I was so happy to find some gluten free crepes, however the toppings were underwhelming and a bit bland. I ordered a sweet and savory crepe and both had quite dull flavors
Chill vibes with amazing vegetarian and vegan options, great views, and a cozy atmosphere make this spot a must-visit in Ollantaytambo!

Celiac options available!!! The food was pretty good and I really enjoyed how many options they had for gluten free. Came back twice. The basil pasta was very good! Make sure to come earlier to get pizza or nachos!!

One of my best gastronomy experience in Lima.
Even delicious gluten-free Spätzle, which I have never seen anywhere before.
I would gives 6 stars if they had Kässpätzle 😉

Eating in Peru with a gluten intolerance is difficult. This restaurant was a blessing. We went twice. Sat streetwise the first time and in the courtyard the second. It is a very cozy place. The food was good. We had the Gluten-free pizza 🍕 and the Gluten-free maccaroni (strangely, finding GF pasta in Peru is practically impossible). The service was friendly but not always present. We did get value for money here. With it's good location it is also a great place for people without allergies.
Experience the vibrant ambiance and fresh, organic ingredients of this must-visit spot, where attentive service and a farm-to-table concept shine.

We came here on a recommendation and loved it so much we decided to come back for our last dinner in Cusco. Francisco was our waiter and he was so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and it was helpful that the gluten free options were marked on the menu. The wait staff asked about allergies during both visits. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! The farm to table concept is always a win!
Expect delicious dishes with beautiful presentations and accommodating substitutions in a clean, inviting atmosphere.

Stopped in for dinner after our Machupicchu trek and it was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the Pulpo/octopus and it was the worst I have ever eaten. I took one bite and sent it back - wild because I’ve literally never done that and would feel like a Karen, typically, but to butcher such a sentient beautiful animal and then absolutely destroy it through overcooking is a bit of a tragedy. It was extremely dense, flavorless, and chewy… kind of like chicken made by someone who is terrified of salmonella, so they cook it until it has a rock-like consistency.
My replacement meal was decent, but lacking the fantastic flavor palette I was hoping for. My mother enjoyed her meal, though!
On the positive end, the mocktails were creative and delicious and the servers were very friendly and accommodating for a Gluten allergy at our table.
A cozy spot with unique decor, inviting common spaces, and stunning views of Cusco, perfect for a relaxing visit or meal with friends.

I stayed at La B'om Hostel in a private room between September 16-24, 2024 and then again from September 28-October 3, 2024 after I had completed the Inca Trail.
I stayed in two different private rooms (Moche on the first floor and Inca on the second floor) during my stay and they were both great. The rooms had a private bathroom with shower, comfortable double bed with warm blankets for the chilly nights, shelving/hooks/hangers to organize clothes and belongings and a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The water pressure in the showers was decent and there was always hot water (though sometimes you had to let the water run a bit before it would come). I really liked having a private room as a lot of the hiking/cultural tours that I had booked left quite early in the morning and it was important for me that I had a solid sleep with no interruptions.
This was a very quiet and small hostel with no loud people at night or parties, which is exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast is included and you are provided with three large crepes with various fillings depending on the day and fresh juice. I had asked whether they offered gluten-free crepes for breakfast and was advised that they did, however, they never seemed to have any available during my stay which was unfortunate. The regular crepes were amazing though and they did have gluten-free crepes at the restaurant upstairs. There was always coca and other teas available throughout the day, as well as, purified water in the lobby. The hostel had a small lounge area next to the reception area with tables and couches and a heater. There was also the inner courtyard with a hammock and chairs/tables for relaxing in the sun during the day. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they booked me a taxi for only 20 soles from the Cusco airport to the hostel (prior to my arrival) and back.
The hostel offered fast and reliable Wi-Fi on the property. They were also able to store my luggage in their secure room while I hiked the Inca Trail for 5 days.
The location of the hostel in the San Blas area of Cusco was lovely. It is a quiet and charming neighbourhood that felt very safe at all times of the day and night. There are lots of shops nearby, ATMs, laundry facilities, and restaurants and it's a short 7 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas.
There is also a creperia restaurant on the second floor of the hostel which is open from 11 am until 10 pm. It was very convenient to eat there when I had returned from a long day tour and didn't feel like walking to a restaurant. They had an extensive menu including gluten free and vegan options.
Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a wide variety of delicious dishes and great service that'll make you feel right at home!

Absolutely delicious. Shocked the whole table when we took the first bite (in the best way). Safe for celiacs. More expensive than most places in Lima, but prices are still cheaper than what they would be in the US

A beautiful cafe that is very accommodating of gluten-free needs. While gluten-free options are not labeled, the staff were so patient with our broken Spanish and double-checked everything to ensure it was safe for us. I'm so grateful for their kindness, and we enjoyed all of the dishes immensely.
With stunning decor, great music, and exceptional cocktails, this cozy spot offers a diverse menu and beautifully presented dishes that impress.

The place is beautifully decorated, the music is very good, and it is very comfortable to be in. We were surprised by the variety of dishes and the possibility of ordering them for vegetarians, vegans, and even celiac patients, which is not common to find in other places.
The meals are abundant, and all the flavors are varied and exquisite. In addition, each dish has an outstanding presentation, you can see the dedication that is put into the kitchen. The cocktails are more than excellent.
Edwin treated us in a very friendly, helpful, cordial manner and attentive to all the details. Without a doubt, we will return!

Quiet, pretty and with varied food. It has several spaces, even at the back there is a kind of garden, where there were children playing. My favorites were the green juice smoothie and the oriental salad. If you have dietary restrictions, there are gluten-free, sugar-free and more options. I will return to try their vegan truffles.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and stunning views while relaxing in a spacious garden, perfect for unwinding with family and friends.

WOWWWWW!! I loved loved the Gluten free waffles!!! They were so good!
The coffee was great and the salted caramel was really yummy though it was pretty sweet lol. Everything seemed very fresh.
It was a lovely place to eat both lunch and breakfast.
The matcha smoothie bowl was quite delicious and didn't taste fishy or weird.

Lovely food and a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Luis was great - very informative and accomodating with allergies such as gluten and nuts - even willing to adapt dishes so we could try local dishes. Would 100% recommend!
A varied menu for vegans, vegetarians, celiacs and meat eaters with ingredients from their affiliate organic farm. All served with a true Andean flavors by a highly trained staff who make every effort to insure that your experience is as memorable as the food is delicious.

Delicious food with exceptional service! The staff are really aware of the menu. Great selection of veggie burgers, we tried the lentejas, quinoa and garbanzos..all so good!! Can make it gluten free by just asking for the burger to be "al plato". We came back twice.
Nice place, only open on Sundays. They have a variety of vegan dishes (more international menu) and delicious desserts that are also vegan, gluten-free option. There is also a store where you can buy some things from snacks, honey, almond butter to handmade soaps.
The prices are very good
With a vibrant atmosphere and stunning river views, this spot impresses with quality dishes and a diverse menu that caters to all.

Trout with the quinia risotto was phenomenal.
NOTE: They have a small gluten-free menu but all options are vegetarian (with the acception of 2 fish dishes).
The gluten free vegetarian spaghetti bolognese is not worth it. Fairly flavourless and bland.
I hope they broaden their gluten free menu as the options for coeliacs are so limited and dare I say it- boring.
A special touch from the chef makes for a unique experience, with personalized meals crafted with care and attention.

Excellent experience! I am celiac and vegetarian. It was incredible that the chef told me that he was making me a special sandwich that I could eat in peace. I make myself something delicious. I'm very grateful. I wish there were more people in kitchens with that attitude! 🙏🏼🪷

We've been a few times and one server was 5* and the second was 4*... not bad all things considered!
The food is a very eclectic combination of cuisines which means everyone can find something they like. My sister said it worked well for gluten-free options too.
The bartender knew what a boulevardier was, so I felt I was in good hands! We were happy when it and a nice martini arrived.
We ate there everyday at our stay in Arequipa. There were good glutenfree options and they knew what gluten was, and how to cook glutenfree. And all that for a good price.
Enjoy stunning views of the town square while savoring unique dishes, and don’t miss the lively local festival with live music and dancers!

Excellent restaurant overlooking town square with delicious food and friendly service. I had the pesto pasta, which was delicious with unique flavors. Ask for a small bowl of hot peppers if you like that on top. My wife had the gluten free caigua, a typical Peruvian vegetable stuffed with tomato, potato and yummy spices and a pyramid of Quinoa. The Caigua is grown by the owner herself in her garden. That was delicious too. As we were getting ready to leave, the owner encouraged us to stay to watch the religious festival that started a few minutes later with live bands and several dancing troupes, and pointed us to better seats overlooking the festival below. Highly recommended!
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a unique blend of authentic Peruvian and vegan dishes, plus tempting baked treats and refreshing drinks.

They have almost all the pasta dishes with a gluten free option! Very yummy ! Nice size portions and good value for money. Diego was very helpful and knowledgeable . For the GF option it’s an extra 6 soles per pasta dish.
Amazing food! Beautiful, intimate atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service. I have food restrictions and the waiter was very helpful. I had the fish carpaccio for a starter and the duck confit for my main course. I am gluten and dairy free, and they modified the duck for me without any issues. I will definitely be back!!!
Update December 2023: I went back to Awicha and once again it didn’t disappoint! The food was fantastic! The home made ginger soda was delicious. The service was great! Can’t wait to return on my next visit to Peru 🙏🏼
A wonderful restaurant. Calm and friendly atmosphere. The servers were awesome. Menu available in English and Spanish. Lots of gluten free options. We tried 3 and they are all great.
