We received a recommendation today for the best Lasagna Bolognese in Bologna - it was correct. We had a fantastic meal tonight at La Capriata. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we were offered a dedicated Gluten Free menu which was a nice touch. All four of us really enjoyed our dinner.

We had lunch in this restaurant for my graduation, the food was delicious, from the pizzas to the first courses and also the desserts, the staff was very kind, and the place was very welcoming. The gluten-free cuisine is reliable and is effectively gluten-free and contamination-free, as unfortunately does not happen in other restaurants. Even though we were a little late due to some problems and with lunch we exceeded the closing time of the restaurant, the staff was still very kind and helpful in understanding the situation, without making us feel it in any way. I highly recommend this restaurant, thanks again!

A dinner on November 2nd in the heart of Bologna, the key word is Hospitality from the owner to the waiters who take care of the guests. Excellent food and fast service, attention also paid to dogs. Gluten-free pasta and dishes!

A iconic stereotypical Italian corner restaurant/cafe, which I would recommend everyone to visit. The topping of the sandwich was very tasty with a lot of flavor, but the gluten free bread was quite directly dry. So much dry that I wonder if the ones deciding the bread even has tried it, because even cheap supermarket bread would be preferred above it. But it should be mentioned that the breads with gluten were by the rest of the group met with better reviews. The staff was few making at one point a long queue, as of the one attending the cash register where helping preparing the food. To be fair, the restaurant were at this moment quite crowded.

Restaurant with lots of seating close to the centre. Good first courses, not very fast service. Excellent for those who have not booked in advance and are looking for a place in the centre. Adequate prices given the proximity to the center . Note on gluten-free dishes!

The best ever! Franco Rossi Catering is a real guarantee! He served each of the 250 guests at our wedding excellently. He handled every need and alternative menu impeccably, professionally and thoughtfully (we had about 5 alternative menus to the main one: vegetarian, celiac, children's menu, blank menu and a menu for particular allergies). The contact person for the entire organization was Giuseppe, friendly and helpful, he followed us from the initial contact to the choice of the mise en place, the menu and the wines. Also present for the entire duration of the reception, he was always a point of reference and managed every moment of the evening perfectly. The dining room staff was impeccable, careful to ensure that nothing was ever missing for anyone, from drinking at the table to serving the elderly by hand during the aperitif. They were quick with their service and allowed us to get back on schedule despite our initial delay. Excellent kitchen staff! For both the aperitif and the dinner we received compliments from all the guests. We were really very happy and we will not fail to recommend Franco Rossi both as a caterer and as a restaurant. Definitely a very high level restaurant. Wise search for combinations that go well with my tastes. Pre-appetizer finger food tasty and beautiful to look at and good quality bread products. With pigeon and quail I relived flavors of childhood recalling good memories and with the dessert a truly excellent finish with a refined mix of fruit and basil aromas. All in a historic location and truly impeccable service even on gluten free.

I had a graduation lunch with family and some friends. Very kind staff, even regarding the possibility of bringing a cake from outside (with receipt obviously). The cuisine is spectacular, they have the option of gluten-free tagliatelle to satisfy any needs, the place is non-touristy, very authentic and intimate. Great find!

I found this restaurant because it was close to my accommodation. I don't know the name of the food, and the staff seemed busy so I felt bad about asking, so I roughly picked the one that had the original recipe and gluten-free marks on the picture. The steak was delicious, but I didn't feel anything special about it. Pickled vegetables? The same appetizer is more refreshing and refreshing than it looks and is not too salty, but it is delicious, so eating it with other dishes is good for digestion and helps refresh your mouth. I ate it separately from the steak because I accidentally asked for it to be served in order, but it would have been better if we had eaten it together. Would you like to go back and pickle vegetables before leaving Bologna? I will eat it again with other dishes. Since I don't know Italian, I had few opportunities to eat vegetables throughout the trip, so this was a good opportunity.
