They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. I was there today and loved the menu, the number of options and the service! I went with my boyfriend who is celiac, I am not and even so it did not disappoint in any way, the pizza was well served and very tasty, the mini-churros were also very tasty. I would like to highlight the great service of the attendant who works at the checkout and also when delivering the dishes, unfortunately I do not know her name, but we went in the evening and she was there. The atmosphere is calm and clean, it is suitable for all types of groups from friends, couples and large families. Success!

I ordered the one from the future with gluten-free bread and pineapple juice with lemongrass (divinoooo). I went to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. We went for lunch, we made a reservation 1 day in advance. We sat at the counter and opted for the tasting menu. I recommend going in good time, as we stayed at the place from the time it opened until they closed, eating. We watched the sushi chefs prepare the cold dishes while we asked them about it. After eating at this restaurant, you will never want to eat any salmon wrapped in rice again. Their quality is surprising, it lives up to the price, it was like eating in Japan. The sashimi I liked most was horse mackerel. The restaurant works with seasonal and fresh ingredients: depending on the time of year, there won't be octopus, for example. The wasabi is fresh, and there is gluten-free soy sauce. We ordered tea to go with it, which was being replenished all the time. The dessert was excellent. There is underground parking on site. I will definitely be back to try other things!
