The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious! I went with a group to carry things back for the family, and I'm convinced the only thing we didn't take was the bakery with us :) Things we got: date, key lime & strawberry squares, cinnamon buns, lemon blueberry danishes, chubby bunnies, bourbon tarts, a chicken pot pie, and a cherry pie. For a family that has egg allergies, gluten & dairy intolerance, everyone enjoyed the food. The only constructive criticism I'd give is maybe that the sucrose could be a bit less? However, overall, we enjoyed ghe food and will absolutely be back :)

Extremely disappointed in our experience today. The display case was bare, yet the macarons and tiger cake we purchased were all rock hard and very stale. When you’re paying such a premium for a gluten free item, the bare minimum is the product isn’t stale. Every item we bought smelled of refrigerator and not of anything remotely like the product it was advertised as. Whisked is monopolizing on the very small gluten free market and selling people stale items at an unfair markup considering the poor quality.

I absolutely LOVE this bakery! Truly a celiac heaven - I've been back twice since going with my partner because I was so happy with the experience. I recommend the beef patties, anything by Riz, eclairs, crullers, and my friend loved the samosa (he's not even GF)! Absolutely worth a long browse through their market, freezers and fresh bakes.

This place was incredible!!! We looked for a safe gf place for our celiac daughter, and this one was such a treat in that it is all gf. But even more amazing was the healthy, plentiful and incredibly tasty meals we had. We left fully satisfied and it kept us going for a very long time. Amazing service as well. Would highly recommend! Thank you for giving us an amazing meal. We hope for Impact restaurants to come to Vancouver, our home.

Nice atmosphere and service, but inedible gluten free pastries. As someone who has tried the majority of gluten free bakeries in Toronto and countless storebought goods, it’s ludicrous that this bakery is charging $5.93 for a single black forest cupcake. The cupcake had a weird texture, it was like munching on uncooked quinoa in between cake crumb. The frosting was overwhelmingly sweet and not creamy at all. I’ve had plenty of good vegan frosting at other bakeries—this was not it. There was very little cherry filling and it should have been a jam-like consistency, instead I think they just soaked dried cherries in sugar syrup. Not to mention the black forest cupcake is a “seasonal” flavor which is how the bakery justifies an extra $0.75 surcharge. Last I checked, dried cherries are available year-round so I’m confused and you should be too.

Fantastic service, they were so kind and happy to help us when we visited. Food was amazing, and everything can be prepared gluten free in dedicated appliances so there is no crosscontamination. Would definitely come back if we are in town!

So impressed to find a place that cares about the ingredients they use for the health and well being of their clients. LOVE that they are gluten free and have vegan options. Take out, or sit down that doesn't set your health back is what Toronto needs more of, and this company has it!

First I had a chocolate chip muffin, came back same day for an oatmeal cookie, came back next day for this incredible Breakfast Bowl. What a gem! I’m plant exclusive and gluten free, and here, I ate like a king. I’m coming back to Toronto this summer, this will be a must stop.

I was just diagnosed with Celiac and looking for a place in Toronto that takes celiac seriously and doesn’t cross contaminate. Normally it’s hard to find places that taste good and do this, but I was so happy to find this spot! The food was unreal and Sandra explained the menu and was such a great server. Highly recommend!

Impact Kitchen is 100% gluten free, and yet people who aren’t following flourless diets frequent it. The healthy bowls, sandwiches, and toasts are made with whole foods, that are excellent to fuel you for work or a workout. Despite being “good for you”, the offerings are flavourful, and very hearty. I’m particularly fond of the beef brisket sammie and avocado chili toast! It’s a takeout/ casual quick eatery, so don’t expect the quality of a higher end restaurant. Despite this, I’ve always had good service, and the space is quite large. All in all, great for what it is! Happy to see so many good gluten free brands be successful.

I ordered a blueberry lemon cake from Bloomers for my daughter's birthday, since her BFF is both vegan and gluten-free. The online ordering process was quite easy and pick-up was so efficient. The cake itself looked beautiful and tasted so good. My only feedback is that it was heavy on the sweet side. But other than that, I would definitely order from them again for those with gluten/vegan dietary restrictions.

I have a gluten intolerance, Ciliac. We were guaranteed a gluten-free breakfast.The server guaranteed that the breakfast was gluten-free. I reacted immediately. Definitely NOT GLUTEN-FREE. It has ruined a full day, in Toronto at Christmas break which consists of a two day vacation. Very disappointed and in pain.

First time here! What an awesome surprise to find this restaurant while we were out and about shopping! So pleasant to walk in and be greeted with friendly and happy staff! Then, to find out that there was an abundance of tasty gluten free options!!! It could be that their whole menu is gluten free, but I’m not 100%. We had a jerk chicken wrap, sipping broth, hot chocolate, and a cookie. These gluten free choices , as I said earlier are done well and so tasty - great ingredients too! Our server, Venkat, brought our experience up to another level! We will be back to this area just to eat here. Oh ya, we enjoyed the vibe in at Impact. Clean, and pleasant

Dave's Genuine is comfort food—pure and simple—especially if you grew up eating deli sandwiches, or Kosher favorites like matzoh ball soup. The turkey club is probably my favorite sandwich of all time, and Dave's Genuine makes a killer one. Best of all, it can be made gluten-free—safe for someone who has Celiac disease, like me. In fact, Dave's Genuine makes a real effort to accommodate gluten allergies because the owner's daughter also has Celiac, so he understands the ins and outs of cross contamination. In my most recent order, Dave's even sent me a free batch of fries with a kind note on it, promising they're prepared separately and fried in their own GF fryer. After trying these fries for the first time—crispy and light, by the way—I knew I needed to write this review. The customer service here is truly impeccable, and so is the quality of the food. Pro-tip: Try the smoked meat, it's insanely good.

Had a very nice brunch here. The menu was a little confusing though. There was an eggs Benedict that said it could be made gluten free, but when I asked my server, she said it could not, which was really a bummer. My alternate of toast, bacon and eggs was still good, and very filling.

(Celiacs Beware) They have a a lot of gluten free items on the menu but only some of there items are gluten free for example it will say there Empanadas are gluten free but there actually not since they use the same fryer for their non gluten free items. Their arepas though are truly gluten free since they don't fry the bread but a lot of their so called gluten free items are not safe for celiacs so please do ask the waiter and don't just look at the menu and be like wow all gluten free cause its really not. Food was good tho

They have a lot of different waffles choices on the menu. I ordered the Churros one with some cinnamon sugar and syrup on the waffles. It was delicious and i love it. The environment was nice, good for people who want to chill or gathering with friends. They also have gluten free and vegan options. Good for vegan people to enjoy waffles. One thing a little bit inconvenient to me is they only accept debit/cash. not really a big deal but just i prefer pay in credit card.

Seeing the unique name of the cafe and the fact that the cakes were vegan made us visit this place. Though there is less seating place inside, there is a large patio at the back. I wonder how this space would be used during the winter season? We ordered a coffee and a chai along with some cakes and we were not disappointed. The chai was excellent and tasted like desert. The cake was dense and tasty. Not overly sweet. I wish it was a gluten-free one. The service, too, was good, and we had fun chatting with the baker+ server. This place seemed popular as quite a few people were dropping in to have their coffee and some savory items. Unfortunately, the cakes we wanted weren't there, hence the selection was less.

A great place to go if you and your friends enjoy sci-fi/fantasy/horror themes. A lot of care and effort has gone into making it a fun place to have drinks and food. The staff and service have always been friendly and accommodating. One of our group is celiac and one is vegan and we have never had an issue.

Visited LOCAL for the first time on a Tuesday Trivia Night with a group of friends. We played 3 rounds of trivia with Quizmaster Dana, who did a great job hosting! We also ordered some drinks - pink spritz and some good eats - the shrimp dumpling appetizer and the Blackened Chicken Sandwich entrée. The dumplings arrived with elegant presentation and were super tasty with some chives, soya, ginger and cilantro! The blackened chicken sandwich had avocado, bacon, aioli, lettuce, tomato and pickled onions. This sandwich was suuper tasty and elevated for pub food! They were also able to accommodate the Roasted Corn Salad for my friend with Celiac! Would definitely come back here to try some other foods and for another trivia night!

While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.

Love this place! So many gluten free/vegan/vegetarian options that are actually delicious! The atmosphere is also very cute and the rooftop patio is lovely! Expect to come by when you have some time to relax and enjoy the experience as the food doesn’t always come out super fast but it’s been delicious every time Our server, Imaan was also absolutely lovely!

The food is always on-point. Incredible selection, so much to try. Always good for a group, either pickup or dine-in. However, service is an issue as they awkwardly require everything to be paid for at the cash and guests can’t order anything to the table. It’s high quality, just note that there’s lots of extra charges for sauces and such, and the cost for additional wraps, especially gluten free, is disproportionately high.

REALLY GOOD coffee, I ordered an oat Cortado and it was made very well. Also grabbed a gluten-free muffin which was fresh and fantastic. Great vibes too, love the atmosphere and music inside. Highly recommend!

Tabule has always been my favourite restaurant, my top choice for lunch in the neighborhood. The menu offers a variety of healthy options including gluten free items. The staff here are all pleasant and helpful especially Mina. I look forward to see her there every time.

The Moroccan scramble is really tasty! Not too heavy, it’s great. We subbed the salad for potatoes and I think that was the right move. The gluten free bread is really good!! The coffee is super good, and bottomless for $3.50. The vegan kale Caesar is also delicious. Some of the potatoes were crispy, but I would have liked them even more crispy. The service was sooo good. Super kind and very informative. We had to wait around 20 minutes on a Saturday at 10am.

Food packed full with flavor! So many wonderful options that were both gluten free and vegan. I had the ginger tofu as the protein and had sides of brussels sprouts and bean soup. So satisfying! Looking forward to going back.
