Excellent option for those who are lactose and gluten intolerant. We ordered a chocolate cake with strawberries, and in addition to the beautiful decoration, the flavor was excellent! First, the opening hours are wrong. Instagram says one time and Google says another. Second, we arrived around noon and it wasn't open yet. A guy said it would open around 1:00 p.m. We returned at 1:30 p.m. and it was just us in the restaurant. Then about 6 people arrived and ordered dishes. They didn't wait for the dish to be ready and left, due to the delay in service. Our fondue was served after 2:00 p.m. and each refill took an average of 20 minutes to arrive, even though we were alone. The waiter didn't stay in the dining room, which made the service even slower. We left the restaurant at 3:40 p.m. The service and the wait were very bad. I imagine that when the restaurant is full, it must take more than 5 hours to get lunch! It's very complicated. I have celiac disease and I planned the trip and lunch at the restaurant. I'm against complaints, since it's already difficult to find safe gluten-free options, but I had to leave my comment about the terrible service provided!

Terrible experience. I ordered the sandwich through Ifood, which contacted the store that confirmed the order. Two hours later I received the information that the store was CLOSED. This is so annoying. I bought gluten-free bread made on 05/14. I put it in the freezer. On 05/26 it was already all moldy. What a disappointment. When frozen, the label says it lasts 3 months.

I have celiac disease, and my experiences have not been good. I went to the Jaragua do Sul location a while ago, and the pizzas took a long time to be served and when they arrived, they were cold. After that, on my birthday, I invited my family to go to the all-you-can-eat restaurant that was held here in my city in Joinville, and again our experience was bad. The pizzas took a long time to be served and were cold. And about 2 weeks ago, I insisted on going to the all-you-can-eat restaurant that opened here in Joinville again. The pizzas took about 15 minutes to be served, they arrived cold and I noticed that they were reheated, not fresh. The pizzas on the menu didn't even come in all flavors, and at the end they asked if there was any flavor we would like to try. The place is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, but the service and all-you-can-eat menu leave something to be desired.

They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.

Terrible service. I gave up and left. I went there last Monday, June 30th, with my boyfriend, and honestly, it was the last straw. I always went to the restaurant because of the gluten-free options, but the service, which was already bad, keeps getting worse. The waitresses are always unfriendly, without a smile on their faces, with an unfriendly expression, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. In addition, their slovenliness in their appearance draws attention: messy hair, unkempt clothes, an expression of someone who seems to not want to be there. This time, I wasn't even served. I went in with my umbrella (dry, by the way, since it was just drizzling), stood in front of the counter and the waitress, a short girl, who I've seen working there for a long time, just looked me up and down, paying more attention to the umbrella than to me. She didn't even say "good afternoon", didn't ask if I needed help, absolutely nothing. I felt so bad about that cold reception and those dirty looks that I gave up on eating anything and left. And the most unbelievable thing: she saw us leaving and didn't even ask if there was a problem or if I needed anything. It's sad, because it was the only place in Santos where I could find some gluten-free options, but I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm not treated well. On top of everything, the waitresses don't even have badges or identification, which makes communication and direct feedback even more difficult. I work in employee training and development and I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow this type of service to happen. Either the company provides adequate training for these waitresses or, if there's no improvement, the right thing to do would be to replace them. Customer service is the calling card of any business and, in this case, it's terrible. Unfortunately, as long as these people remain in the service, my boyfriend and I won't be going back. Never again.

"THE BEST" I came to Lindacap after a couple of friends recommended it. I felt comfortable and well attended to by Vinicius and Mara, and I can assure you that the service is exceptional. IMPORTANT DETAIL: THEY CARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE GLUTEN INTOLERANT!!! The dish I chose was: PARMEGIANA Perfectly cooked. Impeccable homemade sauce The consistency of the cheese is inexplicable. The atmosphere is cozy and well lit, and the vases with natural flowers give it a human touch. I was so excited to try gluten-free pizza! I came from São Paulo and when we arrived, the place DID NOT EXIST!!! We looked for the address, tried to call and NOBODY ANSWERED. The place no longer exists and has been replaced by an ice cream shop. Please be considerate of the customer and update your Google profile so that everyone knows that the establishment IS CLOSED. For anyone interested in gluten-free pizza, I recommend Pizzaria Bonelli (it's only 5 minutes away from the supposed location, which does not exist)

We spent three weeks traveling in the area and found this to be one of our most exceptional meals — the dishes were outstanding, and the service was excellent. It’s clear the restaurant is devoted to in-house preparation and customer satisfaction. Easy to leave here full and extremely happy!

I was looking for the best cafe in Lagoa, I found it here. I hesitated after seeing some negative comments but I still wanted to discover the place and I have absolutely no regrets. This is the third time I've been back and it's perfect every time. The place is magnificent, super quiet, cozy, pleasant, superb decoration. You can feel the good energy whether inside, on the terrace or on the mezzanine (exceptional view of Lagoa). Very well received by the whole team, the servers are really adorable. The service is impeccable and the food absolutely divine. I chose the gluten-free, lactose-free brunch with the bolo de fuba (great culinary discovery), everything was perfect and I can assure you that I am demanding in terms of catering. I 100% recommend this extraordinary place!
