This weekend we had a small reunion with friends, all vegans, one of whom was celiac.
The staff was very knowledgeable and kind, their pizza with cheese and vegan pesto... spectacular!!!
Also very good risotto with artichokes and veg cheese.
We also had the choice of dessert: either a strawberry pudding or an orange cake, I gave in to the cake!
Very good and fresh, nothing to envy of the "normal" ones.
I don't think these sweets are on the menu, it's always better to call first to let them know what you need and ask.
Congratulations, super recommended place.
Excellent surprise. We stopped with friends for a pizza and, despite the area where the restaurant is located, we found an excellent pizzeria, with a wide choice of pizzas (also for celiacs and gluten intolerants) and beers. Very friendly service and nice place. I will definitely be back!
Bright lights and a cozy vibe make this spot perfect for a relaxing time, with attentive service and a vibrant drink selection that hits the spot.

Strategic place on the Genoa pier, very good but quite expensive pizza. Especially the gluten-free menu (1/3 of the menu for everyone) is scarce and very expensive... but as usual celiacs always pay more in money and taste of food.
It would be nice to have the exact same menu also available in the gluten-free version given the price paid.
Set in the heart of the Old Port, this lively spot boasts an artistic menu, quality ingredients, and great value, making it a must-try for everyone.

Excellent restaurant, near the old port, with traditional dishes and more. Many gluten-free options (and I'm not talking about the usual salad or steak, which are already gluten-free, I'm talking about pizzas, traditional first courses including trofie with pesto, or casonsei with walnut sauce, pizzas, second courses and desserts). I highly recommend the trofie with octopus and taggiasca olives, which I really liked.
With a stunning sea view, this pizzeria offers delicious, well-leavened pizzas and a solid range of craft beers, all at great prices.

Small pizzeria but with truly exceptional pizzas. Long leavening, very good dough, both normal and wholemeal or cereals, excellent seasonings. The service is fast and efficient. It also makes gluten-free pizzas. Spaces a little small

If you don't want to feel bad, go somewhere else.
Mediocre "normal" pizzas, tasteless cereal pizza and gluten-free pizza that literally made you want to throw up, burnt underneath but raw, tasted like wet bread. I ate the first two slices because I'm against food waste but halfway through the second slice I had to leave it on the plate, it was eaten by others precisely so as not to throw it away. After about twenty minutes I had to go to the bathroom to throw up (and I went several times), the old waiter approached the table to eavesdrop on what we were saying about it, in all of this he had an arrogant and rude behavior for the whole evening, even before feeling bad. They went to ask to make me a tea because I felt bad from the pizza and I couldn't stand up and they even made me pay for it. Terrible experience, I'm surprised they're still open because all the celiac people I know have felt bad after eating there. There are plenty of other good places that don't try to poison you, do yourself a favor and avoid.
Nestled in the heights of Genoa, this cozy spot boasts stunning views and a unique atmosphere with historic decor and a variety of delicious pizzas.

Splendid panorama from the veranda, excellent food with excellent gluten-free pizza, we would also like the gluten-free focaccia type recco!

Excellent restaurant and pizzeria offering many different options suitable for all needs. The pizzas, with excellent quality ingredients, are made in three different formats (the peel one is highly recommended!), and several gluten-free ones are also available. The restaurant menu is very varied, and offers the possibility of dining with meat or first courses. The staff is very courteous and attentive to customer requests; the venue has several rooms and is therefore also suitable for large groups. If you are looking for a place to dine in the heart of the historic center that can satisfy everyone, you will not be disappointed here!
Expect a bustling spot with quality ingredients and amazing outdoor seating by the seafront, perfect for pizza lovers and a vibrant atmosphere.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza the other night via deliveroo. The pizza was very good, the ingredients (eggplant and cacioricotta if I'm not mistaken) very good, of excellent quality. It was really worth it, it didn't feel like glutenfeee. I would also like to point out the very kind and nice staff: I ordered through deliveroo
1) in addition to the gluten-free pizza, I had requested french fries. They had the foresight to call me to warn me that there could be contamination since it was French fries and they wanted to make sure that it was okay for me. Much appreciated this, they could have not called me
2) I had politely asked them to let me know when they were about to deliver (so I could leave the hotel for collection) and they called me shortly before
Very positive experience, I will definitely order again in the next few days🤪
Ps I didn't have time to take a photo because the pizza was delicious.
Pps pizza delivered super hot!

welcoming place, extremely clean and very efficient and kind staff, but the highlight are the pizzas, choice between 4 types of dough plus gluten-free, furthermore for Vegans and intolerants there is vegetable cheese which can be put on each pizza without surcharge!!
and the prices are very honest, without lacking in quality 👍 so much so that I was amazed at the bill 😳 €16 for pizza, farinata, medium beer and cover charge 🔝
I highly recommend it ☺️🫶

We have known the Donne del Vino association for a few years and given the positive experience of the previous time we decided to repeat the evening in Recco. The reference winery of the evening was Tenuta Carretta of the Miroglio family.
We ate two starters: a very good sea bass tartare and the excellent focaccia from Recco, all paired with Alta Langa.
First, pansotti with walnut sauce, while second, "Ciupin" (typical Ligurian fish soup) with Canorei.
To finish we tasted an excellent dark chocolate dessert combined with Carretta's Moscato d'Asti.
Super organized for gluten. Very good and kind Paola (and obviously all her staff!)
A hidden gem with a fantastic vibe, great variety, and quality dishes that won’t break the bank—definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately disappointing experience in this tavern. Young waiters, okay, but inexperienced; they brought the first courses before the appetizers, the wine arrived a quarter of an hour after the glasses, with the meal almost over. The gluten free option is appreciated, however there is a lack of vegan options (as a lactose intolerant I found milk and derivatives in almost all the fish-based dishes). Pleasant environment, in a basement room inside a historic building, dominated by an imposing vault. Average prices, but decidedly high considering the service. Poor wine list, with a poor choice of Ligurian wines, of which only one red can be ordered by the glass and this was absolutely not worth the price.
Experience a delightful blend of flavors and a warm atmosphere, perfect for families and seafood lovers alike, right by the beautiful coastline.

I have celiac disease and here you can get almost the entire menu adapted for us and made on the spot. Since I discovered it, I go out to eat 3/4 times a month. Be patient when they are full of people. If you don't have time to have a quiet lunch, it's not for you.
A must-visit with a fresh menu, unique meatball options, and a prime spot right by the metro—guaranteed to impress!

Very nice and welcoming restaurant, the area is very convenient and accessible precisely because it is in front of the San Giorgio metro stop.

The meatballs were delicious and plated very well.
There are also many lactose-free and gluten-free variants.

The Le Gardenie restaurant in Riva Trigoso is truly exceptional.
Value for money of the highest level, they have a very wide choice of dishes (not to mention the wine list and the Cantine Lunae Black Label... if you find a restaurant that has it on the menu, you should NEVER miss it) almost all also available for celiacs - despite not being a distinctly Gluten Free restaurant - as well as the pizza which they also do to take away.
The staff is attentive to every need, so much so that they created special dishes for me and also brought me, instead of the usual pre-packaged bread, a gluten-free flatbread made sensationally good on the spot.
The only flaw: it is almost always full and you have to book well in advance.
PS: dispassionate advice, the chocolate nuggets of dessert are so delicious that they alone are worth the dinner

We chose this restaurant because of the mention that they offer gluten-free pizza. When we got there, we asked briefly whether this was the case and we were told that they had gluten-free pizza on offer. We then chose two pizzas, but unfortunately the menu was only available in Italian and could not be translated, which made it difficult to find the pizzas. Please note that certain pizzas are delivered without tomato sauce, so the ham is placed directly on the dough. It's definitely a matter of taste, but it worked for us. The ham or the cuttings are freshly cut in one piece by the machine.
Although the toilet was handicapped accessible, many of the dowels were already out of the wall, which is why I doubt anyone would be able to hold on to them. In general the whole ambience is ok. but I think we could make it out of it.
Since we were so hungry we completely forgot to take a photo, but the pizzas look very appetizing and inviting.

I'm celiac and milk intolerant. For me it's crazy to be able to eat something like an ordinary Christian! they have a rich menu with vegan and gluten free options from sandwiches, toasts, bowls to salads…. I'm lucky enough to work near them and so I eat there from Monday to Friday... and if I can't go I order takeaway... the pink bean is now home for me... it's family... for me 5 stars are few... they deserve many more just for the fact that they also think about those who can't eat everything... super barbara and luca

I had high expectations for this place, I booked days in advance and it partially met them.
there were two of us, the person with me took a pizza with normal dough with a high crust, good ingredients and pizza as well, I took the gluten-free option which costs a good 4 euros more, 4 euros, and I was given a flying saucer of dry dough that was sometimes rubbery, which costing 13 euros for the pizza + 4 of the addition seems like an abomination to me.
please make the gluten free option more palatable because it is inedible.
