Eclectic menu. Husband had the rib eye dinner which was very good. I had lentil soup which was also good. Wish they would add gluten free pasta to their menu.

I have celiac. We came here while visiting Ashland because we had heard about the fried chicken, which was really good. However, I ordered a sandwich on gluten-free bread and it came on their rye bread. I ate it without thinking about it, but partway through realized it didn't seem like gluten-free bread. The server confirmed it was rye bread and sort of apologized. He took $2.40 off the cost of the sandwich, which seems insufficient for how sick I'm going to get. The fried chicken was amazing, but now I'm wondering how careful they are with that, since they don't seem to care about the sandwiches being gluten-free.

I am grateful for the gluten-free options. I wish the gluten-free naan bread was included in the buffet, instead of costing extra. The entire buffet selection is very limited - for $16, there could definitely be more choices.
The staffs' behavior was odd - they stand around watching you eat. Made me slightly uncomfortable.
A vibrant spot with a cheerful vibe and standout flavors, offering carefully crafted dishes and unique sauces that keep everyone coming back.

The food was amazing, the shop is cute, and the staff is so friendly! They offer gluten free substitutes in almost everything and the gluten free bun is amazing, doesn’t crumble like the bad ones do. So glad I ate here, it was amazing!

Very cozy place with hundreds of tea varieties. I usually get the mushroom chai. Their food is delicious, especially their gluten-free vegan chocolate cookie. I love going to Dobra on a rainy afternoon and visiting with friends just soaking up the calm atmosphere.

Yummy!!!! This was a lovely experience.
They were very busy on a Thursday night but we were able to sit outside. Even though it was chilly outside, they have some very nice heaters so we were very comfortable the entire time.
Our server was extremely careful of my celiac allergy and the food was absolutely delicious. She was also very kind and friendly. Though she was very busy, she remained attentive and met our needs.
It was a lovely time with the family and we truly enjoyed our experience at Kobe restaurant.
Thank you so much.

Atmosphere was great
Menu not so much
Portions kinda small.
Machiato drink was ridiculously small it looked like a joke and it tastes horrible. A waste of $4.75
Didn't trust our waiter that there wasn't gluten on the wings and the fries. Couldn't enjoy my food. And stomach felt off later.
Quirky spot with a dive vibe, great drinks, and authentic family recipes in a walkable, relaxed neighborhood that's perfect for gathering with friends.

The food here is quite good and the people are nice. The atmosphere is pleasant, and outside seating is available. It’s a nice place.
Several of us had drinks. My martini was well-made and icy cold,
Despite being told glutenfree was safe, I was served gluten. Several others in my group also had digestive issues, and they don’t have food allergies. Others in my group were fine. Thus, there seem to be kitchen issues here that really need to be addressed.
With a vibrant atmosphere and unique menu options, it's a great spot for families to enjoy good vibes and delicious flavors while hanging out.

We came in search of the Celtic Jam, and tasted some delicious dishes while we enjoyed the music. The fish portion was huge and perfectly cooked, with good and garlicky fries, and the bacon wrapped dates were exquisite. Gluten free and vegetarian options are easily found on the menu. The employees there are friendly and professional, anticipating every need. I definitely recommend.
Expect indoor/outdoor comfy seating with a cozy setting, a lovely wine menu, and unique and satisfying dishes in a place that's worth every calorie.

I won’t go back. A year ago, the service was warm and genuine, the food was quite tasty, and it was easy to get gluten-free items. This time, I was met with scorn when I asked whether the GF pizza crust was safe for someone with a severe gluten allergy, the service was fake-nice, and the risotto was inedible (rice still raw in the middle, poor flavor profile, and a truly amazing dose of hot pepper flakes, which felt punitive. And I love hot food. Only upside: husband’s standard pizza was decent.

Amazing gluten free bread!
The downside? It's very pricey for what you get. Over $40 for 2 sandwiches (tip included) with minimal meat . That's insane.
I'll probably be back eventually, due to limited gluten free options in the valley, but not often, because of the price.

Saw this place across the parking lot while staying at Stratford Inn. We called and somehow got the last available table for the night. It is a tiny restaurant but had a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server was Monica and she was so friendly. Our kids eat very small portions, one of them has a nut allergy, and my dad who dined with us eats gluten free. We're pretty much the worst type of customer you could have but the staff was great. My dad doesn't really care for Italian fare but be really enjoyed the meal and our kids loved the steak with their spaghetti. Lots of great wine options as well. Buon appetito!

If you want to impress a visiting chef take them here. Small cafe (with plenty of outside seating)with excellent chef designed fare. Very friendly service. The Herbed eggs are to die for. Make it gluten free with Hippy( seed based) bread. Yum!!!
First picture is the Mushroom Tartine the potato looking things are mushrooms on the Hippy bread. Second is Herbed eggs on Hippy bread with side of Mushrooms.
To start the service here was awesome! The servers were attentive and easy to find. My wife has a food allergy and they clearly helped us navigate the menu and daily specials to find items that she could eat. We were able to order and get our meals cooked quickly which was very surprising and appreciative.
The food here was great too! A bit pricey but they had a large quantity of gluten free and dairy free options which is hard to come by. The only negative is that they aren't open longer! Hopefully that will change.

This is our second time going to Macaroni's and we've enjoyed it both times. The first time we were taken by our local friends, for whom it's a favorite. The second time we went on a Sunday night that was not crowded, so it was quiet and romantic in our booth tucked away in the corner. The environment is relaxing with subdued lighting and nice Italian touches. The servers were friendly and helpful. I am both gluten and dairy free and they accommodated me both times, as the food is made to order. For gluten free pasta it's always penne, which was cooked just right. I have had both the seafood fettuccine and the Mediterranean pasta and thought both were excellent. My husband has had the carne calzone and fettuccine Alfredo and loved it. We also shared a green salad. So keep in mind that Macaroni is a moderately priced place serving good food. It's not a Michelin star $$$$ place so if you're looking for that it might seem basic. However, it's just the type of place we like to find most of the time.
The Hawk is the best kept secret in Ashland. Most people probably think it's fir students only, but the Ashland community is very welcome. A wide variety of food is always available and they always have vegetarian, vegan, & gluten free options. One price to enter and then you are free to eat as much as you like from any of the different stations serving food.
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, serving up amazing dishes made from high-quality ingredients that will leave you excited to come back!

My husband, son and I stopped in for lunch today on our drive from San Diego to Portland. We chose Mason’s on Main because of the great reviews and gluten free options. We could not have been happier with our decision! We loved the small, sweet, clean restaurant and the amazingly friendly chef (who we assume to be the owner). I got the smash burger with a gf bun and it was amazing. So fresh and perfectly accompanied. My husband and son shared the chicken and waffles sandwich and the wontons. They were raving about both! The waffle was delicious and gluten free! There were several items on the menu I wanted to try. Maybe we’ll stop by again on our way home. Why mess with a great thing! Thanks for a delicious lunch!

One of my husband and my favorite restaurants since moving to Ashland. High quality food and service. Gluten free and vegan options. Romantic atmosphere.
Seriously overpriced.
editing to add:
It cost me $19 to get a regular, drip coffee and the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. It was 4" long and wide (yes, I measured it, because it was that ridiculous), and had literally nothing but eggs and two sad bacon strips in it. For $16.
Context: I asked for gluten free bread (upcharge, of course, even though clearly it's less food), and no cheese since I'm lactose intolerant. Asked if I could get an extra egg or something because of no cheese? Nope, that's extra.
Even if they hadn't given me the saddest and most overpriced breakfast sandwich of all time, it was still just generic diner food. Very greasy, completely plain. There's a time and a place for good diner food, but not if you're charging regular restaurant rates for the equivalent of sit-down fast food.
We are locals and this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Excellent service and food is consistently good every time. The steak fajitas are amazing. They are also able to make things gluten free!
A local favorite with an engaging atmosphere and an attentive owner, making every visit a memorable experience.

We love it here. It is one of our go to choices for eating out. The staff is fantastic and the owner, Tony, is always on site to make sure you have a great experience. The food is exceptional and they have several gluten free options as well as vegetarian options. Highly recommend.

Have been coming here since 2006 when we moved to Ashland. We usually take a card game and hang out for a while. The menu incorrectly indicates which options are gluten free, so be careful what you order. However, staff are usually helpful and will check with the kitchen. Alternative beverages like kombucha would be a nice addition for those of us that can't kick them back like they used to.
The food was delightful. I’m not vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free, but I would order the Seasonal Veggie Plate again. It was unparalleled for taste combinations and textures.
This might be my new favorite sushi spot in Ashland! For someone who is unreasonably picky about sushi, they have fresh fish, large portions, gluten free options on almost everything (other than the tempura). This is a casual spot and though there is only one sushi chef behind the bar, I was impressed at how fast the food did come out. Will definitely be back again and again.
