had fantastic fresh seafood by the aquarium, and this place was our FAVORITE!!! Chef Adur, is so friendly and absolutely passionate about both global and Basque cuisine. He has a great staff (both efficient and kind). The location is lovely. And then FOOD!!!!! Fabulous! The best of the local cuisine and a TRULY GLOBAL perspective. I recommend this to anyone visiting the region as a must-do. GREAT gluten free options too!!!

Exceptional food with most items on the menu gluten free. They even make their own gluten free bread which is the best gluten free bread me and my son (both coelics) have ever had! Atmosphere is great inside and the service is fantastic. Book early!

Very good value for money and with gluten-free options. The food was very good and the service was very fast. The only downside is that right after we finished dessert they brought us the bill without asking if we wanted coffee and without having asked for it. I guess they were in a hurry to refill the table.

We booked into Nikko because we used to see it always full of people. We thought that perhaps it was not the best place to go with the children, but the truth is that we were completely right. The food was very delicious, they advised me on the best gluten-free options and the children ate the teriyaki salmon with vegetables very much. We will repeat!

When you have a menu of the day for €20, charging €1.80 for celiac bread, which is also a hamburger bun, seems a bit silly to me. It has never happened to us, only once for a €4 sandwich. The place is good. The food is nothing out of this world, but we didn't like the detail of the bread.

I don't think there is a more ideal place to eat good fish, super good product. We went with a slightly peculiar diner with allergies and they were very helpful about it. The only thing, so that others know, if you want gluten-free bread, you have to let them know when making the reservation. The place is very nice and everything is great. 4 people ate 3 starters and a turbot for 3 (which gave us plenty for the 4 of us), sooooo good.

A lovely new restaurant in Arenal, Old Town. The food was very good, the waitress was super friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight the gluten-free options, which is a plus given my partner has celiac disease. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, definitely a return visit.

Recommended if you want to eat a salad in Donostia and drink a natural juice. The salads are delicious. The girl who served us was honestly super nice and super friendly. I wish everyone was as friendly as that girl. It's a shame I can't remember her name despite asking her 😭, but the place is worth it for the service you get there. I went with my mother, who can't eat gluten, sugar, or sauces, and they really gave us great advice. They do have a gluten-free option, though they didn't even have any bread to go with the salad that day. It was a bit warm, so it was better outside. They could have installed a more optimal and comfortable ventilation system than the one they have. Thank you so much!

So-so. Some items we ordered did not arrive and I had to have them removed from the bill. We were very clear about needing certain items to be gluten-free and they arrived attached to pieces of bread. Getting this wrong is really dangerous for your celiac customers. If you can't serve gluten free food safely, that's fine. But staff need to be trained to communicate this.

Twice I come to eat, each time I can find the gluten-free option on several burger choices. It's really nice to be able to eat fast food quickly without wondering if I'll be able to or not. Quite noisy and not always very clean, perhaps a lack of staff given the number of customers it sees every day. Very well located because in the shopping center parking lot, it is practical when at 3 p.m. you are hungry!! Maybe the gluten-free option could expand with nuggets for example.
