The first thing they asked us upon entering was if there were any celiacs. This is a huge detail to appreciate. They have an extensive menu with gluten-free options for pasta, pizzas, starters, and desserts. The gluten-free items are served on a glass plate to differentiate them. The pasta I ordered was delicious, and I loved the dessert. Finding places where you can get gluten-free dessert is difficult, and it's a blessing.

A very cozy restaurant in what must be one of Valencia's cutest streets - many tourists stopped to take pictures of the nice outdoor seating there 🌸 delicious food, nice waiters, everything gluten-free, absolutely great!

Celiac heaven. 100% recommended. I ordered gluten-free ham croquettes, which I absolutely must order. I hadn't tried them in 3 years, and I was in tears 😂. Then I ordered a gluten-free Volaré pizza, delicious. Finally, a gluten-free panna cotta, delicious. We were served very well and professionally by a waiter named Zaca. I'll be back tomorrow 😍

I went to try the gluten-free pizzas and they were delicious! The only thing I would have done was bake them a little longer so they wouldn't be so soft, as gluten-free doughs are chewier and require more time. Otherwise, it was very good, a pleasure to eat homemade pizzas with such good ingredients! Regarding the place, it was very hot. I don't know if they don't have the air conditioning or if it just doesn't work, but it was quite stifling, and considering you can't stay outside because of the heat, it was a bit uncomfortable to be honest.

We were there two weeks ago, and we went twice in one weekend. It's an official stop every time we go to Dénia. The place, the staff, and most of all, the food are top-notch. I'm celiac, and few places have the best food I've had. P.S.: Don't forget to try their artichokes.

The tomato sauce tasted like tomato, the shrimp croquette tasted like shrimp, and best of all, the entire menu is gluten-free! 😍 When a place uses quality ingredients and does things with love, it shows, and at Corpore Sano they know what they're doing. Honestly, I left this place super happy. We ordered a goat cheese salad (amazing), an Iberian pizza, two croquettes per person, and a carrot cake (which, personally, was my least favorite because it has a lot of raisins, although the contrast of textures and flavors is delicious). We shared all of that between two people, and it came to €21. Delicious, delicious, and cheap! I will definitely return to this place.

We went for Alicante rice, and it was good in size and price, but it lacked a bit of flavor. Another day I ordered gluten-free pumpkin croquettes, and they also lacked flavor. Three croquettes for €5 seems very expensive considering the size of the croquettes. The gluten-free pasta is very good, and the waitress, Rosario, is very kind and friendly.

Super friendly. I'm celiac, and being able to eat with the peace of mind that the products are safe and there's no cross-contamination is the best. And if you can choose from several options, even better! The waiters were very attentive; for example, with the bread, which wasn't safe, they took the precaution of leaving it on the other side of the table. My husband is lactose intolerant, so they also had options for him. And they also have safe beer, both with and without alcohol. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

GLUTEN-FREE! Pleasantly surprised. The croquettes, calamari, pizza, and duck with garnish were all impressive. Prices were in line with the quality and location. And on top of that, a gluten-free menu? The only thing I can criticize is the fact that they charge a small fee for ordering gluten-free. Thank you very much. We'll be back soon. 👌

I have been to the restaurant several times and ordered takeout. I order the gluten-free pizza and I always tell them not to cut it, because they use the cutter they use to cut gluten-free pizzas and I prefer to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. But even if I repeat it 3 times, they always end up cutting the pizza. I think they have comprehension problems, because I don't really understand it...

100% recommended for celiacs. They have a specific gluten-free menu and control cross contamination. They mark the dishes as gluten-free when they are brought to the table. Great variety of quality dishes, they also have a vegan menu. The atmosphere and facilities were very pleasant. The waitress who served us was a little "sharp", but it was made up for by how delicious the food was and the security of eating gluten-free without having to question the waiters. I would return without hesitation.

We used to like it a lot, but it's gotten a lot worse. We went to eat today, and the service was quite slow, they were not very clear which dishes had gluten and which did not (that doesn't give much confidence). Furthermore, one of the seconds was sea bream with grilled vegetables, and nothing grilled, just the sea bass and some potatoes.

We came here for a late lunch to try the outstanding paella that they serve here. They don’t specifically advertise for gluten free however they were incredibly knowledgeable and even had gluten free bread available. Our waiter knew exactly what I could and couldn’t have, which made me feel very comfortable. From the starters to the paella to dessert everything was amazing! The pistachio cheesecake was especially delicious. 10/10 service and food!

Disastrous. Tuesday at noon. 09/03/2024. They serve when they want, with three tables on the terrace. They served us the food at the wrong time, each diner with a considerable amount of time apart, we waited 15 minutes for the last one to be served so we could all eat. Waiter who confuses celiac, gluten-free and whole wheat…. The food is for tourists, without any grace or flavor. Correct quantities. There are sparrows that walk around here and when you give them pieces of bread, the retired foreigners around you ask you not to give them. When I return to Santa Pola I already know where I don't have to return. I prefer to eat at Mercadona.

Don't know about the hotel but definitely avoid the restaurant. We booked a table for 4 (we booked it in person, not even over the phone) for a Friday evening. When we turned up, the whole restaurant was full with people everywhere dancing from a private party, loud music (we had to shout to be heard) and no tables available because they were all dirty and hadn't been cleared. We had to go elsewhere which as GF + DF people isn't easy, not to mention it was our last night in Valencia hence making a reservation so we wouldn't have to make last minute plans. If they can't even handle simple reservations at a hotel restaurant, it doesn't leave much hope for anything else. Not to mention the waiter wasn't even apologetic and just washed his hands off the problem saying I had to go look for the manager, to which I said it wasn't my job to waste time looking for the manager. 🇪🇸 Avoid it! I don't know about the hotel, but definitely avoid the restaurant. We reserved a table for 4 (we booked it in person, not even by phone) for a Friday night. When we arrived, the entire restaurant was full of people dancing from a private party, very loud music that we couldn't even hear each other, and there were no tables available because they were all dirty. We had to go somewhere else, which is difficult for us because we can't eat gluten or milk protein. Not to mention, it was our last night in Valencia, so we made a reservation so we wouldn't have to make last minute plans. Not to mention that the waiter didn't even apologize and simply ignored the problem by saying that I should go find the manager because he didn't have much to do with it, to which I replied that it wasn't my job to waste time looking for the manager.

Went to eat several times. Personally, I thought the paella was a bit plain. The burgers, pizza and lasagna were very tasty. Also nice for my partner. She suffers from celiac disease and lactose allergy. She was able to eat the quinoa salad with avocado and she loved it. A party for her. The cocktails and sangria are also highly recommended! Every time I have come everything was great, I always try something new, you can tell that the products are of quality and the service is excellent. There are always gluten-free options and they also adapt other dishes so that there are more alternatives. Plus, they have gluten-free bread. My mother is celiac and it is a pleasure to come to places like this. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. I still remember a curried lentil lasagna that was incredible. It's always a pleasure to return 🫶🏼
