They have a gluten free menu you can request that also indicates options for avoiding soy, corn and coconut and everything is dairy free and plant based. They have gluten free desserts from local gluten free bakeries and are happy to modify dishes as needed for additional allergens. Their cocktails are also AMAZING!
A lively spot with a beautiful mountain view, great drinks, and a bustling vibe, perfect for casual hangouts or game days.

I'll start by saying their gluten free pizza is magnificent. I live in Michigan and everytime I'm in Colorado I have to go here. My family tells me their regular pizza
is OK. My complaint is you pay for toppings and they are very stingy... their mushrooms are shredded tiny pieces and there is probably not even one mushroom added. But their gluten free crust is so so good!
Discover an adorable, cozy hub with a relaxed vibe, an array of vegan choices, and a diverse variety of beverages to sample.

If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.

This place is so cute. It makes you just want to go in! They have the ability to make almost every thing on the menu gluten-free, including the fish and chips!
Big menu with lots of choices, solid outdoor vibe, and a casual atmosphere, but don’t expect anything too unique or groundbreaking here.

We arrived with a group of 6 and Johnny was our server. He was great, and very attentive to our friend who needed gluten- free choices. Johnny always makes our experience pleasant and we really appreciate it!
Food was wonderful too.

Delightful! Simply delightful! The food was wonderful and so fresh! The momos were extremely tasty, the pakora was next level and the Tibetan noodles were sublime! Our server was totally awesome and helpful. She made all the adjustments for dietary restrictions. Vegan, gluten free, etc. were no problem. The interior was spotless and beautiful. I would recommend this place for any occasion. I would give it 6 stars if that were possible.
Expect attentive service and unique offerings, creating a welcoming vibe for all guests to enjoy a delightful experience.

This was a pleasant surprise! We stopped in for a quick lunch. We knew it was a pub, and when we arrived it was mostly empty. That quickly changed as it filled up for lunch hour. There's plenty of free parking nearby.
The food was absolutely delicious. Unusual options made it an interesting menu. My Caesar salad had a generous portion of perfectly-cooked chicken, and a wonderful lemony dressing.
Others in our group were pleased to get gluten free pizza and said it was also very good.
The service was prompt and pleasant as well. We will definitely be back.

Gluten-intolerants/celiacs stay away! My partner and I chose this pub because the menu was clearly labeled for food allergies, so we thought it would be safe — NO. We ordered GF items but weren’t feeling well before we left the restaurant and spent the next 1.5 days sick, nauseous and in pain. Absolutely horrible! And the food itself was subpar — very oily and bland. I’m not sure what happened but we definitely won’t be back. PS We aren’t celiacs, but are gluten intolerant. Not a fan of leaving poor reviews, but I’d never want someone else to get this sick!
I can't say enough about this place. I'm vegetarian and I recently found out that I'm gluten sensitive. I thought I was out of luck when it came to Mexican food. Then, I found this place. I left full, happy, and I doesn't even have to break the bank. Even better, my whole family loved the food. We will definitely be back.
A popular spot for its top-notch drinks and margaritas, with many praising its unique pizza.

Oh man! If you're in the area, this is actually a great restaurant. We had never been here and Jacob was our server. He was on point, considerate, thoughtful, and did a great job with her large group. Everyone's meal was absolutely phenomenal. They even have a secret Indian menu which includes Dosa! We will be going back for sure.
Gluten-Free, vegan, nut-free iems are called out on both menus and it's phenomenal.
Gluten free menu and I love the thunder down under flourless dessert! Most outback’s I’ve gone to, including this one, have had good gluten free training.
Prime rib was tasteless and chewy, couldn't eat it. Added a note to our order (it even showed up on the receipt) to not include croutons on my husband's salad, as he is Celiac and highly allergic to gluten. Salad came with croutons, so he was unable to eat it due to the cross contamination. We've eaten here once before and it was great. Not sure what happened this time.

Lots of fun parts to the atmosphere. There was a poll table and plenty of screens around the bar.
Pizza was great and burger was incredible.
Gluten free pizza was very good too.
This place is great! Gluten free options, good food and great atmosphere for people and dogs! Very friendly staff, they keep the place very clean and inviting. This is a hidden gem for dog lovers❤️

My favorite place for gluten free pizza and charcuterie. The crust on that pizza is amazing. We tried the Rocco Brocco and Jerry Springer this time and, honestly, could NOT pick a favorite. The flavors are vibing well together, the basil limeade is divine, we love it. The monthly special is always worth taking a shot and the house puff starts you off right every time.

Spinach dip was great and the bangers and mash were okay. This is not a place for gluten free people. Pretty loud environment with live music so it’s not a place to chat.

I’d rather have a homeless person cook me a hamburger for an 8ball than have the pleasure of enjoying the Frankenstein that is a Red Robin’s burger. I had the scorpion, which in other words was a mess of sauce, incorrectly cooked meat, and jalapeños. Also, don’t order any drinks from this place unless it comes from a tap or a bottle. I’m convinced the bartender is watching how to YouTube videos while on shift. This place is so trash.
The gluten free buns are good, and so are the garlic fries when they aren’t limp. That’s it

Absolutely delicious! Great staff, food presentation, and food quality. Our waiter, I believe his name was Ricardo, was phenomenal. He answered all of our "out of towner" questions. My friend eats gluten-free, and the menu is clearly marked for customers.

We went for dinner and this place is really great, Ethan was our waiter and he was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu, I have celiacs and I get severally sick if I come in contact with anything gluten related and he honestly took the time and care to make sure I didn’t have anything that would make me sick. And not to mention the food here is delicious 🤤. Thank you Ethan for taking the time to understand and in helping me with this terrible disease and to not get sick, your amazing..

We stopped here to celebrate my son graduating and they were very short staffed that day. Our waitress was AMAZING. She was doing it all with one bartender and one other waitress (downstairs). The manager was bussing tables and I was really impressed with how well they were holding it together. The food was delicious, great prices, gluten-free options and the best service. We had a cool spot at the window upstairs that the kids loved.

Great pies. Patio awesome on a warm evening. Happy servers, dog friendly, I've got nothing bad to say.
Well, you're kinda stuck with salads if you're gluten free. The Brussel sprouts are gluten free and A+++ I can't figure out how to make them like that at home!
Gluten free and dairy free options, and everything tastes fantastic! My wife and I have tried a little bit of everything on the food menu, and the drinks we've tried have always more than satisfied. Love getting to know the bartenders during trivia nights- but dont forget about the cooks! They kill it every time.

Best pizza in the area with quality ingredients, though a bit overpriced. You can taste the difference compared to other "fast food" pizzas nearby. I didn't notice any gluten free options.
Great patio. My waitress with the bright colored hair was great.
Sadly, the wine pours are small for what they charge and they don't have any mainstream or light beers. If you're looking for a wine night, this is not the place.

Great atmosphere, fun crowds. I suggest brining your own ball, they have some but there's a $50 deposit to borrow a ball. Which I get because people probably steal theirs. This ensures they get their stuff back.
Really good food and drinks. Options for vegetarians and some gluten free options.
If you go when it's super busy you can challenge another group to a game and "steal" their court but it's a dope way to make some new buddies for the night.

Pretty good tacos, very solid. It's not the greatest, but definitely satisfying. They sell them one by one, so it's easy to pick and choose. A lot of filling.
The place is extremely loud, but that's kinda by design.
Gluten free situation: nothing is marked, but they have corn tortillas, so it's a matter of checking with the waiter if the given option is safe.

We were looking for a quick late lunch / early dinner and decided to try Piglatin Cocina. I am very glad we did!
We started with their signature Margarita. It was a little small but also not filled to the brim with ice. It was the right mix of sweet and tart with a salty rim.
For our meal I had the OG Stacked Arepa (gluten free). It was packed with flavor! The crispy arepa with a soft interior, topped with sweet pork and stringy mozzarella cheese, barely noticeable spinach (although my immune system thanked me for eating it) and spicy sriracha made for a perfectly delectable bite. If you are not a fan of spicy food, I would recommend asking for the sriracha lite or on the side.
I wanted to try one of the tacos and chose the Guava Lava Chicken (gluten free). I ate this second and I was very glad I did! This taco was SPICY! I would order it again and absolutely eat it last. I like spicy food (medium - hot is my preference) and this was hot - hot. Before the heat took over, I could tell the texture was delightful and the flavor was delicious.
My husband had the Piglatin Plate (gluten free). It was savory, salty and sweet. The amount of food was just right for a lunch portion.
He also had the Yuca wedges (gluten free - although fried in the same oil as gluten containing foods). They were ok and a nice side but he would likely try something else next time.
TL;DR - The Street Tacos and Plates are all gluten free or can be made gluten free. The sides are fried in the same oil as the empanadas.
COS has needed an outdoor space like this for ages, and the Garden more than delivers. The owners are the best people and we’re lucky to have their innovative approach to modern beer gardens come to life right in the heart of downtown. Gluten free? Plenty of gf-options. Hungry? Order food from the trucks straight from your phone. Got your dog? There’s a little ‘dog bar’ though I’m not sure they call it that. The only thing I’m mad about is that I didn’t come up with this idea first. ;) proud of y’all, and I’m so excited that we have found our new spot for a casual hang or to bring family / friends.
First time, party of 6 from Chicago and Albuquerque, darn great food and drinks. Even for our gluten free member. Our server was from my home state of Michigan, which made is our meeting special. Taking about Michigan and great service 👌. Sports on the multi TV's which is OK. However our party talked to catch up on family information.
Highly recommended.
