Highly recommend!! My teenage daughter has Celiac disease and was the happiest girl in all the land to find this place while on vacation from Arizona. We drove from Niagara Falls just to eat here and it was TOTALLY worth it! She was happy to be able to try things she’s never been able to eat (mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, onion rings, etc.) The food is delicious!! She says she wants to “own a restaurant just like this” when she’s older.

Loved this place! Great service. I have several food allergies, and they took the time to go over the menu with me to make sure everything I ordered was safe. They also sell fresh baguettes and frozen gluten-free breads to take home, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Great options for vegan brunch. Although the vegan BLT was unexpectedly sweet, the quality of the food was excellent.i would return to try another vegan dish. Recommended for groups with various dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, nut free, etc). Service was great!

I only have great things to say. I’ve been coming to this bakery since I moved to the area. I regularly purchase their bread, which is fantastic, and enjoy their assortment of baked goods such as donuts (incredible texture and flavor), and other treats. Everything I’ve ever had has been lovely and it is a joy to have such a variety of gluten free baked goods on offer. Saratoga Gluten Free recently baked a wedding cake for myself and my partner. Robert and I communicated extensively over email, he patiently walked us through the process and decision making, the tasting, the design. My husband and I wanted a cake with some specific imagery from the Silmarillion and Robert was enthusiastic and he and his team made it happen! The cake was absolutely beautiful, we were so happy with how it turned out. It was also absolutely delicious, we loved the flavors, it came out somehow even better than we had imagined! It was also a super popular cake with our guests who went out of their way to compliment the taste. In short - a fantastic bakery. From their in-the-case offerings to custom orders - there’s a lot of love and care in what they do. Thank you from a happy regular customer!

We stopped in during a road trip, excited to find a gluten-free bakery. Unfortunately, the experience was really uncomfortable. The woman working in the kitchen was visibly frustrated with the new cashier and made several negative comments, including saying the kitchen was too small to run both a café and bakery. When we asked if a different sandwich would take less time, she responded, “I don’t know, maybe it will, maybe it won’t,” and told us we could go to McDonald's if we wanted something quick. The vibe was so off-putting that we skipped the food and just grabbed a couple of baked goods to avoid more awkwardness. Disappointing stop overall.

I do not know a better place for delicious yet healthy food. Being gluten free and vegan does not come at expense for the taste (especially in the Mumbai Cheese Toast and Double Chocolate Muffin)!! So delish!!!

Really enjoyed the bandeja paisa here! As a celiac it’s nice to have the gluten free guarantee even for foods I know don’t typically have gluten. Service is great and friendly. Feels like to hear Colombian Spanish, made me feel right at home.

I was pleasantly surprised with the gluten free BEC. It’s not dense like a regular bagel - it’s very airy - but it’s pretty solid. And for gluten free, “pretty solid” is a good review. Gluten free bagel sandwich came out to ~$11. It took around 5 minutes on a Monday morning. They have lots of bagel options. Lots of cream cheese options. Snacks, desserts. Their sandwiches (with meat or fish) are very expensive (over $20).

I found this shop early in the morning. I went in because I thought it looked similar to a certain famous cupcake shop. They also had vegan and gluten-free options. I wanted to order gluten-free, but there were only five cupcakes available in the morning. Are they leftovers from yesterday??? I wanted to ask, but thought it would be rude (I don't think it would be rude in America, but I'm sure they would say otherwise), so I went for the popular Chocolate Brooklyn whatever, which has a lot of different items lined up. I was nervous about whether the sponge would be fluffy or hard until I actually touched it, but I couldn't wait until I finished paying and touched it through the paper bag, and it was fluffy, so I was relieved. The taste was sweet, but both the frosting and the sponge were fluffy and good.

My visit to Iron Roost was outstanding! The staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. It was very clean inside and the atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming and happy. They have a separate menu for gluten free with many vegan options as well. Both types of waffles - regular and gluten free were fabulous. Crispy outside and fluffy inside- very flavorful and satisfying. I had the Toasted Berry, which is a gluten free / vegan waffle topped with a delightful mix of berries, chocolate mousse and coconut whipped cream. The hours are limited but absolutely worth making an effort to visit during their week day hours. Highly recommended this restaurant

I thought the breakfast sandwich was great, they definitely use fresh ingredients. The wife got an avocado toast and the egg was a bit undercooked, over easy is ok but the white wasn’t cooked and when broken it leaked a clearish liquid. They do have an assortment of gluten free baked goods but if you have celiac please note they are cross contaminated which they lady behind the counter told us.

To say their food is delicious is an understatement. They have been my go-to bakery for the last 7years. They are able to accommodate every dietary need I throw at them and make it taste amazing. They can easily accommodate gluten, dairy, nut, egg, soy, and sesame allergies. They now also a variety of "stuffed cupcakes" where you can have pudding, fruit, etc as a filling inside of your Cupcake. They also have a variety of pre-made cookie/baking mixes if you would rather bake it at home. I have been a customer of theirs since they were located on Vestal Ave & Mary st. And to watch them grow to the size they are today is a testament to the quality of goods they sell. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Family in town for youngest's graduation from URochester. Came here for dinner because there are numerous gluten free menu options as we have two family members with Celiac. Everyone enjoyed their meal and Olivia our server was great and very friendly. Pictured is the delicious and very rich Chocolate Boston Créme Crêpe👍 Make sure to also check out the Erie Canal right across the street.

My wife and I were visiting the area and stopped in at Simply Crepes for a late lunch. My wife had the goat cheese and arugula crepe which she loved as absolutely delicious. I had a gluten free egg and sausage buckwheat crepe which was cooked perfectly and really hit the spot. The unlimited Jamaican coffee was very tasty. The extremely nice and efficient waitress made it a perfect experience. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Best allergy safe bakery! It is so nice to go into a shop and not have to worry about if you’re going to get sick from anything because Emy does an amazing job keeping her food allergy friendly. I have celiac disease, and allergies to both soybeans and cow dairy. I have had treats from the bakery since 2021 and will always want to keep on coming back. The carrot cake cupcakes, jelly thumb cookies and smoothies are my favorites.
