Great place, good burgers. Sometimes people make the burgers too fatty, but these were perfect. The staff are awesome and treat you like a friend. It made me miss my favourite restaurant in Australia where they remember your name. Special shout out to Crystal for changing my order and making sure I got my gluten free bun when I forgot about it originally.

I went there after I dropped my bags at the hotel nearby. Starving after the long flight. So awesome to find an anti-inflammatory restaurant that had so much I could choose from. I had their yummy turkey burger that swapped out lettuce for the bread and a sweet potato hash. With a side of an amazing Kale, cucumber ginger, fresh green drink, and I got a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie to go. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and the manager went above and beyond, helping me out with something. Can’t say enough a good things about this place I’ll be back. I’m in town for a week. This will be my go to Place.

We eat at Grindhouse about twice every month, and keep coming back for the consistently-good food. They get popular & sometimes you’ll need to park down the street to hike & might need to wait. But the food/service is great, for both dine-in and takeout. Be sure to try their App for pickup/takeaway orders My partner is both gluten free (Celiac) and vegetarian, and I LOVE that she can have an Impossible Patty with GF bun while I chow down on a double cowboy style with extra Grindhouse sauce. (NOTE: They have a shared fryer, so she avoids the fries & onion rings because she’s super-sensitive … but she’s never had any tummy problems from the GF bun & impossible patty).

Great food & service. One of the only restaurants in metro Atlanta that offers Celiac safe gluten free dining. Numerous recommendations - Small Plates- Pimiento Cheese Fritters, Fried Green Tomatoes, Calamari (A+!)… the house salad is fabulous, & even moreso topped w/grilled shrimp…& their cocktail, the Nectarita is divine.

Stopped here for lunch during our bus tour. Wow, it was really good. My wife had the crystal shrimp salad sandwich (got it gluten-free; loved it) and I had the fried flounder reuben (so, so, so good). It was a great meal in a cool place with some history.

This was the second time we've been here and the food was excellent again! Pictured are the bacon wrapped plantains, Denver omelet, and the roast beef sandwich. The plantains were a great balance for sweet and savory, Pat liked the dipping sauces, but I didn't need them. Pat liked his omelet and devoured it quickly. The pot roast was nice and tender with great flavor paired well with the slightly salty mayo. Not pictured is the banana fosters cheese cake, I didn't have enough self-control for that photo, sorry. I do recommend this place in general, but especially for Gluten-free people, there are tons of options for everyone.

Great breakfast today! No wait, great service and wonderful options. Enjoyed the gluten free menu. Had the sweet Carolina skillet and subbed the Mozerella cheese for Jack cheddar, it was so good!

my boyfriend has celiac (which i noted in the order) and i ordered him dinner for his birthday. lexi, the wonderful person that works here, called to let me know that their gluten free fryer was down and she wanted me to be aware of this, as i ordered fries for him. after a brief convo (she was a hoot btw), we agreed that she would refund me for the fries, as we didn’t wanna risk giving my boyfriend explosive diraerra as a birthday gift (lol). well! when my boyfriend got to the restaurant, they told him that they scrubbed down the fryer and made sure he was able to have gluten free fries. when i called them back and requested that they charge my card an extra $10 for an additional tip, they were so nice and asked me to leave a review instead. thanks everyone ! (they also left this cute note on his fries)

As someone with several food allergies—especially gluten—dining out can often feel like an exercise in compromise. Usually, I’m limited to one or two options on a menu, if that. But Burtons Grill & Bar completely turned that experience on its head. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and accommodated. Their gluten-free menu wasn’t just an afterthought—it was extensive, thoughtfully crafted, and genuinely exciting. In fact, the options were so tempting that my dining companion, who doesn’t have any dietary restrictions, chose to order from the gluten-free menu too—and she absolutely loved it. Our server Brittany was an absolute delight—attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The manager on duty also went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and special. We ordered the steak frites and the chicken Milanese Alfredo—both dishes were executed perfectly and full of flavor. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we were treated to a complimentary slice of their seven-layer chocolate cake, which (yes!) was gluten-free and absolutely scrumptious. If you’re looking for a place that offers elegance, excellent service, and truly inclusive menu options, Burtons is a must-visit. I’m already planning to return—and next time, I’m bringing friends and family with me!

Seth and Maddy are the GREATEST! The whole kitchen staff made sure my friend with a gluten allergy could eat everything we were served and even gave her some gluten free crostinis to have with our appetizer. The food is amazing. Thought they had gotten better with their quality issues, but clearly have not. We've had incorrect orders in the past (we've had issues in 29 out of 30 trips), but moved to only eat-in to avoid problems. We also learned to not order any extra cost toppings because they often don't include them on the burger. Im allergic to cows milk and gluten. Today, they got the gf bun correct, but my burger was covered in melted cheese. Today I broke my rule of not ordering to-go because we didn't realize when we arrived they were close to closing time, so we were forced to get a to-go order. I would have rather they told us it was too close to closing time than paying for a burger I can't eat. We tried to find ways to make it work, but this is the final straw, won't be coming back.

We enjoyed our meal at Clocked! They offered a gluten free bun. The fries aren't fried in a dedicated fryer making cross contamination possible for those with gluten allergies, but they were upfront and honest when I asked about it. The dining area is small but it has the Athens charm!

10 out of 10... the service was great and the menu option is wide ranged but not overwhelming. I love the vast option of protein including local grass fed beef, Angus beef, fried/grilled chicken, salmon, turkey and a host of vegan options. They offer white, wheat, Texas toast,ciabatta and gluten free bread. The fries are similar to five guys and they use a sort of pink Himalayan salt for the fries. Most menu items do not come with fries, you either have to order single or a shareable basket. The fried chicken sandwich is huge The salmon burger is hand pressed and delish. The grass feed beef taste great as well. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The staff was very nice and patient. They answered all questions we had since it was our first time and even gave suggestions. I will visit again and support this restaurant. They have outdoor and indoor seating and even have a few televisions. The location isn't that easy to find but do not let that stop you from visiting this location. Good for family, single or work lunch. Salad menu comes already made or build your own too. I think they also have lamb as an option.

When we go in, there’s rarely anyone at the front register (short staffed?), but the service is always great! **I’d like to say a special THANK YOU to Brianna (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Red Robin was one of my go-to places to get a gluten free burger with confidence. Too bad there isn't one near me in Statesboro, but when travelling, I always look for one. The one on Washington Road in Augusta turned out to be no exception. Good food and great service is a staple. The only mark on a great experience was being sat in a crowded part of the restaurant instead of where there appeared to be many open tables. We had diners to the front, back and side with one large table occupied by two screaming kids whose parents and abuela were obviously used to it. Everything else was perfect.

Very flavorful (availability of gluten free bun a big plus), good options to customize, and very prompt service to boot, this place is really good and I highly recommend. I only wish there was one closer to my house. That being said if I’m ever back in the area I’m definitely going back!

I’ve been wanting to try out Ted’s, for a long time! This restaurant is super vibey, even down to the old timey honky tonk music! LOVE IT! I explained, to my waiter, that I do have a gluten allergy. One of my biggest issues, when visiting Georgia, is that most restaurants do not accommodate such dietary restrictions. Not only, did the waiter reassure me that their kitchen has strict allergen protocols, but also, the female manager joined us, at our table, to answer any additional questions/concerns I may have had. I felt super taken care of! My meal was fantiastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for a good brunch. Portions are massive! I got a large omelette to share and decided to add a pancake. Could hardly finish the pancake. Service was great. Food was delivered quickly. Definitely would recommend. Pancakes had gluten free options if that’s needed for someone.
