Perfect for celiacs. Five of us were in December at La parra Bistro. We were looking for options for celiacs and both the waitress and the cook made sure everything was perfect at all times and knew what they were talking about. One hundred percent reliable. The food was fantastic for the celiac person and we were sad not to be able to finish it all since it was so good. We will definitely return for sure on our next visit to Laredo.

We had been wanting to go for a long time. We booked at least 10 days in advance, being in the middle of August. A 10 meal and great service. We ate wonderfully. We loved everything we ate. We were looking forward to some rice, but it has to be reserved either the day before, or that same day before 12:00. We ate scallops and bonito off the menu which were spectacular. And on the menu, a super delicious grilled seasonal vegetables. And for dessert, an incredible rice pudding. They have star gluten-free beer :) but they didn't have gluten-free bread. Total price quality. Looking forward to returning. They did not have a high chair for babies.

But, above all, I was struck by how super attentive they have been, both taking care of my wife (celiac) and me with the dessert, I couldn't decide and they brought me a little of each. We ate on the terrace of the restaurant and it was very well accommodated, as it is delimited by panels the passage of people does not interfere. We decided to eat here because we were looking for a gluten-free place and here all the rice dishes are. We ordered rice with lobster and seafood paella and both things were super good, there were 5 of us and we ordered only one portion of each since the waiter told us so so that there was no leftover food, which is appreciated, because in other places with such sell they say order one more. We leave at €22/person including drinks and bread. I will recommend it!!
