It's the best vegan food I've ever had! So central, they do vegan, raw and gluten free. It's the only place my friend can visit. We have been here many times and love it. It's hidden just by the m n m store by China town. Recommended!

Wildwood is an excellent spot, especially if you're looking for gluten-free options. Their gluten-free pizza and pasta are some of the best we’ve had fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What truly made our first visit memorable, though, was the outstanding service from Faizul. We were warmly greeted by Faizul as soon as we arrived, and from that moment on, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm, friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Even though it was our first time there, Faizul treated us like regulars, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. The way he explained the allergy options and precautions was incredibly reassuring ,it showed us that Wildwood genuinely cares about guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. The entire team at Wildwood was friendly, professional, and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. On top of that, the restaurant has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere cozy yet stylish, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special outing. Wildwood made a great first impression. We’ll definitely be back—and highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant dinner experience at Zizzi. We had an amazing waiter Danny who was well aware of allergies and food intolerances. He advised us well about the choices and options. His well measured use of humor made our experience extra pleasant. He was great with our kids as well. Only minor disappointment was that gluten free pizza was not available.

I forgot to specify that my order was gluten free bc I'm intoleeant and had to send my pizza back for a replacement and the waitress was so nice about it. I felt terrible but the replacement came quick and she assured me it was okay. Lovely staff.

My husband and I ate at Zonzo and had the best time! They have gluten free pizzas and pasta which was awesome. I ended up getting the salmon with white wine sauce and potatoes, already gluten free! We would definitely go back for more!

I visited this Prezzo whilst on a short break with my children. I ordered the gluten free pizza and my children had pasta dishes. The food was served very quickly and arrived luke warm. I sent mine back as it was very undercooked! There was no apology from staff. When mine was cooked again it was slightly burnt but put this down to them ensuring it was cooked. I have to say it was worst pizza I have eaten. Yes, it was gluten free but it can still be tasty. This pizza was tasteless!! My children love Italian food but they too didn’t enjoy their meals either. I felt the service was poor too no apology for undercooked food and no checking in afterwards either. Won’t be rushing back to prezzo!! Service charge added to bill and not mandatory? No discounts can be used at this restaurant either! Very poor.

This is a lovely restaurant with a view across the Thames. It was very vibrant there when we ate dinner. The menu has many options including vegetarian and gluten free options. The service was excellent. The food was lovely and hot and we could talk freely without being drowned out with music. It was also warm and comfortable.

I wanted this place to be one of my favs so badly as I love Italian food and they offer gluten free options. But all pastas and pizzas I had were painfully dry and tasteless (although I had only gluten free options it normally does not affect the sauce). The products always seemed very mediocre quality, even when it really affects the taste or is one of the 2-3 key ingredients So you will pay for a burrata&tomatoes starter almost the price of the main dish and will expect it to be good in the “Italian family restaurant” which also has a deli where you can buy all things Italian. But burrata will not be fresh, tomatoes — the only thing that come with it — not ripe, chepeast tasteless version of tomatoes you can find in London. Not to mention they will charge you for table water and include “optional” donations in your bill without asking or explaining. I understand running a restaurant is a tough business but you cant be a family, local restaurant and extort your clients on a regular basis. And what a service! — ignorant at best, judgy at worst, no English small talk but no Italian openness either. They pride themselves on offering good “authentic” Italian food and experience of a family restaurant. They are none of these things. And I really wanted to come to a different conclusion.

If you are coeliac or gluten intolerant this is the place to go In Kensington if you want pizza or pasta, had garlic bread with mozzarella as well as fusilli pasta with chicken and mushrooms with a sprinkling of mozzarella and it was a good meal, generous portions mean you need a big appetite to get through it, but it is certainly worthwhile. Added bonus is there is a separate gluten free menu.

My son and I had a lovely meal here on 11th May 2024 to celebrate my 60th Birthday. Being vegan with a dairy intolerance always makes it difficult for me to eat at restaurants so I was rather unsure of eating out but it was absolutely no problem for this restaurant. The food was amazing and plated well. I had Bruschetta for starter and the Mint Zucchini Gnocchi for main (see photo) I have never liked the Gnocchi that you buy from shops it is just tasteless even when served with sauce but this meal has changed my mind and has inspired me to make my own to try so I have looked up a recipe to make vegan, gluten free Gnocchi at home. The staff were lovely, attentive and courteous and always rushing around to attend their guests. It was such a lovely atmosphere despite being packed out on a Saturday afternoon. When we booked in on entering they confirmed my dietary requirements and gave me a separate menu which helped me to be able to choose quickly. I consider the cost was well worth it for such delicious food and I would/will definitely go back….though I will have to save a bit first for a special treat.

Never had an issue with Ask Italians Gluten Free before eating at this branch... now i have my doubts... although i could say my food was gluten free but how badly was it cross contaminated with normal. Other than that theres a stupid 10% service charge which i wish i didn't pay as service was awful and manager was rather blunt when pointing out the QR code to pay when we had gift card

Discovered this gem by chance. Absolutely wonderful meal, from the potato croquettes to the sausage ragu, and many options for our gluten and dairy intolerances. Including the most exquisite oat milk pistachio and chocolate gelato.

The ambience at the restaurant was lovely, the staff were very service minded, and we loved our visit here. As someone with celiac disease I felt very safe, they took my disease with the greatest seriousness, and dobbel checked everything. They explained the menu, and I could eat almost everything. The gluten free food was amazing, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredibly tasty. Looking forward to go back, and a big thank you til our waiter, we enjoyed every minute.

Most branches of this popular Italian chain are cramped, crowded and consequently noisy. This branch is located within the Marriott hotel, and as a result, is spacious and comfortable, at all times of the day except breakfast, when they have to feed the hotel guests. I live within 100 metres of this branch, so it is super convenient, but I think it is a hidden gem. The quality of the produce and the cooking are of a good standard - not super high end but then neither are the prices. There are dishes to suit all ages and tastes, including vegetarians and gluten frees. The service is always friendly and the fact that I can meet people there for a quick coffee or a 4 course meal, makes it my go-to local spot. Sadly I find their recommended seasonal wines quite uninteresting, and they do seem slightly overpriced for what they are, but the overall package works well.
