Be wary if you order online. I got three plates expecting 3 injera and was given 1. I ordered two extra gluten free injera for a celiac eating with us. They assumed this meant we wanted it replaced. The only correction the restaurant offered was for us to drive and pick up the extra injera which is not a short drive instead of doing anything to say sorry. The person on the call told me it was up to me to tell them at time of pickup that selecting gluten free injera means they will replace it and it isn't just an add on. Will be wary of any future orders ever.

Eaten here before and it was great, however this time I got food from them-the picture shows- how much the quantity of an almost $10 salad was. In can't have gluten and said that but they didn't adhere to that...and my medium rare steak was super well done.

My all time favorite Indian food restaurant. Love their lunch buffet! Love their garlic naan, chai tea and mango lassi. Very easy to eat gluten free there, if needed. Every item we've tried on the menu is flavorful and rich and comforting. It's 45 minutes away from where we live but if we're going out for Indian food we always head to Seva!

My kind of place! Fun, open, industrial vibe with a small amount of outdoor seating. The parking was close and easy in the parking garage. And the food…. The FOOD!! What I strive to do every day, prepared and planned by someone else. I felt confident I was eating good and fresh food. Like a vaca to eat here. Plus so many options to choose from. Bowls, wraps, fish, lasagne, gluten free, dairy free options. On and on and on. I also believe they have seasonal choices that means you can to eat something different every time you go back. I can’t wait to go again.

Stopped here on cross country road trip to experience true Kansas City BBQ. Ordered The Taste of Kansas City platter to share. We subbed the 1/2 chicken with a chicken breast because 2 of us are gluten free and their half chicken is NOT gluten free. Fries are not GF and our waiter said none of the chicken is GF including the wings. I asked if the wings can come plain and he said no. The coleslaw is amazing and our favorite. Well chopped, not sour/bitter. More like sweet with celery seed. Family liked the brisket the best. Honey glazed Baby Back Ribs and pulled pork were good. Slightly dry. Had beans and coleslaw sides. The beans were good too. Two of our family is no gluten free. One had kids chicken fingers and fries - all good. They share onion rings. Are 4 between the two of them. They were high quality, thick cut and enjoyed An overall good stop.

We decided to try Blue Bird Bistro on my birthday. We went on a Monday evening and made reservations, however, this particular night no reservations were needed and we were seated right away. We got there at 7:30 and stayed until close, it was so relaxing and we didn't feel rushed. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. The food was a little more bland than I expected but it was still good and hot and fresh. There were plenty of gluten free and dairy free options for me. The cocktails were great! Recommend the catfish bites appetizer. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely visit again.

BRGR is an absolute must-try, especially for gluten-free diners! They have an amazing selection of gluten-free options that don’t skimp on flavor. The burger I had was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly crafted with a gluten-free bun that held up beautifully. But the real star of the show was the parmesan fries—they are *so* good, especially when paired with their delicious aioli. The crispy, cheesy fries with that creamy dip are the perfect side to any meal. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, making it a great spot to enjoy a tasty meal with friends. This was my first visit to this cafe, and it won't be my last! Stopped by for brunch with my gluten-intolerant friend after a hike and Urban Cafe had so many great options that looked delicious for both of us! We got the Midwest omelette and the truffled mushroom omelette. They arrived relatively quickly and was delicious. On top of that, they did the interior of the place very well; the ambiance was comfortable and the music was great. Great small, local business. Will be visiting again!

The interior design is really well done here. The service was excellent. The taste of the food was superb. My date was extremely pleased that they had a fully developed gluten-free menu. I got the dish with the large slab of bacon and pork chop. The flavor was really great. My only gripe would be that the thin cut pork chop was really overcooked. Maybe that is the intention? I realize a pork chop that thin is easy to turn into pork jerky but could be averted by being just a tad thicker. Or, at the very least, a pan sauce for the chop. Oh, and we were sitting right next to the server station and for sure had to clap a couple of fat fruit flies. I'm not sure what they were truly. Just a tiny black, flying bug. For sure not a house fly. Might need to clean the drains and lines. These are rather minor complaints and would not stop me from going back.

I had always wanted to try this place. I was beyond disappointed. The sushi had brown rice which I don’t like. I saw other people’s food and they had white so it would have been nice to know I had a choice since ALL rice is gluten free. I asked for gluten-free soy sauce and was assured it was but then had a reaction later so it obviously wasn’t. None of the workers were friendly nor welcoming. What truly turned my stomach was watching workers fill water glasses by literally pressing the water pitcher down on each glass where people drink thus spreading germs. I appreciate music and a good vibe but it was obnoxiously loud. Super HARD pass.

Our waitress messed up my order several times. I ordered the crab avocado toast on gluten free bread. The first order arrived without the crab. The second order arrived with crab, but on regular bread. The third attempt was the exact same plate as the second. The fourth attempt was on gf bread, but with scrambled eggs, not the easy over eggs that I had ordered. I took the last one as everybody else in our family was done eating. Our waitress made no attempt to make this right. To top it off, they rang up the wrong ticket and charged our son for a much larger ticket. Our son had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get it fixed. I was very disappointed with First Watch for Mother's Day brunch.

Nice place to get a burger and specialty fries. Freddy's Sauce is really good and a great twist on the shoestring fries they serve. Our Food was served relatively fast and hot. They offer a lettuce wrap for all the sandwiches for those with a gluten allergy. If you like Sunday's, they have a pretty good Turtle Sunday.

I am gluten-free and was handed a gluten free “menu” that was sticky with black residue all over it. I then asked my server about gluten free option and he said he didn’t know what gluten free was. It took over 30 minutes for our drinks to come out. We ordered our daughters food before ours (45 minutes) and it came out 5 minutes before our main meal. Drinks were never refilled. Terrible service. Oh and I spent $28 for a “2 meat” dinner that didn’t even fill my tiny gluten free bun.

We came in on Easter Sunday with 5 adults and 7 hungry kids…our wonderful waitress didn’t “bat an eye” but handled our orders perfectly…Everyone was very satisfied and happy… This was a trial run on taking the kids out to eat…they did a great job and so did our waitress…Food was great and with two Celiac folks, and a vegetarian we were SO pleased…keep up the super work! Jack Stack BBQ is hands down one of the best BBQ spots in Kansas City! Not only do they serve up some of the most flavorful and tender BBQ in town, but they also offer fantastic gluten-free options that make it easy for everyone to enjoy. From their perfectly smoked meats to their delicious sides, there’s something for every taste. I love that they’re so accommodating with dietary restrictions, which makes it a great place to bring friends and family with varying preferences. Food is always great but unfortunately prices have skyrocketed. A Mini Mia used to be under $10. Now, a Mini Mia is over $12. Gluten free crust used to be a $1.50 surcharge and now it’s $2.50. Signing up to be part of the spin club used to get you a free Mini Mia but now signing up gets you $5 off your next visit. I get that inflation is a problem but consumers are now seeing corporations get greedy and raise their prices more than necessary. Less than a year ago, a Mini Mia was a little over $10. It’s incredibly disappointing.

Triple Crown sandwich, ribs, and fried chicken (Sunday only) are all fab! I got the triple crown on a gluten-free bun, and I would get it again. Service was great; our waitress was very polite and helpful. The only miss for me was the kids' menu. At such a place as this, we expected better quality when it came to the chicken option, but they unfortunately were just subpar nuggets that tasted like the freezer, and the kids only took one or two bites. Brought home the leftovers just in case, but they both said they wouldn't eat them. This really was the only negative for our visit, so I'd return again for an adult only meal.

I ordered a half MIXED GREENS salad with steak & no cheese. It came out with cheese so I sent it back because I’m literally allergic to gluten & dairy. I came to this restaurant thinking they were mindful. It came back out after my fiancé finished his meal. I was so upset I didn’t eat it. (Not their fault) however I am eating it today & there is no mixed greens just huge pieces of romaine lettuce & there is no grilled asparagus. Pretty disappointing since it was an $18 salad. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just go ahead & comp it or give a discount if they didn’t have the ingredients to make the salad & messed up my order. I am a people pleaser, hate confrontation, & choke up when I’m upse but They could clearly see I didn’t even touch the salad.
