4.8 Stars from us. We did not expect the food or service coming here but both were absolutely wonderful. Only complaints (and I mean ONLY) is our waitress told us 3 times everything was gluten free then when it came to dessert… wah wah wahhhhh. Nope. Most of the desserts (even the churros) are gluten filled. I wish that the churros could be converted to GF. And the guac was a tid bland and the smallest most expensive serving of guac I’ve ever seen. It was literally half of an avocado. But that’s it. This place was so nice. Even brought us a champagne toast for our anniversary.

Came for the drinks, will return for the superb service. They are very accommodating when it comes to gf, they have sandwiches and burgers provided in gluten free buns and the manager is going to talk me through all the options on the menu I can have that are gluten free or can be made gluten free. Very very impressed.

My husband and I came here because of the reviews and it did NOT disappoint. Not only is the restaurant itself absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress asked first thing if there were any allergies so I let her know about my Celiac and she immediately had suggestions. When I ordered, she wrote everything down on the pink slip, other reviews have mentions. This is specific to allergies for the kitchen staff to know. They have a separate fryer for gluten allergies which is where they fry their chips to make them GF free, some of the best chips I’ve ever had. I was able to get the chicken taquitos (GET THEM. SO GOOD) and I enjoyed their fajitas. All my food came out with the “allergy” stick, they even flagged my husbands food with a gluten allergy in case I wanted to try his food too, which I did. The enchiladas were also very yummy. I’m highly impressed with this restaurant and wish all restaurants made gluten free eating, this reassuring.

Deanza gave us the best customer service of our trip to Vegas she is so personable and quick, just the best. This place has saved my butt so many times. I’ve had restaurants not seat me for 30 mins after my rez time and I just say forget it and come here. Gluten free labels on the menu a huge plus. Forget the steak come to Nacho Daddy and get some bomb carnitas nachos.

Love this place! I’m allergic to gluten and dairy and it was so nice to have all the allergens in each item clearly listed and could see which items were safe. The server was knowledgeable on allergens and which had milk in the recipie and which just had cheese which could be taken off. I felt safe eating there Whig is rare when you have allergies. Guacamole is made table side and so good. Also had the chicken and potato tacos and were amazing! Drinks were strong. Atmosphere was fun! Highly recommend!

Totally surprised by this recommendation from Google and yelp. It appears to be a chain, but the customer service here far exceeded a typical chain restaurant. The older female (sorry no name) was super nice, very attentive and helpful. Gluten free bowl was very flavorful, and the ingredients in all our dishes tasted very fresh. Great job!

Recently went here. Looking for Gluten Free options. Pleasantly suprised. They had a seperate GF menu. Not only that. Usually a place like this has chips but only i can have them due to cross contamination. Not the case here. The wait was not too long. The food was great. Not too bad price wise. Definitely would go back and recommend

Fancy nachos! I don't have a whole lot to say other than that both the nachos and margaritas were great. There are lots of options for the nachos (though many are fairly similar), and it worked out well for my gluten-free friends, also.

Fantastic spot for...well, Tacos and Beer! I suppose I wouldn't know about the beer, having a gluten allergy, but speaking of which they are very accommodating and have many options for dietary restrictions. So no review on the beer, but they make their cocktails very well, not too strong but also not cheaping out on the drink, a great balance. This has become my regular weekend dinner spot, absolutely love this place.

My family stopped here for lunch and the service and food were amazing. We chose this place because we needed to have more food options, including gluten free, fish, and vegetarian. We had a Junior cheeseburger, Texas steak tacos, fish tacos, and stacked enchiladas. All of our food was incredible, even the simple cheeseburger for my son. For dessert we had a berry cheesecake that was probably the best cheesecake my wife and I have ever had, and we both love cheesecake. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely be eating here.

I tried to send this email to Luxor management or MGM management but I can't find an email anywhere... so here we go on Google: We ate at Diablo's Cantina with my family of five last week. We ate at a busy time, but our wait time was appropriately estimated by the host desk and the hostesses (two women) were very friendly. We were exceptionally pleased with not only Diablo's food quality and atmosphere but especially with our server, DONNY. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items, and actively helpful with both my and my daughter's dietary needs. Typically we feel like we are a "bother" to the waitstaff for asking questions about menu ingredients for our Celiac disease needs, but he didn't make us feel that way and instead offered to ask the chef any questions to ensure safety and then reported back to us. He was working many tables, but he consistently had our drinks filled, told us our food was coming (because it was a little wait) and he even verified two things in our order to make sure he remembered and put them in correctly. He was funny and friendly and honestly, that hasn't been our experience at a lot of dining restaurants since COVID. I'd keep an eye on Donny for management because I saw him interacting with his helpers (bussers/hosts/drink fillers) and all his customers in such a great and engaging way. Donny stood out from the pack in his work effort, attitude and efficiency. I'd return to Diablo's again because of the experience he ensured us. I do hope this review gets to both Donny and his superiors.

Meh. The 25-30 minute wait for our takeout was far too long despite being the only customers in the restaurant. The food didn’t taste very fresh or like anything I couldn’t easily make at home. The guacamole was surprisingly bad. The servers are not very accommodating, if they were my rating would be higher as good customer service makes all the difference. For those allergic to wheat, please know they add wheat flour into the vegan cheese sauce. There are many other flours they could use as a thickening agent to make it gluten free, but they have no plans to.

This place is great! I was able to get a great sushi burrito despite having many dietary restrictions/allergies/food sensitivities like to gluten, dairy, soy, etc. They have a good chart for the allergen information in all the ingredients, if you ask for it. It's a really cool idea, too -- Mexican/sushi fusion. It was surprisingly good to have roasted corn, pico de gallo, and jalapeno in my sushi burrito! Next time I'll get the avocado topping, too -- my burrito would have been better with more fat in it. I would urge caution with the raw salmon here, as I think I got parasites from it (freezing is supposed to kill parasites but maybe it wasn't frozen long enough), but they offer cooked salmon, which is also gluten-free. It's a great value, too, with many options under $10.

Very nice all-around experience! Can't wait to take my SO to enjoy the fresh food! Love how easy it was to make a yummy gluten-free bowl and how many menu items were gluten-free. Enjoyed their "steak" jackfruit!! This is a new favorite spot!

This place is awesome for tacos very authentic very tasty and they are very aware and helpful about making things gluten-free. I have Celiacs disease so I have to be careful I've come back to these guys every time I've been in Vegas for the past couple years. They are located downtown in the container park and it's exactly what you would expect from a hole in the wall Mexican joint. I would highly recommend making a stop here.

El Pollo Loco is a solid option. Their chicken is really tasty, and so is their avocado salsa. The rest of the food is pretty standard fare. Service has always been good at this location. As far as gluten options, I think it is pretty safe, though I can't remember ever looking at the official allergens. I have had luck here

Food was delicious and service was fantastic!!! Great chips and salsa and bathroom was very clean and smelled good. Accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I’m gluten free and dairy free, so I got Taquitos and tamales (both were made out of corn so naturally gluten free, and I asked for no cheese and sour cream and my whole plate they didn’t put dairy on). Overall 10/10 and will definitely be back!

My friend and I visited with both of our service dogs after bingo and I must say this was the most accommodating and kind establishment I've ever been to with my service dog. The hostess purposely chose a table with room for both dogs and even moved extra chairs out of the way so the dogs would be more comfortable. The staff ignored the dogs, which is exactly what they should do. I've had trouble in restaurants where staff would try to interact or talk to my dog when they shouldn't, but this wasn't an issue here. The food was also amazing. Fresh and authentic without being over priced. My friend was easily able to find gluten free options as well. All in all, a great experience and I will be back and recommending them to everyone!

A cool spot with good food and delicious Agua Frescas but I do find it to be on the pricier side for what it is. Went with a friend and 1 Agua Fresca, a taco plate and a salad put us at about $40. Alas, pricing seems to be the norm nowadays. Second time coming and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. For a vegetarian or vegan option though, I would say to give it a try. I wish the fries were gluten free 🥲

This restaurant was recommended by a local. It was about a 25 minute drive from the strip, but worth it. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I have celiac and called ahead to make sure there were gluten-free options. I was happy to learn that almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free and the chips are celiac tested gf!

What a great experience! I was very impressed, everything (but the tortillas) is gluten free. The staff was amazing, they took their gloves off, washed their hands and got new gloves before they made my food. Food was really great, definitely going back!

Not a taco bell or del taco. Excellent guacamole and margaritas. Salsa had a nice kick, good rice and beans. Fish taco and empanadas were delicious! Our server , Calon, was attentive and helped us pick out a gluten free, not spicey entree.

Alright, tourists with food allergies will discover that it may be hard to find restaurants that can accommodate these here in Ely. The nice lady who served us however knew what she was talking about and has helped us greatly. So I am fairly certain that people with gluten and dairy allergies can find their way here! Fantastic food and customer service. Seems like a lot of vegetarian options and they have a separate fryer for flour or corn tortillas. Gluten free was easy. They made my wife her own Pico de gallo so it was not too spicy. I highly recommend this restaurant. Fresh food prepared with care.
