FULLY GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT 𤊠Weâve been frequenting BIBIBOP in Cary since it has opened. Most all gluten free people know gluten free Asian foods are few and far between. This place is DELICIOUS! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
I describe it like an Asian chipotle in set-up. You go through line and build a bowl. VERY FRESH and clean ingredients. Tasty teas and lemonades. Yummy free miso soup.
Friendly staff and clean space.

Wonderful food with a variety of health-conscious options including gluten free and dairy free, including their desserts. We loved it so much we went back twice in the same day haha. Parking is the only challenge, but the food and very friendly service makes it worth it. Highly recommend!

The best gluten free burger bun Iâve ever had!!! It was a seeded bun so it had great flavor and was soft and didnât fall apart at all. The gf chicken nuggets were also delicious paired with the cheer wine bbq sauce. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable!!

We dined at Barcelona Wine Bar for Independence Day and were served by Ashley and Conner. We called early in the afternoon to check on reservations, but were assured we could probably walk in with no wait. The patio quickly filled after we were seated by a manager. Service was attentive and courteous throughout. We enjoyed burrata, lamb chops, chicken thigh, haricot verts and the Branzino entree. Each dish was rich with flavor and beautifully presented.
As a celiac, it means a lot that our servers were versed on proper protocol. Pesto for the burrata was served on the side, as it was cross contaminated with the bread previously on the flat-top, for example.
We were warned at the beginning of service that entrees would take a little while. Our wait between tapas and entrees must have been longer than usual for the establishment. We were asked if there were any other tapas we would like while the Branzino was being prepared. Taken by complete surprise managers comped both our hericot verts and the entree. Although we would have no complaints paying for both as we understand from the FOH perspective. Fantastic job by all! We will be back!

We had salads and pizzas delivered for our large group one night. They were fast and efficient. Salads were fresh and delicious (Greek salad). The pizzas satisfied our cravings and went perfectly with the wine we had at home. Solid crust and ingredients. We had a guest that was gluten free and she was able to pick her option and enjoy a great pizza alongside everybody.

Yikes. Donât even know where to start. Long story short - donât come here. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and after that we walked out. Never typically leave reviews for restaurants but this was an exception because it was so bad. I mean the worst restaurant experience Iâve ever had. We kept getting different excuses from the waiter and the manager. At one point it was that âgluten free pizza takes longerâ (which has never been a hold up in the past at Mellow), another time it was âthe kitchen made your orders wrong,â and the third time it was âthe kitchen lost your ticket and your order hasnât been made.â After over an hour and a half of waiting and the server asking us our order again and getting the order wrong on the ticket, we decided to leave. Manager and waiter never seemed to care that we had been waiting over an hour and a half, there was no sympathy or apologies, and they were rude. Exceptionally bad customer service. Other tables were waiting for their food and the food pick up section had a large amount of people waiting a long time too. So donât count on pick up being timely either. Understand delays can happen because of staff shortage and busy hours, but the restaurant was half empty and tons of servers standing around. None of our group will be coming back. Highly recommend you donât go here or if you really want Mellow Mushroom to visit the Cary or Durham location.

This place is one of my favorite spots for burgers but with a Spanish twist to it. Has a good variety of burgers and their sides of either fries with truffles, sweet potatoes, and the Mac and cheese. You canât go wrong with those!! This place also has gluten free bread option that comes in a separate package for you to assemble, very well made and done. Delicious and Gluten free!!!

So not impressed! They were out of chicken fingers and gluten free sub roll. VERY EXPENSIVE for a little sit down eatery. 5 people and waters to drink cost $75! My husband got the gyro (kept falling apart) and fries, hamburger w/ fries, cheeseburger w/ fries, ham sub, gluten free roll (crumbled when I picked it up because of being so dry) with turkey and cheese w/ sweet potato fries. I get really upset when thereâs a lot of money spent and the food is bad. Not sure what everybody else likes about this place because they have good reviews. We donât like spending lots of money on crappy food.

Honestly, our waitress was not great. We didn't make it easy for her, with a large group, but she tried to charge us for several drinks more than once, forgot to bring out a gluten-free pizza and forgot one meal completely. Amazing food especially for people with Celiac Disease and eat gluten free.
A major flaw is that they can't move people through. I've waited well over 45 minutes both times I've been here just to get in. They're slow to serve food as well. It's a 2 hour experience to get your breakfast food or chicken sandwich.
It honestly is extremely good food... Which is part of why they have long waits... But it's probably not worth it.

Iâve been visiting Tower 7 since my college daysâbasically since right after it opened. I bought my first surfboard, a beautiful WRV from Sweet Water surf shop in 01. Over the years, Iâve watched this little spot grow and change. Every summer, without fail, I visit the beachâand I always come to Tower 7. Itâs become an icon of my summers; a tradition. I've introduced it to my children who now know what Tower 7 is and ask for it. Iâm 42 now, so weâre talking about 20 years of memories. If I weren't 2 hours away, I'd come to eat more often!
Tower 7 has always felt like my special little hole-in-the-wall. The chips and salsa? My favorite. And the margaritas? Also my favorite!
Over the last few years, Iâll admit, I noticed a slight declineânothing major, but enough to dim the magic a little. I chalked it up to the pandemic. Outdated. The bathrooms and hallway needed renovating, the ventilation wasnât great, the front felt cramped with all the extra seating crammed in, and the menus were outdated. Presentation of food was different. Even the vibe from the staff seemed off. But I kept coming backâbecause this place means something to me. I never felt it was worth not visiting, though.
Yesterday was my first visit of the summer, and I was so happy to see changes. The hostess stand has been updated and is way more functional and welcoming, pushed back and kind of separates the kitchen hustle & bustle from the seating area. That crowded seating area to the right when you walk in? Gone. The hallway and bathrooms have been completely renovated, now featuring beautiful tiling and a much fresher atmosphere. I don't feel like I'm going to collide with staff going in or out of the kitchen (lol). Best of allâthe energy is back.
A quick tip: aim to visit around 5 p.m.âit gets packed after that, and parking along Breeza and the surrounding strip can be tough.
And a word to the wise: if youâre expecting authentic, traditional Mexican foodâdonât. This is Tex-Mex, and itâs good. If youâre from California, rememberâyouâre on the East Coast. That authentic Cali flavor youâre used to just isnât going to be here. So please donât come with that expectation. What you will find is good food in a surfy beach spot, with the spirit of beach life infused throughout. Surf videos play on the TVs, surfboards and logos line the wallsâTower 7 lives and breathes its location.
I also have Celiac Disease, and Iâve always felt safe here. Their corn tortillas are handmade, and Iâve never had an issue/gotten sick. The staff are knowledgeable and never make me feel like a burden when I have questions or want to try something new. That matters. A lot! Just ask - there's a few sauces that aren't safe.
I cherish this place. Iâm genuinely glad itâs still here, still evolving, and still delivering those summer memories for me and my kids.

This location is across the street from the Pineville, NC Atrium Hospital. I have a family member that has had an unexpected extended stay at the hospital. I have celiac disease (Gluten allergy) and it is often hard to find a safe place to eat. I also must consider the possibility of cross contamination when eating at a cafeteria or restaurant.
I have been in this location multiple times over the past few weeks and EVERY TIME, no matter WHAT TIME, I enter the location they have been kind and taken great care of me. The other night I was not able to leave the hospital until 8:30pm and found myself very hungry and very nervous about asking a team of employees to help me 20 minutes before closing. That night the team was led by an individual named Tomashia and WOW just wow. They were so kind and helpful. No one there knew what my situation was or how exhausted or hungry I was. They were just there to help. I am very grateful. Thank you. Oh, and the sandwiches are delicious. đ
