Food was great. Portion sizes were huge! It is a really cute place, with an Americana theme. The combos were also themed, like the Lincoln breakfast or Confederate burrito. Our server was polite, but a little pokey and never got a refill (sorry, pet peeve). However, the food itself came out fast. The pancakes are on the IHOP taste side, but bigger and delicious. The fried potatoes are real! Not that bagged stuff. Overall would eat here again if visiting. FYI, they also have a gluten free menu page included in the menu.
A hidden gem with a skilled team that expertly accommodates various dietary needs, ensuring a unique and delicious experience every time.

I’m a big fan of Proximo, especially after working with them to host my wedding reception in their private dining room. They were very accommodating, the food was stellar as always (with great vegetarian and gluten free options to accommodate all guests), and the cocktails and wine were perfect. Thank you Proximo!

It was super busy today and we had to wait in a little corridor for a table. Which sounds bad, but it wasnt really. We got a cute table and ate some delicious food 😊 The phyllo goodness was truly good 😉. My friend got the turkey bacon panini with gluten free bread and I got the chicken bacon foldover. Delicious. Definitely hits the spot for an early lunch. We had the blueberry lavender lemonade 🤌🏻 I love a good vibe and this place had it. Lots of plants and the staff are really friendly 😊

One of our favorite spots-the coffee is so good and there are so many options for Gluten free / dairy free. Jordan, the manager, was great to work with for a recent collaborative event! They have renovated their shop and are also offering more catering options---highly recommend!

Food was fantastic and service was amazing. They were even super great in accommodating a gluten and dairy allergy we have. They were very careful in the prep and service.
Excellent food, fantastic service, and a super friendly staff made this a great choice for a meal with friends from out of town. Thanks for having celiac friendly options so our entire family could enjoy food!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee house. The owner is so friendly and has made each experience very personable. She remembers my name, what i order and makes recommendations on what she thinks I will like, remembers where I work and asks me about it. I love the morning crowd that is in here whenever I come in. They always put a smile on my face. I love the variety of local vendors that sell there items. There are so many different interesting things to choose from. I love that when I come buy here I am not only supporting local but also supporting a small local owned business that also supports local artists. Not to mention the garlic chicken salad sandwich that is amazing! While I am not a vegan or look for gluten free options this shop supplies so many options. My daughters love visiting this shop with me on Saturdays or when we all happen to have a day off. If you get an opportunity definitely check them out. You will leave with a smile on your face!
Perfect for casual hangouts, offering a variety of tasty treats and amazing drinks in a relaxed vibe.

Great experience, the staff is always so nice. The variety of beers they offer is great, and they always taste delicious. The POG beer is seriously good. All of their food is so good. They have a nice gluten free menu, and they can often substitute meat for a vegetarian option.

Finding a restaurant with gluten free items that don’t taste gluten free is a challenge, but the pizookie here wins all the awards from our house. Ricci was a fantastic server. Attentive, kind, and she really hit it out of the park with the gluten free treat recommendation. My son was in heaven.

This is my fav place to eat and get my coffee when I visit my grandchildren. My grands also love to get snacks and food there plus the younger ones like to read the books, get a game or color. This past winter, Well Grounded, provided a break from sitting in the house. The gluten free options help a lot too since three of them have sensitivity to gluten.
The owner does a great job supporting other community businesses and agencies. At Christmas time, she gets books donated and sells items very cheaply. I have been able to buy some of these items the last few years to help some families who don’t have money to get gifts for their children. The free books meant so much to them. The owner is very attentive and it is a wonderful place to sit and relax in.
A must-visit for its standout grilled chicken and fantastic atmosphere, perfect for a cozy meal with friends.

First time was Saturday 4/1, will be last time. Arrived at 6:00 pm - was told that unless we wanted to pay the "2 for $45" dinner, we had to wait until 7:00 pm. We chose that option. Ordered at 7:00 pm, didn't get our order until after 8:00 pm. One of our party did not get her correct order (she needed a gluten free pizza - did not get it). I don't recall see that there was a dinner with a show menu only from 4pm-7pm. Also, music was LOUD and not that great.
Great food and selections of food !!!
Choices from a complete extensive gluten free menu, to shrimp, fish, steak, bison and veal, along with a brunch and lunch buffet.
Amazing food. Best of all? They have gluten free options!!! The Caprese sandwich (I added bacon) I got is on a GF bun and it was INCREDIBLE. Not only could I not tell it was GF, the ingredients were so fresh!
I have a pretty serious intolerance, but don't worry too much about cross contamination. But the waitress said they keep everything seperate and those with severe allergies or Celiac just need to let them know ahead so they can be super careful about cross contamination.
I can't wait to go back already!! My kids got the pizza bagels and they smelled amazing. They have gluten-free pizza crust options too. I'm so excited to find this gem because they didn't have GF mentioned on their website or menu that I saw, and I completely expected them to say no when I asked if they had any gluten free sandwiches.
With a comprehensive menu and a scratch kitchen, this spot impresses with great service and beautifully presented dishes.

The food was pretty good. No complaints from my group of 6 aside from the bananas foster coming out with one single piece of banana. It was basically vanilla ice cream with a big tortilla chip.
The service, on the other hand, was pretty terrible. What should have taken us an hour to an hour and a half to finish our appetizers and meals instead took two and a half hours. It started off great with the server taking our drink and appetizer orders. It then went down swiftly from there. We waited 15 to 20 minutes after we finished our appetizers for the server to come back so we could order our entrées, but she never did, so we had to go find her. My wife has a severe gluten allergy. She told the server about it and asked for corn shells for her tacos. We got our food and were deep into fun conversation, so we dove in. My wife didn't realize until after she had already taken a bite of her tacos that they had flour shells. Big mistake. I went and told the server, and the manager took care of it, but she unfortunately still got sick. We also never had our waters refilled unless we went to find the server to ask for more water.
It was a very sad experience considering everyone I went with spoke very highly of the restaurant. They all agree that the service was abysmal and not at all how their previous experiences had gone at all. My first time there was soured by terrible service.

Coffee is very very good. Surprisingly, the food is even better. Far more elevated than you would expect for a coffee shop. Menu is seasonal/rotating dishes that are clearly labeled gluten free and vegan.
The menu options are amazing, they are vegan-friendly, they also offer gluten-free, the proportions are good, in the food is served hot. The restaurant is very organized and clean, restrooms are clean as well. Upon arrival the wait time was about 15 minutes. And this was after church on a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend this restaurant outstanding breakfast selection. The wait staff was very professional and friendly.

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful atmosphere, plenty of seating. Chips served with the salsa are gluten free corn chips, and corn shell tortillas are offered in addition to flour. I am gluten intolerant/celiac and I had no issues with the food making me sick.

I believe I have found the best coffee shop in Fort Wayne. I ordered a mocha with pumpkin spice and my girlfriend ordered a snickerdoodle latte. Both were perfectly made. Not to sweet. Not too strong. The milk was steamed well and had the perfect amount of froth.
As for breakfast they have a good selection here as well. I got the expertly made bacon egg and cheese Croissant. The croissant was light and flake and tasted amazing. My girlfriend ordered guacamole toast and told me it was the best toast she ever had. FWI they do have gluten free options for the toast.
The cherry on top was the staff was very kind and helpful while we ordered. I will be coming here more regularly for sure!

A really pleasant lunch experience. The food was very good, piping hot and exactly as ordered. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The diner was updated and very clean. I will definitely be back to try some of their other options rather than the breakfast I had for lunch. p.s. The breakfast did come with toast, but I'm gluten free so they offered me several options other than bread.

This is one of my favorite places. I am gluten and dairy intolerant. They are so good at working with me to find something that works for me. I had the pulled pork sandwich without the bun, their pulled pork is terrific! Our server sat down with us and gave me some other options for the next time. They don't have a gluten free menu but they have options for you.

Fixed my gluten-free order with no questions and gave me extra protein as a I'm sorry for messing it up I appreciate that a lot you don't see that kind of service from people often in the world and it feels good to have an interaction like that
Great food, decent prices. Only complaint is that the owner is stubborn about carrying gluten free bread options. Otherwise very consciencious about gluten sensitivity.

First time trying this place, fantastic experience!! There are so many options to choose from shakes, frappes, smoothies, coffee and so much more. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake and it was FANTASTIC. It was full of flavor and the chocolate drizzle had a huge effect on the drink. I'd give this place an 11/10 because of how good it was! Same prices as Starbucks or Biggby but so many more options here. They also have gluten free bread options as well! I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

We had a party of 11 and we're able to get a reservation on a Friday night. They had a steak and shrimp special for 19. It was a 7 oz ribeye. Cooked to perfection and had great flavor. Then you got a skewer of shrimp. They had good flavor but had tails on. Then there were mashed potato fried balls. These were a little different. I would have preferred mash potatoes. Also got green beans. They were ok. A shout out to this place as they had a nice selection of gluten free entrees and will use separate pans and utensils to prevent cross contamination

Fun place! Great wings with all gluten free sauces. Perfect if you are only gf sensitive. Wings are fried in the same fryer as other breaded foods so not an option for Celiac. Our waitress Elizabeth was exceptional. She helped with food recommendations, checked on us several times throughout the meal and always had a smile. We will be back!

On a Sunday morning Jan 2025 (about 3 months after they opened) there was a full lobby with people waiting. It was worth the wait. All 6 of us enjoyed our meals.
We had a special request of where to sit due to the volume and they were wonderful about honoring it - although I wouldn’t recommend this very open layout for anyone with hearing issues especially on a busy weekend.
We also had someone with serious gluten issues and Jamie was wonderful typing ‘NO BUN’ in all caps to ensure it didn’t touch the meat.
Jamie provided wonderful service and we enjoyed her spunk. The food was tasty and hot. They provide carafes with water so they don’t have to be filling it up. Someone did come around to fill coffee.
The receipt has a QR code to speed up payment at the table. We’re happy to have a nice breakfast place so close to us!
Expect generous portions and a homemade vibe that make for a standout experience, with service that truly goes the extra mile!

I was thoroughly impressed with this place! The staff was amazing. It’s not often that you find wonderful service anymore or people who are very friendly our server, BRITNEY Was the above and beyond and the food had a Flavorful homemade quality and the portions were very large with a decent price! AND THEY HAD GLUTEN-FREE STUFF!!! WILL BE BACK!
If you haven’t been to the Trolley before, don’t be discouraged by the location. Yes, it’s weird that it’s in a strip mall but it gets better once inside. Give it a try.
We have to eat gluten free and they don’t have a separate GF menu but can let you know what is safe to eat. The salad bar has always been great here. We haven’t been here for a year because we figured the salad bar would be closed due to the pandemic. We were pleasantly surprised that it was still available. Instead of diners going to the salad bar now you fill out a checklist of what you’d like and the server makes your salad. The salad I got was very generous. It was much bigger than I would have made myself and she even plated it nicely.
The scallops are phenomenal here. If you don’t want a full order you can get a side of two. If you haven’t had them they are a must try. Filet mignon is also a favorite. Always cooked perfectly. My favorite cocktail here is the Nutty Professor. It’s a mule using Makers Mark. Not sure if they’ll ever offer the Bloody Mary bar again, but we loved to have that with brunch when they had it.
Every server is different and we’ve had some slower ones in the past but last night we had a great server named Alison. She seemed a little newer because she didn’t have everything memorized but that was no concern to us. My only complaint about this place is that the after dinner mints here are so gross! Obviously not a deal breaker but does anyone even like them?
