I had two tapioca sandwiches and a guava spritz, all of which were delicious. As someone with celiac, I am not used to eating good bread, but the tapioca bread of the sandwiches was tasty, pliable, and did not crumble at all. They were so good that unfortunately I ate them both before taking a picture. It was also very affordable— if I had not gotten a drink, my meal would have been around 15€ I think. In itself, it's a great idea that there is a gluten-free option. However, the very young staff are untrained and unfamiliar with contamination, which is important for people with celiac disease. So they couldn't tell me if the gluten-free brownie was completely gluten-free or if it came into contact with products containing gluten when I ordered one.
