It’s great that options for gluten free are being made but as someone who is Celiac and has had their fair share of Gluten Free items, you can find better tasting desserts in middle of no where places like Scranton, PA. I want to be as constructive as possible in this review because it really is great that there are dedicated GF bakeries for those that are intolerant or Celiac, but that’s the only reason why it’s two stars and not one. PRICING I ordered a red velvet and vanilla cupcake and before I could even enjoy my cupcake I was very alarmed when I saw each cupcake rang up as 4 dollars. Again, these are normal sized cupcakes and if anything they are a bit on the smaller size. I understand that this is a niche small business trying to stay afloat but you have to consider that eating gluten free does not mean I have money to waste. Because I have Celiacs, I have no other option but to eat GF but today I decided it would be nice to splurge a little on a cupcake. However, if you are the average person in Miami, you will not be able to justify the cost of a singular cupcake. I’m also going to add on to here that the machine asked automatically for 18%,20%, or 25% tip… for takeout. TASTE Vanilla tasted strongly artificial and not pleasant. Red velvet was bitter and mild in every other flavor and was not well balanced with the cream cheese. Texture was gritty on both, more so on the vanilla. Aftertaste is not pleasant and is a somewhat tarty/sour, acidic, and bitter taste. CONCLUSION Saying you’re gluten free is not an excuse to make a bad menu item. The recipes are not refined and feel like a first attempt at making a gluten free dessert. Especially at the price range, I do not recommend the average person come here as the food will be subpar for what you pay for. Overall, I am disappointed after having read so many excellent reviews. I will continue to search for better GF options in Miami but I will not come here again. Thanks for spending the time to read this.

Seriously this was the best gluten free stuff I have ever had. I’ve recently been diagnosed with celiac and have struggled to find a bread I enjoy. I came here for challah but left with sour dough bread, cookies, a bagel, cake and banana bread. The owner was so sweet and everyone who worked there was so nice. They have samples of everything. I went with my dad who is not gluten free and he loved it all!

Spectacular place. They have gf, veg, and vegan options. The owner Sean served us and was so charismatic, attentive and funny, we really felt like we were getting a one on one experience with him. I am gf, and veg and lactose free and I was overwhelmed in a good way by the amount of options I had on the menu. I got the fig pizza with gf crust and vegan cheese and it was superb, the crust was amazing and had such great structure and flavor. I could not even tell that the vegan cheese was vegan! That is a hard thing to do! I also got the gluten free, vegan carrot cake and it was perfect. It was moist had great flavor and the icing was perfect not too sweet which is usually my biggest complaint with carrot cake, I got a gf and veg like tart to go and I can’t wait to eat it later!

This is one place where I can go to get safe gluten-free pastries and was really disappointed with my last experience. My wife and I went into the shop on 6/28 which is my birthday for me to get a few birthday treats. We were at the bakery counter while the worker was checking out a male customer. The male customer left and two women entered. My wife and I had been waiting at the counter where all the pastries are to order and so the other two women stood on the right hand side of us, closer to the door. The worker with purple hair proceeded to completely disregarded my wife and I and smiled, spoke and attempting to help the two women who had came in after only for them to tell the worker we were they first which the worker already knew and they proceeds to say “oh yes they were” and then comes over to us. This was so off putting and I really appreciate those two women who spoke up. That encounter really shifted the vibe of my day and I will not be returning. Also, the quality of the cupcakes were so poor, they had hardened. There’s no way they were fresh. To the worker, do better. Don’t make people feel small in a place where they are expecting equality. Thank you.

Service is excellent. For a place that's supposedly healthy, the number of vegan options and options that can be veganized or made gluten free (clearly marked on the menu) are minimal. Of the vegan options, there are hardly any that are flavorful or special, at least in our family's opinion. The hummus and split pea soup were reasonably good. The fries and buffalo cauliflower were too oily. Ramen was ok. Atmosphere could be better in terms of the noise level. Not great for conversation while it's busy. Overall, as a vegan/vegetarian family, we won't be going back.

As someone highly allergic to dairy it was exciting to hear that this vegan gluten free bakery opened in the area. Unfortunately it was a bit of a let down. For bakery items my family got cupcakes and donuts. The cupcakes were decent, not dense like a usual gluten free cupcake but there was no flavor to the cake. The vanilla one just tasted plain. The strawberry cheesecake donut had a great icing to it but the donut itself was dense and not like a donut at all. The frozen Katz donuts from the grocery store are better. Each pastry was $6 which seems overpriced for a barely mediocre dessert and they are not huge either. We took home the blueberry waffles($12 for a whole waffle which was cut up into 1/4 sections) , they are ok. The flavor tasted like a normal blueberry waffle and the texture was ok. Very average waffle. The mac and cheese ($16 for 2 servings) I got was very off putting. The cheese flavor was good, comparable to follow your heart brand but the noodles were awful, I made sure not to overheat it but somehow they came out very chewy. I want to give this place another go but am hesitant to due to the price point and a poor first impression.

This is the cutest restaurant. The gluten free, vegan, vegetarian options were so nice. I had the FGT BLT and it was amazing. My son had the gf Biscuit and Belly. My niece had the Dixie Burger. The food was amazing and the service was great. My mom got the Blueberry Basil Lemonade which she said was fabulous.

This little restaurant is a GEM on Amelia Island. Everything is cooked fresh and from scratch and it is delicious. For those with gluten sensitivity…they have several options to choose from on the menu. Highly recommend!

This is a family owned and operated eatery. SHANNON is very proud to be working here and supporting this endeavor. She's is not part of the family that owns this. Based on Countryside Mall, they offer breakfast and all entrees all day long. Gluten free dedicated grill and waffle iron! I opted to try Bacon Super Slaw at the place with Bacon in the name. Great hot tea that I chose over an array of cocktails and 4 beers on tap. Yes I passed on the signature Bacon Mary at 830am Bacon Slaw Salad is crunchy with just enough bacon and sprinkled not swimming in a light sauce. Gluten free options are noted on menu Several TVs line the bar and corners of the main with bar height stools and accessible tables. Another more secluded room offers accessible table as does stood and umbrella covers outdoor area with accessible tables. Accessible restrooms with grab bars Van accessible parking in free parking lot with accessible entry with push door directly to parking lot and a door to mall access They are open every day at 8am before mall opens

I have never had a gluten free pizza that’s so good! 10/10 would recommend. They were able to make the crust still fluffy and crispy, something I’ve never had from gluten free dough. Will be driving 2 hours for this again very soon!

Ok we found this place by accident while shopping and holy cow! I’m blown away. I so appreciate a restaurant that is so thoughtful to have no seed oils and so many gluten free options! I’ve been gluten free for 15 years and sometimes you just really want fried fish! My dreams came true with the gf desserts too!! A MUST stop location for anyone who is health minded or has food allergies. Our server was STELLAR with Porter! He was amazing. We will Be back again and again!

Went here while on vacation, so nice to be able to find gluten free food. There's a variety of savory and sweet crepes, also vegan smoothies. The crepes come rolled into a cone shape, like ice cream, so they are easy to eat.

Funky, fun coffee shop/cafe with many vegan, gluten free and keto options. The breakfast plate for 2 was delicious and literally could feed 4! Can’t wait to come back and try an arepa or smoothie! The no sugar chocolate donut and cinnamon roll were both delicious.

Bolay, I love you. I just wrapped up a very long and unexpected stay in Florida and I found that there was nearly nothing safe for celiacs where I was.. until I found Bolay. A celiac paradise. The most homemade tasting food you’ll have in daytona. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly and just the whole atmosphere of the place feels like you’re in another country. Never had a bad experience here. The food is amazing and always fresh, the same with the drinks. One of the only places that I know has freshly squeezed orange juice. They are also very gluten and vegetarian friendly with many options available. I love this place and so has everyone I’ve ever come with. No complaints whatsoever. I would really recommend you check it out if you’re in daytona.

The food here was amazing!! Lots of different options including vegan and vegetarian. Everything is 100% gluten free so it’s very freeing to be able to choose whatever you want. My boyfriend loved the açaí bowls and the sandwiches (even though he’s not gluten free like me)! And I loved my sandwich. I also tried the bread balls (last page of menu) each one of them tastes amazing. It’s the day after and I’m still craving there! They have crayons in case you have kids and the environment is beautiful there.

Wow! Breakfast sandwich on everything bagel is amazing! Cinnamon Bunt is exquisite, and cinnamon buns are perfect. Flew into PGD for vacation and found this incredible dedicated GF bakery and so happy we did. Not only was my son (celiac) on cloud 9 but the rest of us were too.
