I’ve heard such amazing things about this place so I was really excited to try it. I ordered my food on Uber eats so that may have made the difference with dine out. The pizza was OK, I didn’t love the cheese and there wasn’t a lot of sauce. However, the bread was great especially gluten-free. The fries were a little bit cold so that might be why they weren’t so good but I wasn’t in love. And the mac & cheese was OK. It was probably the best thing out of all three items that I tried. I just wish it had more cheese. I would definitely try it again, but would try different items or in person this time.
Known for its vibrant desserts and cozy outdoor seating, this bakery is a must-visit for its creative sweet and savory options.

I don’t understand how they’re still in business. The service is decent, but the baked goods are terrible. I tried them years ago when there were hardly any gluten free bakeries around, so they were a decent option considering there was almost nothing else available, but after all these years nothing has improved and there are far better options out there. The frosting is awful and they really need to develop a new recipe. The cakes are dry and just don’t taste that great. One of the items i got was so disgustingly sweet I had to throw it away after a few bites. Everything is completely overpriced especially considering how terrible they are. I’ll just keep going to Modern Bread and Bagel and Kirari West because Erin Mckenna’s is not worth it with the quality of their recipes
Cozy outdoor seating sets the vibe for unique flavors and monthly specials in this spot known for its delicious and creative offerings.

I always try and remember HUGOS is ONLY good for the Churros.
Yes you can get vegan, vegetarian and gluten free there but after today I really don't think it's worth it. Service isn't great and food is bland, no flavor, lack of salsa and when I asked for salsa for 3 tiny burritos with very little meat, I get 1 small half full tiny cup. After tip , i spent $84 on 3 burritos, 2 drinks and 3 churros. Seems pretty steep for bland food and half way decent service. From now on the amazing GF Churros will be our only purchase
Nestled in a quaint pharmacy, this charming bakery is a must-visit for anyone craving rich, moist treats that everyone can enjoy.

I got a couple of donuts and a cupcake and was totally blown away! The girls were super friendly. I would totally go back for more. I have hasimotos so I avoid gluten and eggs have given me a problem for years now. Finally I can enjoy my cake without any problems!! Love love love

The gluten-free brunch of my dreams. Came here on New Year’s Day (yes they were open) and was greeted with open arms. Everything on the menu is gluten-free, so fresh and delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich as well as the persimmon ricotta toast, and the chocolate chip sea salt cookie. I also got a Matcha latte and just wow so good. Every bite I took was better than the next and the waiters were so kind and accommodating. They get their gluten-free bread all the way from San Francisco and it is a delicacy extreme. Cannot recommend this place enough.
A cozy hidden gem with unique flavors, tasty breakfast bowls, and irresistible desserts that keep everyone coming back for more!

Got the grand slam. Never would have guessed the pancakes were both vegan and gluten free. Everything was delicious. The sausage and eggs are definitely vegan, but taste great. Service was excellent, excited to try other things.

I was very happy with the flavors of the red ramen, and the bold ramen was good, too. Each ramen can be custom ordered with a variety of configurations and additions, including gluten free noodles. Service is outstanding, although I didn't care much for the discomfort of the space due to how small it is inside. Well worth a visit especially during hours when it isn't so busy.
Known for its electric vibe and handmade tortillas, this taco spot offers a unique experience that makes the wait totally worthwhile.

Among the best of the current crop of taco distilleries in Los Angeles. The friendly Staff have figured out the queueing system and the result is lower waiting times. The tacos are fantastic. Tacos are all corn so ideal for gluten free types. Don’t forget the hibiscus onions and a cucumber cooler. Dine in options are limited to a few outdoor tables. Prices are reasonable although not displayed on menu.
With an incredible variety of inventive flavors and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, these donuts are a must-try that keeps fans coming back for more.

As someone with celiac, this is an absolute gem. Not only can I have everything on the menu, but it’s delicious and my non-celiac friends/family love it too!

A wonderful place for some of the best-tasting food. My soup was homemade-like, the tuna salad sandwich was tasty and heated. The avocado toast was the best I've ever had. And the chocolate cake—just order a slice. Yes, it's all gluten-free, but don't pass it up if you're not on a GF diet, as it's a healthy alternative to most places.
Experience a vibrant and trendy vibe with exceptional dishes and a lively atmosphere that's perfect for any food lover.

Server natalie j was a gem! She was very careful with my Celiac disease. The food was great, the short rib was a little over done, however, the beverages were superb, and I had a great time overall!

My family and I are from out of town and I am also Celiac (Gluten Free). Found this gem of a place on my "Find me Gluten Free" app. This place had great reviews on Google and thr FMGF app.
My party ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, Beef Pad se ew, Massaman Curry with chicken and spicy thai fried rice with beef. All items we ordered are Gluten free, as well as most of their menu. All sauces are Gluten free too!
The location itself is small and intimate. Nice instrumental music playing in the background and the service was amazing!
Very enjoyable dinner! Putting it on my list to visit again when in town visiting my daughter.
Boasts a varied menu with standout vegan options, and smoothies like no other; hit for its top-notch cooking, fair prices, and welcoming vibe.

I’m leaving this bad review here so that Great White hopefully fixes its delivery and customer service. I’ve been a customer for many years and I will say: they have the worst service ever when it comes to ordering food through their app as they frequently forget to add the items (sides, sauces, key ingredients - you name it) you paid extra for. This time I ordered an avocado breakfast burrito that came without avocado, bacon and any sauce (it was just basically eggs, tortilla and potatoes). I paid $6 for 2 pieces of halloumi cheese. $2 for additional gluten free bread that didn’t come. Last few times? No bacon in the Great White breaky, no extra sauces (that we paid for) etc. You try to call any of their numbers and no member ever picks up. You email [email protected] and they simply don’t answer. There’s no refund option on their app. Their customer service is simply nonexistent.
Experience a vibrant spot in LA where community vibes meet an impressive vegan menu, bursting with creative and health-focused dishes.

Honestly so so bad. Do not go here unless you want to walk out feeling terrible in every way. For the longest time this was on the very top of my list of places i needed to try. I was so excited. I have a number of allergies and the menu seems amazing.
However the food is really really not good, not even considering the cost. More than that, i finished it feeling more bloated and nasty than i have in a long time. So for all of the things they say they are, it seems like there’s something they use in their cooking that is not good. So not safe for those with sensitive guts. I got the rad thai, their take on pad thai and it was mushy and bad and almost tasteless. It came with a side of tasteless greens and tasteless and dry quinoa all for 31$. They used thin clear noodles instead of a flat noodle. Pad thai in and of itself is gluten free besides the soy sauce so it’s not hard to make a healthier version. Next time I know to make it at home because my god did they mess this one up. Just mush, no texture, no flavor, and 4 pieces of the tiniest broccoli mixed in and maybe 15 strands of carrot. $31.
On top of that the cashier was unbelievably rude and short with me totally uncalled for. And also just… weird? She took my order and then later when it came out even though i was the only other person in the restaurant she half-yelled out “rad thai” “rad thai” a number of times in a really irritated voice. The whole time i was standing pretty much right in fromt of her and there wasnt anyone else and she was yelling out into the distance in an irritated voice. Like girl wth 😂. It was 7pm too it wasnt even late. Also while i was waiting for my order i asked about the ice cream and she was texting the whole time and pretended not to hear me the first time. And then was like so irritated rolled her eyes at me and like mumbled ill get to you get out of the way there are other customers here. There were no other customers. Tho some customers came in 2 minutes later, i guess she was pre-empting the future lmao. She was acting like this with me the moment i walked in.
The ambiance is bad too. It is not comfortable at all to sit and dine in. That might be on purpose. I guess they dont want you there.
So if you want to feel like garbage both in your head and in your stomach this is the place for you. Would give 1 star but 2 for what they represent. Glad there’s a vegan and supposedly healthy restaurant here but that’s all they can get credit for because you dont leave it feeling healthy.
A lively spot in the Arts District with a fun vibe, unique flavors, and a spacious patio perfect for groups, despite tricky parking.

Wurstkuche is one of the restaurants I’d recommend to anyone visiting LA. I’ve been going here for years now and have always had the most amazing experiences. They accommodate my gluten allergy so well here, simply making my sausage without a bun and also wrapped in foil so no cross contamination occurs. I love the kielbasa and have yet to try anything too out there, but they have some very interesting and exotic sausages such as the rattlesnake & rabbit one! Not sure if I’ll ever be adventurous enough to try that one!
There tends to be a line every time I go, but there’s always enough room to sit, as they have a large front patio and plenty of seats indoors that’s free seating. I love how there are crayons and you can color on the tables! Parking is pretty terrible as this is a busy area in the Arts District, so I’d recommend ubering if possible, although I did get lucky and find parking right away this time around!
Definitely check this place out as they are super accommodating, the atmosphere is great and the food is delicious!

Had the most INCREDIBLE saturday morning brunch at JOEY DTLA. Was greeted with the utmost professional service when I arrived. You could feel the welcoming energy as soon as you entered the space.
We sat on their GORGEOUS patio space. It was so nice, you honestly forgot that you were in DTLA for a quick second. You could have told me that I was in Tulum, and I wouldn't have batted an eye. Not to mention their delicious cocktails. We had the watermelon drink and the mezcal drink. Let me tell you, these were some of the most well-balanced drinks that I have had in LA. As I am vegan and my partner is gluten free, they had plenty of options for us, and were very accommodating to any adjustments needed!
To make sure that everything went well, Isabel continued to check-in with our table to ensure that everything was going well. She was an absolute GEM!! It was like having a Guardian Angel walking me through the early afternoon, while I nursed the repercussions of a very long night. If anyone internally is reading this review, that lady needs a RAISE!!! You can tell that she cares about her team, about her guests, and you can tell that she has a HUGE HAND at making sure that everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail with our experience, as well as making sure the kitchen and serving staff was well aware of our dietary restrictions. We were incredible grateful for her presence during our dining experience. Everyone was incredible, but Isabel's influence will have us coming back time and time again! THANK YOU ISABEL!!
Incredible team. Amazing environment, and delicious food and drinks! What more can you ask for??!
One of the best spots for catering in LA! We’ve ordered 3 times now for team lunches and it’s consistently good, always a hit with our employees and clients. Ingredients are fresh and the portions are filling. Great options for vegan and gluten-free. Highly recommend!
Expect an absolute delight with vibrant cauliflower bowls, exceptional service, and hot, speedy delivery that doesn't disappoint. A must-try!

I am celiac and got takeout from here because the entire menu is apparently gluten free, but I got sick (definitely gluten sick). Beware for anyone who is GF for medical reasons.
