This is a great place to eat. I was curious about for their fried oyster mushrooms and they were other worldly delicious. We shares with our tablemates and everyone enjoyed them. We had a small bowl of their vegan posole which was very flavorful and satisfying and filing. We shared their falafel wrap which was packed with great fillings and three or four falafel balls. Also very satisfying. My complaint may be aged based as I'm older, and also I also used to work in the food industry. This is a counter service restaurant. You get everything yourself, they bring out the food. Explain to me why at the end of purchase, there is an automatic 18% tip? You can change it, they suggest 20% or 25% (FOR NO SERVICE) and right below a button to customize or offer no tip. I am not going to be a shmuck and not tip at all, but starting at 18%? I gave 10%. I've watched the industry deal with wage issues. I know the margins are thin for restaurants. Maybe it is hitting me more since we just came back from Spain, where there is a different price for sit down verses bar and no tipping (and a whole different culture of how we care for people). But assuming 18% or more tip for counter service is audacious. Will I recommend this place? Yes. This is a great addition to vegan/vegetarian and gluten free food scene in Denver. They also offer chicken and fish and pork for the meat eaters. It's cool and hip and welcoming. The food is tasty. Try it.

Bartaco is the greatest. The fact that my gluten free and dairy sensitive wife can eat here safely just makes this place the best. The pork belly tacos are the best I have ever had, the duck is fantastic, I always get a teriyaki ribeye. Roasted pork is good. My wife loves the Baja fish.

Even though the service was just OK and a bit slow, the food was amazing! Ceviche had tons of lime and just enough spice level. I wish it came with avocado. The chilaquiles were crunchy (as they should) and the eggs runny but well cooked on the outside. The tacos de carnitas were good too, the meat was tender and tasted great. All three plates gluten free! Price is also fair. Kudos to the chef!

This has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in Denver for years. I’ve never had a bad meal here; everything is exceptional. (The guacamole is next-level, and the Sopa Tarasca wows everyone I’ve shared it with. It’s so hard to pick an entree because I know it’s all top-tier.) They are amazingly accommodating, willing to make substitutions, and awesome about marking vegan/gluten-free options. Take-out is also on point.

Went to the grab-n-go side for a gluten-free burrito bowl and Tostitos salsa verde chips. It was super flavorful and filling. Perfect quick bite between flights.

UPDATE YOUR MENU TO ACCURATELY REFLECT ALLERGENS If an item is marked GF on your menu (not GFO) it should not contain gluten. I inquired about the flavor of the mole enchiladas marked as gf on the menu. The cashier graciously offered to taste the sauce which was much appreciated. When I went to order it, I confirmed it was gf. Cashier told me the mole sauce I just tasted was recently changed to contain gluten. I’m pretty ticked off the menu was not updated. This is not the cashier's fault, but management should take this more seriously. Very frustrating and not the first time I've had a gluten issue here. On 2 prior occasions I ordered gf corn tortillas with the huevos and was given flour. Laxness around allergens has steered me away from future visits.

Super cute little spot. Service was lovely prices are good and the food is absolutely delicious:) hella vegan vegetarian and gluten free options too. Would definitely recommend on any type of day. Bumpin good music is always the cherry on top.

Fun ambiance and good tacos! The 100 coins margarita was fantastic. My favorite taco was the carnitas, however the Al pastor also cannot be missed! The birria taco was ok, but very expensive. They were great at accommodating our gluten free diet at the table.

This used to be one of my favorite spots to go because of their tasty and safe gluten free food. I have celiac disease and it is really hard to find places I can trust. I was willing to try out the new concept. However, it was disappointing to find out I couldn't have the chips or the beans, as they weren't gluten free. There was also absolutely no indication on the menu what items were gluten free. I was hoping for better.

This was my first time at a Torchy's and I was let down by the customer service however the overall impression was good. I feel like the experience would have been better at another location. The customer service issue I had was regarding my food allergies. I asked if there was a Gluten Free menu and I was told everything is gluten free as long as it's on a corn tortilla. I'm pretty sure this is not true when fried chicken is an ingredient? The cashier wasn't helpful and was rushing me to finish my order. I ended up having a pretty bad allergic reaction as a result of not being sure of the ingredients which was a terrible way to start my 3 day stay in Denver. I'll probably not be going to Torchy's again because of my allergies.

Organic food, gluten free options for dessert and a full bar make this place a great choice for dinner. But... there is also the Jungle Room with an open mic, poetry readings, and karaoke. Upstairs is a venue for live music and dancing (including big name bands when they were new like Screaming Trees). You won't find high fructose corn syrup here!

We used Illegal Pete's catering for our wedding and that was the BEST decision ever. Jesse was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything and more for our special day. Aside from ourselves, we heard nothing but "THIS IS AWESOME" or "SO DELICIOUS" from our guests. The buffet style allowed everyone to get what they wanted and had options for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegans.

Our family loved this place! The service was great, the margaritas were excellent, and the food was delicious. A member of our group has a gluten allergy and they had great gluten-free options and offered for his food to be prepared without contact with surfaces and fryers that may have cross-contamination. Highly recommend!

I love El Camino. I have celiac and am always looking for yummy gluten free Mexican restaurants. Their enchiladas are the best and made with corn tortillas. I also get the chips and salsa and don't have a reaction. I don't know their level of safety but am fairly sensitive and do not react. I do mention celiac/gluten sensitivity in my order.

I would highly recommend MNF Lohi. Our waitress Kris promptly greeted us and was proactive in asking about dietary restrictions if any. Service was great! Food tasted delicious! Chef Shay does an excellent job. Hibiscus margarita was so refreshing. I ordered carne asada fajitas and they were so yummy. My wife ordered the Goddess bowl and she loved it! The manager Tyler checked in on us to see if we needed anything; which I felt was phenomenal service. Kris checked back periodically to see if we needed anything and refreshed drinks often. The atmosphere mixed with extraordinary service has us wanting to come back to try other menu featured items. I saw a table next to us who ordered nachos and they were stacked so high. Definitely going to give those a try next time. There are not many places that are able to accommodate gluten free/ vegetarian. MNF has plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this place! Good food and drinks but the last time we went we experienced a pretty significant allergy mistake. We said we had a gluten allergy when asked by the server, but were served flour tortillas. We didn't realize they were flour until a few had already been eaten. My boyfriend has celiac. They were apologetic when we told them but only took off the price for 1 of each of our drinks. And a 20% tip was built in. He was sick for the next 2 days. For that big of a mistake, 2 free drinks didn't really make it up to us. Probably would have given another chance if we felt like it was taken more seriously.

The good here is very good and authentic style Mexican food. Good sized portions. I was especially impressed by their attention to my family's food allergy needs. We have a lot of allergies and they were attentive checking on different things and never left us feeling like we were a burden. They cleaned the grill area, used fresh utensils, and changed gloves before prep of allergen free food. We were all able to find foods for all of us. Our allergies included: gluten, dairy, nuts, citrus fruits, tomatoes, mushrooms, and soy. Ask for Charlotte for your server she was amazing.
