FULLY GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT 🤩 We’ve been frequenting BIBIBOP in Cary since it has opened. Most all gluten free people know gluten free Asian foods are few and far between. This place is DELICIOUS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I describe it like an Asian chipotle in set-up. You go through line and build a bowl. VERY FRESH and clean ingredients. Tasty teas and lemonades. Yummy free miso soup.
Friendly staff and clean space.
10/10 recommend
(I promise there is healthy greens under our toppings in the pictures lol)

Was in town for work and wanted something marginally healthy with gluten free options for my friend. I got a salad, they let me sub shrimp for chicken for a small fee and the salad was delightful. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The staff was nice. Lots of tables inside and out.
Experience a delightful blend of nostalgic vibes with unique sodalicious sauces, tasty combinations, and an array of bottled sodas to enjoy!

We had salads and pizzas delivered for our large group one night. They were fast and efficient. Salads were fresh and delicious (Greek salad). The pizzas satisfied our cravings and went perfectly with the wine we had at home. Solid crust and ingredients. We had a guest that was gluten free and she was able to pick her option and enjoy a great pizza alongside everybody.
An awesome spot for family fun, quick service, and a variety of options to please everyone in your group.

Yikes. Don’t even know where to start. Long story short - don’t come here. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and after that we walked out. Never typically leave reviews for restaurants but this was an exception because it was so bad. I mean the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We kept getting different excuses from the waiter and the manager. At one point it was that “gluten free pizza takes longer” (which has never been a hold up in the past at Mellow), another time it was “the kitchen made your orders wrong,” and the third time it was “the kitchen lost your ticket and your order hasn’t been made.” After over an hour and a half of waiting and the server asking us our order again and getting the order wrong on the ticket, we decided to leave. Manager and waiter never seemed to care that we had been waiting over an hour and a half, there was no sympathy or apologies, and they were rude. Exceptionally bad customer service. Other tables were waiting for their food and the food pick up section had a large amount of people waiting a long time too. So don’t count on pick up being timely either. Understand delays can happen because of staff shortage and busy hours, but the restaurant was half empty and tons of servers standing around. None of our group will be coming back. Highly recommend you don’t go here or if you really want Mellow Mushroom to visit the Cary or Durham location.

Burger was just adequate. Tomato was underripe. Bun was dry. Service/ friendliness was absent. They don’t ask for tips that may be why. Fries were good. I had a gluten allergic reaction after 30 minutes even though it’s reportedly a dedicated frier. Parking in the area is a nightmare… we wouldn’t come back.
The food was delicious! GLuten friendly options are available. The Arepas were decently sized, though a big guy like me needs two. I preferred the pork over the salmon.
Perfect for a relaxed hangout with friends, but be prepared for longer wait times if you're in a hurry.

Listen, I understand that with a large group food is going to take longer to come out. BUT 2 HOURS is a bit of a stretch. This is a great spot if you got time to kill and nowhere to be.
Pro:
- menu is great
- gluten free
- variety
- drink selection
- environment
- Price is ok
Con:
- service. not just from the servers but kitchen staff. This poor girl was left alone to take a party of 20±. When another server could have helped, and have our orders in the system in half the time. Drinks also took forever to come because this girl was putting in orders into the system for 30 minutes.
Overall it is a great spot if you have a part of 2, and or have no where to be for the day.

I would stay away from this location at all costs. Stopped in to grab dinner after a panthers game 11/24/24, obviously knew it was going to be busy and expected a long wait. The host/hostess said we were looking at an hour which again was no biggie considering there was a line out the door when we arrived. So strike number one, we are a family of 4, another family of 4 behind us in line proceeded to tip the hostess to get seated in front of everyone and sure enough they did. The host/hostess also proceeded to seat some their “friends” before everyone else too. To each their own, but shame on the hostess for taking the money and I hope management sees this and takes proper disciplinary action. Now after about a 45 minute wait we were seated, not quite the hour that we were expecting so could easily look past the bribing of from the people that got seated before us. Our waiter took our drink order brought the drinks back in a timely fashion and then took our order. We ordered 2 gluten free pizzas as one of our kids has celiac and the other was for someone who just doesn’t like to eat gluten, we also ordered a regular crust medium pepperoni pizza. After a few minutes of discussing the servers allergy in comparison to our sons allergy the server then proceeded to put our order in. Now here is strike 2, a while has passed by and our server comes by and says I think your order should be coming up shortly. Again not a big deal as I know they were busy, hence the hour wait to sit down, so no biggie. Then about 45 after we sat down the server comes to us and starts apologizing repeatedly that he has no idea why our food hasn’t come out yet. Mind you the entire time we as a family have been very understanding of the situation and not really sure why the server is apologizing so much, it’s busy we understand. After about an hour after sitting down our food comes out but there’s a problem, one of the gluten free pizzas was entered incorrectly as just an “allergy” so was prepared as dairy free. The other pizzas were prepared as they should be, but unfortunately the persons pizza that was incorrect was the one who has celiac. So the manager said they will put an urgent refire for the gluten free pizza, oh and this is just a gluten free “cheese” pizza. That ended up taking about another 30 minutes. Again, people make mistakes, it’s busy, shit happens, but we have now been at this establishment for well over 2 hours pushing into 3. Now here is strike 3, I’m not one who looks at getting anything for free, but when you’ve been at an establishment for almost 3 hours, been jumped in front of in line by money and friendship, and you finally get your order and the one person who needs it to be correct is wrong some sort of compensation should have been offered, but all we got were a lot of apologies. We paid our bill and I still tipped normal 20% as I know it was busy and not all faults fall on a server, but I people read this and take this into consideration when making a choice to eat at this locations.
Perfect for parties or family outings, this spot shines with its lively atmosphere and unique options that keep everyone happy.

I ALWAYS feel safe eating gluten-free here! They take excellent care in ensuring my pizza is prepared safely. Personally I prefer a crispier crust so I ask that they run my pizza through twice. I’m always satisfied after learning to make this request!
My family loves this pizza. Especially the buffet! My wife is Celiac and they are able to accommodate her gluten free diet. She loves their gluten free pizzas and the spinach dip.
A welcoming spot with a unique commitment to specialized prep, making it an exciting choice for those seeking tailored dining experiences.

The owner has celiac as well as her oldest daughter. As soon as I said I had celiac she came right out to the table to explain the menu. She said it’s easier for her to tell me what I can’t have versus what I can. She’s working on a gluten free menu. I was so excited when she told me I could get chicken tenders and fries! She has dedicated space in her kitchen and fryer. I can’t wait to go back for French toast! They are open for breakfast and lunch.

Absolutely loved this place. My girlfriend is gluten free and had been craving the taste of beer since she found out she couldn’t have gluten anymore. The owner’s wife has celiac I believe, or can’t have gluten for some reason, so they have multiple beers with either no gluten or gluten reduced!! The atmosphere was awesome and we had a delicious gluten free pizza as well. We will definitely be back if we are ever out that way again!!
A place noted for quick service, large portions, and clean salad bars, where you might even get extra servings from generous platefuls.

My family and I love our Hickory Jason's Deli. Everything that we eat is always delicious. The cashier is always helpful and even knows I have a gluten allergy. Jason's is always our pick!
Didn’t get one of our sandwiches or fry. Our iced coffee was supposed to be vanilla it wasn’t. My daughter has gluten allergy and didn’t get her bun. And to top it off we waited 11 minutes in parking lot to get it and then they still shorted us a fry. I called cause it was going on 15 minutes and the manager argued with me that I got them all. Really you left out half my order and then you think you have any right to argue with me over a fry. I’ll drive to Wilkes from now on. Boone Chick-fil-A sucks

I’ve been visiting Tower 7 since my college days—basically since right after it opened. I bought my first surfboard, a beautiful WRV from Sweet Water surf shop in 01. Over the years, I’ve watched this little spot grow and change. Every summer, without fail, I visit the beach—and I always come to Tower 7. It’s become an icon of my summers; a tradition. I've introduced it to my children who now know what Tower 7 is and ask for it. I’m 42 now, so we’re talking about 20 years of memories. If I weren't 2 hours away, I'd come to eat more often!
Tower 7 has always felt like my special little hole-in-the-wall. The chips and salsa? My favorite. And the margaritas? Also my favorite!
Over the last few years, I’ll admit, I noticed a slight decline—nothing major, but enough to dim the magic a little. I chalked it up to the pandemic. Outdated. The bathrooms and hallway needed renovating, the ventilation wasn’t great, the front felt cramped with all the extra seating crammed in, and the menus were outdated. Presentation of food was different. Even the vibe from the staff seemed off. But I kept coming back—because this place means something to me. I never felt it was worth not visiting, though.
Yesterday was my first visit of the summer, and I was so happy to see changes. The hostess stand has been updated and is way more functional and welcoming, pushed back and kind of separates the kitchen hustle & bustle from the seating area. That crowded seating area to the right when you walk in? Gone. The hallway and bathrooms have been completely renovated, now featuring beautiful tiling and a much fresher atmosphere. I don't feel like I'm going to collide with staff going in or out of the kitchen (lol). Best of all—the energy is back.
A quick tip: aim to visit around 5 p.m.—it gets packed after that, and parking along Breeza and the surrounding strip can be tough.
And a word to the wise: if you’re expecting authentic, traditional Mexican food—don’t. This is Tex-Mex, and it’s good. If you’re from California, remember—you’re on the East Coast. That authentic Cali flavor you’re used to just isn’t going to be here. So please don’t come with that expectation. What you will find is good food in a surfy beach spot, with the spirit of beach life infused throughout. Surf videos play on the TVs, surfboards and logos line the walls—Tower 7 lives and breathes its location.
I also have Celiac Disease, and I’ve always felt safe here. Their corn tortillas are handmade, and I’ve never had an issue/gotten sick. The staff are knowledgeable and never make me feel like a burden when I have questions or want to try something new. That matters. A lot! Just ask - there's a few sauces that aren't safe.
I cherish this place. I’m genuinely glad it’s still here, still evolving, and still delivering those summer memories for me and my kids.
A vibrant spot with plenty of veggie options, upbeat music, and local brews, perfect for a laid-back meal while enjoying the sunset.

The server was extremely friendly and everyone was respectful and nice. I gave a 4 on service because they forgot to bring out my food and it took longer for everything to come out more then normal. But, the waitress was extremely apologetic about it. They have plenty of dairy free and gluten free options, as well as vegan. I recommend their salads and their ciders are very good if you're gluten free. Their gluten and dairy free pizza is decent. If you are going to get the Pizza, I recommend the white one or the might meat pizza GF.

This location is across the street from the Pineville, NC Atrium Hospital. I have a family member that has had an unexpected extended stay at the hospital. I have celiac disease (Gluten allergy) and it is often hard to find a safe place to eat. I also must consider the possibility of cross contamination when eating at a cafeteria or restaurant.
I have been in this location multiple times over the past few weeks and EVERY TIME, no matter WHAT TIME, I enter the location they have been kind and taken great care of me. The other night I was not able to leave the hospital until 8:30pm and found myself very hungry and very nervous about asking a team of employees to help me 20 minutes before closing. That night the team was led by an individual named Tomashia and WOW just wow. They were so kind and helpful. No one there knew what my situation was or how exhausted or hungry I was. They were just there to help. I am very grateful. Thank you. Oh, and the sandwiches are delicious. 😊
This place is a go-to for diverse options, offering a lively atmosphere and a blend of delicious brews and eats, perfect for all tastes!

Always a good experience. GF notation on menu, gf bun offered with burger that comes out separate with the other food. They minimize cross contamination as much as possible. Fries are noted gf…I have never had an issue eating them. Been told they have dedicated frier but they do offer fried chicken so not 100%.
A quick spot with affordable prices, offering customizable bowls and nachos, but expect a more basic flavor experience.

Everything is gluten free here except the bread for the sandwiches. They don’t fry anything, so there is no fryer. The food was a little bland and you could tell their chips came from a bag. But the price is very reasonable and it’s a quick place to get in and out of. We got the nachos and island bowl with jerk chicken. They do have several sauces that you can customize your bowl with.
