Great food & drinks, especially for folks with food allergies. Most items on the menu are gluten free, the staff is well versed on the few items that are, and the menu is well marked. I recommend to use the paper ordering slip when ordering food so you can write in your food allergies/restrictions - it’s a great option to have!

Amazing pizza place!! This is a kid-friendly spot, but it’s still giving “upscale” eating. The food was delicious, their cauliflower crust tasted so good and they offer gluten free options as well. They were so flexible with my kids and got their meals out super fast & kid temp! Would def recc this place to anyone who needs a quick place to eat!

We've eaten here at least 5-6 times in the past few months and generally it's a very nice experience. Usually the servers are attentive and the manager (a very nice man whose name begins with J and looks like a football player I want on my team--sorry I forgot your whole name) goes out of his way to assist. A few flaws (not necessarily this meal) are that the spinach is VERY salty, so they accommodate us and steam it plain. We've had some undercooked fish/lobster/ and filet mignon, all went back and got recooked. That does detract from the meal but does happen and they always do whatever necessary to correct it. This current visit was exceptional--the greeter/hostess was absolutely RUDE and we almost left immediately. We were treated like we were an imposition and she clearly gave off a vibe that she did not want to be there or welcome us in. It was one of the worst greetings I can ever recall at a restaurant. She hoofed off in front of us when we requested the gluten free menu. She rushed off so fast I'm not sure she even heard us. Though the restaurant was mostly empty, she took us to a table we didn't like and didn't ask if the table was ok. When we wanted to change tables she once again gave us attitude. Fortunately, Charlie, the waiter was EXCEPTIONAL. Kind, attentive, and a great server. With almost no exceptions, every server we've had has been truly attentive as has the manager. Tara is likewise a wonderful and attentive server. The few flaws of the kitchen noted above, are taken care of when needed. We cannot emphasize enough how poor the hostess was and how bad this could reflect on an otherwise generally good restaurant. For a first time customer, the greeting we had would absolutely have been the last time ever setting foot into the place and we would have left. Another notable positive--they taken gluten allergy seriously and have a lot of choices. We always point out severe gluten allergy/celiac and they make notations, discuss with the kitchen, and the manager also helps out in this regard. So this review is mixed for the reasons noted above. A change in hostess is called for ASAP-at least the one who was there this past Saturday night.

We visit regularly - we love the breakfast , but it really depends on what you order. Service and staff is terrific and they accommodate groups. A definite plus is that they have Gluten Free choices that are delicious.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Kairu!! It is hands down the best sushi place around. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is wonderful and we always have an amazing meal. Quite literally, we dine there weekly. We have multiple celiacs in our family. The Kairu staff has gone out of their way to provide us with freshly-made-in-house gluten-free ponzu sauce, with gluten-free soy sauce AND with gluten-free tempura!!!! Yes. Gluten-free tempura. They deep fry rolls separately so that there isn’t any cross-contamination. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. They do not disappoint, especially if you have food allergies.

Such a beautifully done restaurant. The real star of the show was our waitress, Kayleigh! She was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options they have and was able to really help navigate me through that so that I could still enjoy many items. First off, I want to thank the young man his name was Christian who welcomed us to this eclectic, wonderful, and welcoming restaurant. Me and my wife were traveling all day and wanted to find a restaurant that would fill us up. Not only did Pinky’s do so, they also made us feel important and tended to our needs. The team service is an amazing system and this staff does it perfectly. Especially Christian, he has a passion for what he does, he has a vision and an amazing way of speaking to customers. You don’t get that nowadays anymore. Aside from that, the fish tacos and the Gluten-Free bun burger were out of this world good and we came back again the very next day. Will recommend this restaurant to friends and family. You will be seeing us again soon!!

We had an amazing dinner here! My steak was unreal! There are quite a few gluten-free options on the menu. Unfortunately, all of the fried items are not safe if you have celiac. They are fried in a shared fryer. They have three restaurants in the Charlotte area!

A great place for a girls lunch or dinner!! Nothing is labeled gluten-free on the menu. The staff is very knowledgeable about what is gluten-free though. They offer gluten-free crackers for charcuterie. They can pan sauté the brussels sprouts and leave off the marinade. They have salads, a burger without a bun would be an option. I actually got the prosciutto sandwich without the bread and they put it over arugula salad! It was absolutely amazing! They are very willing to work with you and modify dishes in their custom kitchen. Also, tons of wine options!
