This was our first visit, and I'm happy to see some newer restaurants in Whistler widening the choice. Really liked the feel of the place walking in, contemporary enough and still cosy. The menu had decent choices for the most part and they were able to accommodate changes for Gluten and dairy reasonably well. No accommodation possible for desert asside from Sorbet. The food was good but missed the mark when considering the price point. Wine selection was in line with high end dining. Overall we had a good time despite some hiccups with the service. Would visit again but probably not until we have explored other recent additions to Whistler's list of restaurants.
Experience the charm of a cozy bistro in downtown Vancouver, where authentic flavors and stunning presentations create a memorable dining experience.

Some of the best French food around!
Service is fantastic and multilingual. Atmosphere is very Parisian, so expect crowded, and a little loud combined with intimate seating.
The food is very generous portions, incredibly delicious and their desert is out of this world.
Their breakfast is superb and there are gluten free options, just ask!
A lively spot near the ferry with a buzzing atmosphere, fun activities, and unique menu items that impress with creativity.

We came here because it was close to the ferry. What a good choice!
The place has a busy hum, with a play being rehearsed at one side and a swing dancing class at the other. The food was very creatively prepared. Yes, the lamb was falling off the bone and the chicken was delicious. But the big surprise was the careful and original way the side vegetables were prepared - a tomato & baby onion stew, shaved carrots that seemed like wide pasta, etc. With an awareness of gluten-free needs.
Chic and cozy vibes make this spot perfect for brunch, with delightful dishes and drinks that keep everyone happy, all at reasonable prices.

We loved out brunch there, the staff is fantastic and the atmosphere chic & cosy. The eggs Benedict with salmon were accompanied with delicious stacked potatoes and the generous avocado toast had a gluten-free bread option. It was presented scrambled with shredded cheese and a poached egg, I really enjoyed it as well as the mimosa with what felt like real oranges. The prices were very reasonable for that kind of place, in fact we paid as much in more "laid back" cafes, maybe because it's brunch but the service & food quality would definitely be worth a dinner too.
Experience impeccable dishes and outstanding service that make for a memorable dining outing in Vancouver.

The ambience is stunning. The best dishes: frogs legs, tuna, escargot and the sole. It's the first time I have seen sole deboned table side, which was neat and a nice touch. The servers are a little pushy on the sauce-if we don't want sauce, we don't need it, no need to hover and wait for us to douse or fish. The frogs legs were insanely good. I would recommend they include different bread sides for the caviar as the potato hashbrowns (rather than the bread) are too tart, and ruin the flavour. For gluten free people they should have gluten free bread. The steak tartar was only good when it was mixed or dipped in the sauce next to it, sauce should be mixed in or better as a stand alone. Overall, beautiful food.
My favourite restaurant in Vancouver. Excellent beef tenderloin and frites (which are gluten free, yay!), the ambience is warm and cosy and the service is very attentive and knowledgeable.
Chill patio vibes with two menu options and a pet-friendly vibe make it a fun spot, but the menu’s dietary info could use a little clarity.

Very nice patio and two different menus options ( you can also order from The Penny Farthing menu). I only don’t give them a 5 star review because the menu doesn’t specify what the gluten free options or any other dietary options are. The service was good and they are pet friendly at the patio. I had a gluten free Brie pear prosciutto chicken burger. It was good but later on I realized that I could have opted for lettuce wrap and my server didn’t even mentioned anything. Anyway we enjoy our food and will definitely come back. 😊
A top-notch spot in Victoria with a cozy vibe, extensive wine list, and a delightful French twist that keeps locals coming back for more.

One of the best joints in Victoria hands down. Gluten-free options for my celiac folks, delicious french cuisine, wonderful atmosphere, abundant wine list, cocktails, and immaculate service.
There is a reason why Brasserie is able to operate without reservations. Go a bit before you're wanting to eat and get ready for a top-notch experience.
