Disappointing dinner
We went to this restaurant for a family dinner (4 people) during a 3-day vacation, attracted by the fact that it was listed as a member of the AIC circuit. Unfortunately, the experience was well below expectations.
The appetizer arrived immediately, but the gluten-free bread to accompany it was served after an hour. When asked for clarification, the answer was "be patient", because there was a table for 70 people who also arrived after us.
The waiting staff was clearly in a hurry because in addition to the large table there were just as many covers at small tables. And unfortunately, when the first courses arrived, the situation did not improve: overcooked risotto at canteen level, cutlet as hard as a sole, agnolotti with and without gluten brought by the same waiter (a very critical aspect for those with celiac disease).
From a place that presents itself as attentive to gluten-free I expected much more attention and professionalism.
I hope they can reflect on management and, above all, on how many people a restaurant can accommodate based on the available staff. Serving a few well is better than serving everyone badly.
We resolved the evening for the better by stopping in a supermarket.

I decided to write this review, something I have never done before, because I was shocked by the poverty, the malice and the arrogance of the reviews of the last few weeks on this pizzeria. I would like to point out that my family and I are long-time customers of the pizzeria which, at various times, has always satisfied us quite a bit; but you know, not all donuts come out with a hole. We were at dinner on the second or third day of the change of management and in fact there was some disservice: slightly long waiting times, ATM and satispay that did not work etc... but the new owner took action, in the only way he could, by offering a discount at the time of payment. I returned after about a week and the management had returned to normal and, having returned with my family for the third time, I must say that the pizzas have nothing to envy the previous ones, in fact, both the normal ones and the gluten-free ones seemed excellent to us. Now my question is this: people who leave such negative reviews full of arrogance, gratuitous malice, arrogance towards those who have just taken over the management of a business, what problems do they have towards their fellow men? I don't think I'm a person who always has everything going well, on the contrary, the exact opposite, but I think a minimum of tolerance would help these people live better. I still have to get something off my chest: I was very sorry to read the response of the previous owners, whom I respect, with a Pontius Pilate-like "we are no longer here". Lastly, best wishes to the new management and, if you continue like this, you will always have me, my family and not only as customers!!!

Great quick lunch, taste and tradition
We went to this place with some friends for a quick lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. We chose a full menu with sandwich, potatoes and beer: everything was very good!
I had the "FRESC TONNÈ" sandwich (€9.90) with Piedmontese raw meat, tuna sauce, rocket and cherry tomatoes: really tasty and gluten-free, great news for those with intolerances!
The service was quite fast, the style is that of a fast food, but with a touch of Piedmontese tradition that makes the difference.
I recommend it for those looking for a quick but quality lunch, with attention also to dietary needs.

It was an excellent choice as I tasted one of the best hamburgers of my life: special and exquisite bread, quality meat and two touches of genius that make this sandwich truly different: the patanegra lard and the cruschi pepper mayonnaise... They really delighted me!!

I had already purchased a single-portion dessert once at a pastry shop for my celiac mother. I returned to purchase a 500 gram panettone and was offered a traditional one, probably the last one to be discarded. I didn't notice the expiration date of the 30th. /12, nor the fact that it was a bit too 'brown'. The result was that it made a bad impression. A mass of dry, inedible dough. Not even being able to dip in milk for breakfast, it ended up straight in the waste. I understand that I am not a continuous customer, but I don't think I deserve the waste.

Last night we finally went there.
We had known him by reputation for many years but had never gone.
With the problems of Celiac Disease we were a bit stuck on the "usual informed and reported restaurants".
We had the pleasure of discovering it and we will definitely be back, hopefully soon 😋.
Everything went very well right from the welcome, the waitress was very kind and professional.
The choice of gluten-free dishes was wide, even in desserts (which is not common in Italian restaurants, where sometimes even ice cream is forbidden😠).
All the courses were truly delicious, the meats were one better than the other.
We haven't tasted a fillet cooked this well in years. Given my indecision between two seconds, the waitress surprised us by offering us a small plate with a welcome taste of roast beef.
In addition to being very good, the dishes were all well presented.
When we got to the desserts, I was already over the moon and I forgot to photograph them 😄
This welcoming spot features a nice and quiet setting with both indoor seating and an inviting outdoor terrace, creating a lively atmosphere enhanced by good music. Attentive service complements the experience, though gluten contamination risks remain a concern for celiacs.
