If you have a gluten allergy, avoid the Old Spaghetti Factory. Our party of nine had a fine meal—except for one major failure. Despite clearly informing our waitress of a gluten allergy when ordering, the “gluten-free” spaghetti was not prepared separately and couldn’t be eaten.
When I brought this up at the end of the meal, the waitress apologized but did nothing beyond saying she’d tell the cooks - no escalation, no real attempt to make it right. If a restaurant offers gluten-free options but can’t serve them safely, they shouldn’t offer them at all. This isn’t just bad service - it’s careless.

Whenever we are downtown, my kids and I eat at this delicious restaurant. I found it a couple of years back while looking for gluten and dairy free restaurants. I love the tacos de papa especially because they have amazing flavor and do not make me feel sick after eating them. My kids love the quesadillas. The honeydew drink is absolutely amazing. Yesterday, we happened to come on Children’s Day and found a wonderful party set up for the kids. The goodie bags even had allergy friendly treats. I couldn’t love this restaurant more!
Side note: the Mac n Cheese at Goji Berry (next door) is the best gluten free dairy free I have ever had! Try it!

This send to be a part of the Pomo's family of restaurants. My friend wanted Italian food but I'm allergic to gluten so we chose this restaurant because it has gluten free options. I chose a chicken dish, which tasted good, it came with a side of potatoes, which were too salty. Overall, the food left more to be desired. I’ve eaten at Thai restaurants around the U.S. (Pennsylvania, Indianapolis, Kalamazoo, Las Vegas, San Diego) and Thai Basil is at the top of the list for flavor. Food was really good! I have multiple food allergies (dairy and gluten) and didn’t have any problems finding lots of options. Had the Green Curry, level 2 spice, and loved it! A good kick but not overwhelming spice. Husband had the Drunken Noodles with 0 spice and enjoyed it. Just a basic restaurant for atmosphere, but I went for good Thai food not ambience. Highly recommend!

We stopped by before catching the Green Day concert and we were so pleasantly surprised. I'm celiac and had heard Carcara had a nice GF selection and were caring and attentive regarding cross contamination and they did not disappoint. My drink was a very generous pour and the piece of chicken on my salad was seasoned to perfection and very large. The atmosphere is so chill and lovely. Maybe a bit pricey BUT the portions are generous, and the service and atmosphere are superb.

What a great restaurant! We all loved the food! We loved that there was gluten free bread for sandwiches. The rating was reduced because they fry their tortilla chips and fries with seafood contaminated oil. Considering their healthy conscious meals one wouldn’t expect that. Went here on a whim our last night in Phoenix and we were very pleasantly surprised. We were seated at a cozy intimate table. Went here for the first time on May 10th and was impressed on many levels!!! The food was great, the place is gorgeous, but what blew my mind was the above and beyond customer service! 100 out of 10. I am gluten-free. The dish I ordered came with a side of bread, but the restaurant does not have gluten-free bread, so what they did was, they sent an employee to run to another restaurant that makes the most incredible corn tortillas to bring them with my dish!!!!! They were hot and fresh and so good. This is was true hospitality is supposed to look like. Way to be the best at what you do Wren & Wolf! Shout out to the Manager and our incredibly sweet server that day! I look forward to going back. I had the Shakshouka and the best (sugarfree) vanilla oatmilk latte I have ever had. Everything at our table was delicious.
