All very good. We stumbled upon it by chance and returned because the food and service were excellent. We also tried the gluten-free pizza and it was delicious. You could feel that the pasta was homemade and was not dry. Excellent place for celiacs because they also make pasta and other special dishes in addition to pizza. Only €1 more for gluten-free pizza. Very good quality/price. We recommend it.

We came here by chance and didn't regret it. There is authentic and diverse Italian cuisine with a very good price-performance ratio. The service was courteous and professional, even when it was busy. It is particularly worth mentioning that guests with gluten intolerance are in very good hands here.

A very well-kept place just a stone's throw from the central market. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a very polite, kind and helpful young staff, attentive to all the needs of adults and children. They have a delicatessen-style window with take-away dishes, while next door they have a well-furnished room where you can eat, alternatively there are tables outside. The menu is very varied and cheap, where fish is the master and is truly delicious, in addition to the generous portions!! 😄 We had: anchovies "alla povera", spaghetti with octopus, cod "alla livornese", a fried fish to share, some chips, a water, a coffee and a punch (typical Livorno coffee with "rumme".. Must try! 😋) and spent €64! We had a really good time and I highly recommend it. 😉 If you can, book, during the week with the market open it will be full, quieter on Sunday. P.S. The bathroom is hidden by a fantastic door with a fake bookcase, they also have a changing table😉 N.B. They also make many dishes gluten-free, even fried food! 😄 RECOMMENDED! 😉

I am a regular customer and unfortunately after repeated times I now have to leave a negative review. Gluten-free pizzas really worth looking at (I accept the crudino under the pizza since you cook it with the film underneath compulsorily) but I don't accept the pizza half 3cm high and the other 3mm!!! With parts even without mozzarella and taste and like eating a piece of bread with tomato. It's not like it used to be, maybe the pizza chef has changed. From now on I'm going elsewhere.

How nice to find people who want to work and also know how to do it well. We returned 3 times in 3 days and were always welcomed with kindness, diligence and professionalism. We loved everything we tasted from the menu. Worthy of note is the gluten-free pizza: top dough and very well made. The grilled fish is also exceptional. Advised !!

We had dinner and lunch with friends at Bagni Orano. The food was very good. Not all menus are top notch, but they are still very good. The ambience is wonderful. Many tables are on the sand, which gives the restaurant an additional charm. Bagno Orano is very specialized and aware of gluten-free meals. The gluten-free pizzas are particularly good. After 20 years of celiac disease and many international trips, this was the very best pizza in the world. Bravo. The regular pizzas are also wonderful. With delicious dough. We always like to come back

this is meant to be a constructive criticism, the place is nice, we happened to go there several times for family dinners etc.. today we took takeaway pizzas, 1 of which was gluten-free, uninformed staff, it took 3 people to tell us what base it was that of gluten-free pizza, not to mention the unsafety of how they described it. I would say one of the worst I've ever had, in terms of sight and taste, especially very small. For "normal" pizzas however, the toppings are saved, but it's ok to make a low pizza, but there has been a steamroller, mencia and rubbery, finally the tomato is too tasty, which, in my opinion, if combined with pizzas like sausage or salami, it turns out to be a jumble of super salty stuff. Overall, a simple pizza, there is better in the area and especially for 9 euros

I've been returning to Mirko's cyclically with my partner for some time now, especially since we discovered that it's gluten-free. While we eat we talk about the dishes, and when we go out we continue until the next day. Because the food is of excellent quality, but above all, because behind every dish there is research that goes beyond good cuisine and leads to real art. The menu is cyclically renewed, so every time there is something different to try and discover. The fish is of the highest quality (the crudité starter is a guarantee), and the vegetarian dishes are no different. The combinations are always surprising. In the summer I also took my family there: they were all enthusiastic, and I was very happy to see that they too agreed with what we think, that is, that it is a restaurant definitely a cut above the rest of the proposals of the area. Worth trying is the new oil ice cream, not on the October 2023 menu, but also scallops & prawns, the pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke appetizer, the fu mare... in short, it deserves everything. The choice of wines is also wide and varied. Furthermore, the gluten-free bread served is fresh and homemade, a treat. I'm surprised (in a negative way) by those who complain in these reviews about prices, portions and taste. I just feel like I have to say thank you. So, thank you. Never disappointed, not even half a time.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt it was my duty to do so. I was in this restaurant during a short holiday almost by chance, after a brief Google search with the desire to eat something cooked in a traditional way and in a welcoming environment. After taking a look at the place which was already very pleasant in appearance, I decided to stop. Once I had the menu I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the fact that they offered the gluten free version of almost all the dishes, and being gluten intolerant I ordered my special menu from a waiter with glasses, who was very kind and efficient and listened to my requests, putting me completely at ease and following the entire service at my table until the end. I chose the seafood soup as a starter and the gnocchi with cod and walnuts as the first course. The appetizer was exceptional, so much so that I had to make the so-called "slipper" to honor it; the first also excellent; enthusiastically I also ordered the dessert that I usually never get: cantucci and aleatico; everything was wonderful on my palate; the wine, a house Vermentino, was also excellent. My heartfelt thanks to the chef who made my dinner "The dinner" of the year and also to the owner and the waiter with the glasses. Compliments!

We try to book in this place, now approaching 10pm, because my wife, who has celiac disease, learned that they make pizza for her too. It wasn't a given to find availability for that time. Fortunately, however, maximum availability immediately. Large, rather contemporary place, crowded with customers but still pleasantly livable, helpful and kind staff. Excellent gourmet pizza in my opinion, the gourmet gluten-free one is a pleasant discovery, much appreciated by Elisa who, seeing how it looks, questions with a smile whether it is gluten-free; wonderful! fish restaurant in the center of Piombino in a side street (via garibaldi) of the main street. The specialties are fish, the menu wasn't even there when I went but it was explained by the very kind waiters. The fish starters are spectacular. There are fish of all kinds, not as famous as those in all the classic fish restaurants, but like deep-sea fish. The best dish is the Corsican soup, a spectacular puree that brings back good mood. Nice place and more than honest prices (half the price of Elba!). Definitely coming back. Plus, for a celiac like me, everything was gluten-free or contaminated.

Gluten-free pizza, tasty and fresh: highly recommended! The normal pizza (especially the Gourmets) were also delicious. Compliments to the chef, who regularly came to watch and talk to the customers when he had a few seconds. Very pleasant and friendly person who happily gave us tips about the region. Delicious cocktails!!! It was a busy time when we were there and we occasionally had to wait to get the attention of the servers, but the staff did what they could and remained friendly and calm, as well as efficient. Very friendly staff. At the end the shop closed but we were allowed to sit on the terrace as long as we wanted :). Thanks!
