This is the first time we've tried it. So, we're always hesitant about trying new places, because my hubs is Celiac and I'm gluten intolerant. The guy at the counter was super friendly, and understood what we were trying to avoid.I was very disappointed that they did away with their dedicated fryer, because that meant we couldn't have French fries, since they fry all the breaded items in the same fryer. We ordered 2 Steel Cities on gluten free buns. They were very tasty. The burger comes with bacon and grilled onions.
Now here's the issue. I'm not sure if they are aware of cross contamination, and clean off the grill after every use. My hubs ended up feeling nauseated and had some stomach issues within hours of eating there. We're not sure if it was cross contamination from the grill or if the grilled onions had something on them that contained gluten. I did notice they tasted like they had been seasoned. Bacon is not usually an issue. Unfortunately, this means no more trips for us to Bingo Burger. My bad for not questioning the seasoning, something we have to do with everything we consume. My suggestion to them would be to make sure you are switching gloves and clearing the grill, plus become educated about hidden ingredients. It has been very hard to find a burger place in Pueblo we can trust with our limited diet.
An awesome bakery delivering stunning cakes and desserts with impeccable attention to detail, perfect for all your special occasions!

My boyfriend and I had a small wedding ceremony last week. He has celiac and has never been able to eat wedding cake, so I was determined to have a cake after our small ceremony. I'm so glad we found this bakery to support a local small business. They made the whole experience so easy and are such genuine and sweet people. The cake was bigger than we expected, luckily, so we have been happily enjoying some leftovers. We will be ordering from them again in the future!
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, offering refreshing drinks and tasty options that keep everyone coming back for more.

The pastries are absolutely exquisite.

I am gluten and dairy free and felt 1000% safe ordering and eating here. The kitchen even caught things in an order that I didn’t. The bar-tender was the best we’ve encountered since moving to the area two months.
A cozy spot with a touch of Italian charm, offering generous toppings on their pizzas and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for group gatherings.

This is my favorite place for lunch! The staff are so kind and everything is homemade and without artificial ingredients. For me it is so hard to find gluten free bread and baked goods that actually taste good and fresh, and here they nail it at an actually affordable price! My favorite is their chicken salad and egg salad as a GF sandwich along with any of their salads or soups. And their GF pecan rolls are to live for! 🙏 You can also get almost any pastry item as a family size take home style. They also have heaps of tasty preserves, jams, and salsas to take home.
Experience a vibrant and cozy atmosphere filled with local art, great drinks, and a passionate team dedicated to community vibes.

My husband and I ordered takeout thru Grub Hub. He got a protein bowl which had double chicken, fixings and rice. I got the Honey Chicken, fixings and rice. We usually go to the restaurant instead of ordering out, especially because he has Celiac disease. We've been here more than a dozen times in the 3 years since we moved here. It was considered a safe spot for us to eat. The food showed up barely luke warm, but we were hungry so ate. The next day the hubs was sick as a dog, cramps, diarrhea, nausea, aches even a fever. This was NOT a bad reaction to gluten, at least that's what we believe. This was food poisoning. Now I just found out my co worker had Chipotle last night, and he's experiencing the same thing. His wife also ate there and is now also very sick, including throwing up multiple times. Based on the other reviews, someone needs to shut this place down for a bit and go over safe food practices with them. We will not be returning in the near future.
UPDATE - Chipotle, yes I see you responded. And no, I will not be going to contact you at the website. You have a food safety and cleanliness issue at your establishment per several reviews on here from the last month or so. We do not feel safe eating there. Fix your issues!
Expect a relaxed vibe and ample portions, perfect for sharing or taking home, especially if you swing by during the afternoon.

I eat gluten-free, which is hard to find something to eat in restaurants. I usually get taco and tostada. I got the nachos this time. There was so much food I had to take 1/2 home with me. I heated it up in the toaster oven the next day, and it was as good as it was at the restaurant.

Me and my friend went into solar roast for lunch and were informed that the menu was limited. This ordinarily wouldn’t be an issue but of the items on their limited menu not a single one was gluten free. In addition i ordered a burrito and found that it was expired when they sold it to me. After i took a bite of the disgusting rotting burrito I asked for water only to be told that it would cost me a dollar. This institution has shown how little it cares about its customers and will no longer be receiving my business.

They are very upfront that they can't guarantee gluten free but would do their absolute best. Their menu does show what is good for gluten sensitivity. I ordered the grilled chicken club on gluten free bread and potato salad. I have to say they have some of the better tasting gf bread!

Cannot compliment this bakery enough!! Everything is delicious. This was my favorite place for YEARS then I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and had to stop eating all my favorite treats. I reached out them recently to see if they would be open to trying my favorite scone with a gluten free flour. They were helpful, kind, and happy to work with me. They were able to make a whole batch of gluten free goodies with just 2 days notice!! They were truly incredible to work with and the end product was delicious. I will absolutely be placing more orders!!
I am gluten free, and Kan's Kitchen is absolutely the most helpful restaurant I've ever been to, to work with me on my choices and provide me not only with information about options but to make some changes for me. The food is delicious! The best I've had in Pueblo, and the personnel are the most courteous and caring, as well. Now that I've discovered Kan's Kitchen, it will remain my go-to restaurant in Pueblo, and I will recommend it to everyone.
Expect an attentive vibe and perfect dishes, but watch out for cleanliness issues that could affect your experience.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food was perfect, but gluten-free in what I ordered, but my coffee cup was not clean, it had lipstick on it and I didn't use it because I'm allergic. That means it was not washed properly.

Unfortunately, we ended up leaving because their salad options are only available Mon - Fri. On the weekends they have only breakfast.
There was a gluten free option on the card, but I don't eat bread either.
I liked the atmosphere and the waitress was very nice and understanding.

Jocelyn and her crew recently catered our wedding of about 160 people. I received lots of comments on how tasty dinner was! Jocelyn was fantastic about communicating and clarifying our expectations in the weeks leading up to the event. Everything was beautifully presented, but most importantly was how carefully she treated our guests with specific allergies that ranged from soy, dairy, gluten, oats, corn, legumes, shellfish, and nighshade, everyone appreciated having special consideration for their safety. Thank you so much Jocelyn!

Not bad. We arrived at 9pm, waited for about 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. Food was fresh, pizza was great. Wings weren't awesome, but they were...... Wings. Wouldn't be my first go-to for good wings. Gluten free pizza was on point. Highly recommend any pizza here. Enjoy.
Little pricey. Everything on their menu could be made gluten free if they kept gluten free bread and pasta on hand. I mentioned that to one of the girls there and she looked at me like i had grown a 2nd head. We'll go back. The food was good and the service was great. We prefer Magpies.....they have gluten free ingredients and options and the food is delicious.
The drive-thru offers a convenient option, but lingering cigarette smoke can be a downside during your visit.

We went through the drive thru. It's a safer way for someone who has a high sensitivity to gluten. The only reason for one less star in the rate of atmosphere was because we smelled cigarette smoke from an employee. I understand taking a break and going for a smoke. It was unfortunate that the smell lingered in the vehicle when we ordered. The employee who took our order and gave it was very nice. She was polite as well.
Grab your meal on the go with a chill drive-thru vibe, where lettuce wraps add a cool twist to the usual options!

Our family chooses the drive-thru instead of dining in. With severe gluten allergies, it's preferable to choose the take-out option. The employee was kind and informed that they were running a little behind. He reassured that our food would be out soon. We hadn't waited too long and it was delivered. Love, they have the option of a lettuce wrap instead of only bun. Wish more places had this option.

A great pizza restaurant chain. I personally love there pizza specially when I want to go out to a park or a vacation with the kids. Am not a fan of Veggies but am a big fan of the extra pizza sauce and the gluten so I believe than an in the right place. The people who are working are very friendly and I always ask for extra garlic better dipping sauce, I know that not working with the people with diet, but there are always an options for people with allergies or diet. Have fun
The place was full! Our server was top notch! She clearly explained gluten-free / dairy free items on the menu. Our table of 7 women (all gluten free but 1) were pleased with the food and service!

Union Pizza Co. Is such an amazing addition to Fuel and Iron. I ordered the Amore on a gluten free crust and oh man am I in love! Everything was super fresh, and the crust was one of the best I've ever had, can't wait to come back and try some more!
They have updated their menus and now offer low carb, low calorie, and gluten free options! I had as much food on my plate on my sister did. I'm very pleased with this visit.
Food was great, shrimp melted in my mouth, restrooms were clean, there was no wait walked in was seated and the waiter got us drinks right away. We ordered and 10 minutes later food came out. They had a gluten friendly menu and we didn't get anything with gluten in it.
A top-notch spot where attention to detail and care for dietary needs shine, making it a favorite for many.
