Best gluten-free pizza eaten in recent years.
The place is clean, the terrace overlooks the sea only in a small corner, the rest has a view of the province and the railway but for such a good pizza you can forgive everything!
An elegant spot with an impressive pizza dough selection, a cozy garden, and a vibe that keeps diners coming back for more.

Highly recommended! I ate a fish first course and a mixed fried dish, all gluten-free. I left the place very happy and satisfied! They are also AIC certified. 🔝

Came here because I have a dairy and gluten allergy and I found it through another website. It’s was just as you get into town, incredible service, food 12/10 and attentiveness to allergies was amazing. I felt incredibly confident in ordering - had a gluten free pizza with no cheese (they do have a lactose free cheese!) and it was amazing. Our server, Carmena and another gentleman who served us were amazing, we had a great time.
A hotspot with stunning views, multilingual assistance, and quick service conveniently located next to the cable car.

Very well-kept location, in an elegant and imaginative Aeolian style. Top notch service. Excellent for families and couples. A place that on paper offers the possibility of serving gluten-free seasoned bread and recommended by celiac forums...
The disappointment was that they didn't have any available because they already finished at 1pm...
Naturally we remedied this with a very respectable, rich and abundant salad...
In summary, for celiacs I recommend asking for confirmation of the availability of bread...
The Malvasia Spritz (in the photo) was super appreciated

We had lunch on Boxing Day and everything was perfect.
The restaurant is located in the center of Messina, the location is very welcoming and the food (especially the meat) is of excellent quality.
We had a mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses, various fried foods and then continued with a first course (pistachio pesto and bacon) and a mixed grill, sorbet and coffee, in short, a complete menu.
The courtesy, professionalism and kindness of the staff are unparalleled. Special mention goes to the room manager who managed everything perfectly.
A day to remember, we will definitely be back.
A definitely significant plus was the menu available entirely in gluten free mode for me as I have celiac disease.
Thanks thanks thanks.
A Messina excellence.

I went to dinner with my wife. It was a very intimate experience, the waiter immediately seated us at a table in their orange garden, simply fabulous
Even though I had celiac disease, he was able to recommend dishes suitable for me and they even had gluten-free pasta and bread
The wine recommendation based on the dishes chosen is also excellent
We had a caponata, a pasta alla norma and a lobster pasta, and to conclude a Sicilian cannoli (For dessert for celiacs they have panna cotta)
A cozy, family-run spot with innovative dishes, quick service, and a focus on quality that guarantees a memorable dining experience.

Welcoming and familiar environment, impeccable service, refined food with top quality ingredients and excellent value for money. I recommend Ristotrattoria M'inchia to those who want a unique taste experience, with always innovative and particular dishes. The great attention to different dietary needs should be underlined. In particular, you can enjoy totally gluten-free dishes with complete peace of mind without sacrificing taste.

Both the regular and the gluten free arancini here were absolutely amazing and the staff were kind and accommodating. When I went in the evening they didn't have any gluten free left but they took my order and made them for me to pick up fresh the next morning - so worth calling ahead for GF if you can. They are cooked in a separate fryer and aware of cross contamination so great for coeliacs.

Amazing! One of the the best restaurants in Taormina and the value for money is incredible. The staff are kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I don’t eat red meat or gluten - they told me I could do the fish tasting menu and they’d swap the pasta course for something else. We chose a la carte just because we didn’t think we could eat a whole tasting menu and it was delicious. We started with some bubble suggestion by the som and had a great bottle of wine as well. The olive oil was delicious, the gluten free bread was really good and the food was not only beautifully presented but also so flavorful. I would highly recommend this place and I’m shocked they don’t have a M Star yet.

We chose this restaurant as the location for our little one's first birthday. Cheered by a family atmosphere, we spent a fantastic evening characterized by excellent food (a rich buffet dinner with several courses including gluten-free), a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, courteous and impeccable service. The owner, chef Anza', was very kind and courteous to all the guests present. Advised!

If you are with a big party it’s a great place to go. Although the menu is in Italian it’s easy to figure out. The waiters were lovely and so was the food. Even better were the prices! My girlfriend had tagliatelle with ragu and it was the best dish on the table! As well as this had gluten free pasta (which was delicous) and the house red was good.

Unquestionably one of the best stops we made in Taormina! In fact, we went twice. They understand gluten free and service was exquisite. The food as delicious as anywhere you can find. Highly recommend and may go back tomorrow one last time!

Homemade style food without frozen products. Having a gluten intolerance, the waiter was more concerned than me and advised me on what I could or could not eat. The food was also too abundant, I was knocked out after the starters. Advised. The super friendly owner.
Located on a vibrant street, this spot offers a lively atmosphere with talented performers often bringing the energy right to your table.

Best gluten free meal of the trip, complimentary GF bread, and the pasta cooked to perfection. Service and wine was incredible too, would 100% be back if returning to Taormina. Didn’t ask about cross contamination but they were confident in making sure I got what I ordered, would be worth calling to check if coeliac safe.
Last-minute gem serving up fresh and high-quality dishes with generous portions; a hidden treasure for those with dietary needs.

Fantastic experience, excellent food and very fresh and high quality raw materials. Great attention was paid especially to intolerances, in particular the gluten-free dishes were identical to the normal dishes, and this is a rarity.
Congratulations to all the staff, friendly and kind and to the owner, a truly nice person.

Very positive review for this place. Let's start with the starter which was only for one person but we had to share as it was very abundant! Tasty fish, especially the prawns and the prawn cocktail deserve a special mention. We took a pasta with clams, gluten-free, really good even if slightly salty... the 5 stars for me are deserved by the almond pastries, made on the spot... they were something spectacular, really.
The staff is very kind, helpful, the lady of exquisite sweetness even helped me by holding my little girl so I could eat in peace. I will happily return

I was delighted to find this small restaurant in a shady corner of a beautiful inner courtyard. The kind servers know everything about gluten, they prepared very fine dishes with a pleasant background of pop music.
