Pretty good portion on the dosas if you get their Dosa of the day. I like the lamb on Tuesdays. Pretty fast at in-between times (non-dinner time) when they are quite empty. The dosa is probably gluten-friendly but you might want to ask if other ingredients inside it are gluten-friendly too.
Dine in a vibrant, lively atmosphere with a diverse menu and creative drinks that keep the fun flowing all night long.

Tom was amazing. I have celiac disease and he answered all my questions, advised me what to avoid and double checked with the chef to make sure every thing was safe. Felt very comfortable eating here, will definitely go back. Great service and great food

First time here was a great experience. Nice atmosphere and window views, wonderful service from Kurtis, menu has a great selection of food, the burgers are really good, as well as the prawn laksa curry and chipotle mango chicken, some nice gluten free options! I hope one day they can have a gluten conscious option for the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni because it’s the best pasta of all time. They also have happy hour on a Friday night! Can’t wait to come back!

I chose the Pour house based on reviews and a widely advertised gluten free menu. There is indeed a gluten free fryer however other allergies were not well managed. We discussed extensively with the team what was available and were offered chips and a green salad. As we were attending a show nearby we took the option believing it to be relatively safe. We were disappointed at the lack of effort to accommodate or make any suggestions of suitable items. I had a reaction shortly after dinner. I would not recommend this venue to anyone with a serious allergy
This spot offers a warm, accommodating vibe with attentive staff ensuring a memorable dining experience, perfect for special occasions.

On a vacation/work trip recently we had a late dinner at Coast restaurant. We were lucky to be able to sit outside thanks to the beautiful evening and the added comfort of there heaters. I have celiac disease, so always have to be extra careful when eating out. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of options I had and our waitress was amazing! Shout out to Sam for guiding me through all my options to keep me safe. She was super careful to triple check with the chef to make sure I had a very good and safe experience. Her charm, knowledge of the food and pleasant personality, elevated our experience.
Experience a classy dining atmosphere with exquisite flavors, attentive service, and an unforgettable touch that makes for a memorable evening.

Great place for those with celiac disease or a gluten allergy. I received GF bread and many of the dishes are or can be made GF. They have GF appetizers, pasta, risotto and GF dessert. The service was great.

As someone with celiac disease who orders lunch from this restaurant regularly, I’ve always tried to be understanding about the costs of specialty items, but this last experience was a deal-breaker. I’m already paying $9.99 for a 4-5 piece salmon roll, which I think is overpriced to begin with, but now they’ve started charging 20 cents per packet of GF soy sauce. Fair enough, I guess, but this time they charged me $1 per packet of GF soy sauce. That’s just ridiculous.
It feels like they're trying to make up margin on people with allergies, and that’s seriously frustrating. It’s one thing to charge a little extra for gluten-free items, but gouging customers with dietary restrictions feels wrong. I won't be coming back after this.
A must-visit spot with a vibrant atmosphere, great service, and stellar dishes that keep you coming back for more.

Great Smoked Salmon Benedict for brunch. The coffee wasn't the best but they were able to accommodate gluten-free options. Substitute bread for more potatoes but they can't guarantee cross contamination it seemed like so if you are severely celiac just consider that.
Bright, floral conservatory vibes make for a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for celebrations or casual hangouts with attentive service and great options.

Our server and the entire wait staff were very attentive. My wife is gluten free, and each staff member who brought food to our table seemed well aware of that situation, placing the dishes appropriately and reiterating the accommodation. Seems simple, but it's not common, even in nicer restaurants. Very impressive! Our server was great at what she does. Thank you! We'll come back when in Vancouver (we're from Seattle). Oh, and the prime rib was delicious, as were the accompaniments.
The food was EXCELLENT, our server Dwayne, even better. Such a delightful experience. I have Gluten and dairy allergies and he made sure I was well taken care of. He surprised us with a beautiful desert platter for my family, and some tart and delishes sorbet for me at the end. We won't forget our experience at the Showcase Restaurant and Bar. Thanks Dwayne.💖
For a fast food restaurant, it is excellent!!! Everything is so fresh and deliciously made!
My new go to place on Granville Street.
You get to choose your own burrito or salad.
They don’t have gluten free tortilla however you can get a bowl.

Great, buzzing little restaurant serving a mixed Asian menu. I'm vegetarian and my daughter is vegan gluten free and there's plenty on the menu to cater for us. Marinated aubergine is absolutely delicious. They serve a really nice pale ale, Superflux. The place gets packed over lunchtime and it's so popular people are happy to queue. Staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Nice spot with healthy breakfast options. They have Gluten Friendly, Vegetarian Friendly and Vegan Friendly choices.
I had two eggs over easy, tried the lentil sausage with house organic greens and whole wheat toast.
My better half had the house made granola, with unsweetened vanilla bean yogurt, and a mix of fresh seasonal fruit.
Bottomless cups of Salt Spring Island Coffee added to a great start for our day.
Enjoy stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere while sipping on a diverse drink selection and indulging in exceptional room service.

Very impressed! I never have particularly high expectations for buffets, let alone ethnic ones. As a Mexican, I am also EXTREMELY picky about Mexican food and quite honestly, I am rarely happy with Mexican cuisine in Vancouver, however, I noticed a lot of other Hispanic people waiting in line so I figured it must be decent. I love the variety of dishes similar to what I grew up with. It truly felt like a brunch at my abuela’s. The cochinita tacos and chilaquiles were a definite favourite. I don’t eat gluten and there was a ton of gluten free options. My boyfriend loved the tres leches cake. For the price, I would say this place is absolutely worth your money and the service is really great too. Smiles all around. Will be back!

Just came here randomly for brunch and the food was SO good - never have I ever had a more perfectly poached egg. They have gluten free options & bread. You can really tell all the staff and the owner(s) really care about the quality of what they're putting out. This place should be WAY busier. The ambiance is on point, staff are lovely, we even liked the playlist. Without question we'll be coming back to try lunch and dinner!
