This restaurant has the best waiter of all. He is always smiling, very talkative, and friendly. I went there twice and really enjoyed the food. Everything is gluten-free which is great when you are celiac but if you aren't I'm sure you'll still enjoy it a lot. They also have plenty of vegan options. I totally recommend this place!

Great surprise of a gluten-free establishment in the south of Tenerife. 100% for celiacs. Good service from the staff, pleasant atmosphere, one of the best places I have ever seen, clean, decorated with televisions for sports lovers. Great selection of dishes with very well prepared food, well presented, abundant and with the peace of mind that it is ALL gluten free. Congratulations to the manager, the team of waiters and waitresses. Friendly, friendly and involved in customer service.

The chocolate and strawberry eclairs are incredible! To my downfall, the bakery is open late. I stuffed myself silly right before my dinner plans. They sell gluten free lollies and pasta as well. Favourite gluten free bakery to date!

We also went because of the Google reviews. It's definitely worth coming here if you want a nice meal one evening in Tenerife. The waiters and service were very friendly. We had gluten-free pasta, Caesar salad, and pizza – everything was delicious, especially the virgin mojitos.

A great evening and experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and our waiter Pier was absolutely wonderful. He was chatty, funny, kind, helpful, understanding of my coeliac dietary needs, and a true gentleman. He was so lovely we came back the next night, and requested that he was our host again, and he remembered us, our needs and what my husband Andy had ordered previously!! What a star. Everything was fine the first time, but the gluten-free beer I asked for was brought non-alcoholic without asking. This was still charged. The second time, poke more. Again, it was brought non-alcoholic. I asked for an alcoholic one, and they brought a normal beer that was assured to be gluten-free. Three waiters said it was gluten-free, and only the fourth said it was normal (so it didn't say gluten-free on the bottle) but did nothing about it. Appetizers came about a minute before the main course. The main course was supposed to be vegetables AND chicken paella, but there was no chicken. Also, nowhere was anything mentioned about hotness, and a couple of VERY hot things came across. Even if you like hot, these were seriously hot. I liked this place after the first time, but I can't recommend it after the second time.

Unassuming from the outside but a very cute cafe with high quality products on the inside. Lovely selection of beautifully decorated cakes with both vegan and gluten-free options. I went for a gluten-free carrot cake and it was delicious. Nice variations of caffein free drinks like golden milk or pink milk, with plant based milk alternatives available.

Really fantastic food. Everything was very tasty! They also really want to think along with you when it comes to gluten-free and are willing to adapt dishes. We had the gluten-free paella, which was really tasty! The steak could also be gluten-free, the fries were replaced with potatoes, which was also really tasty!!! Unfortunately it is our last day, otherwise we would definitely have gone back more often.

This was a late birthday meal for my partner. The meal was as close to perfect as I could've expected. The waiter looking after us (davide) was knowledgeable about the menu and explained everything very well, how different blends of food went together and advice on cooking the steaks and insured what parts of my pudding my partner could try and she is gluten free. The waygu steak was divine. Good to slow cook it ourselves with little smoker grills, we also got sirloin waygu which was cooked medium rare which was also amazing. Special mention to the sauce that came with the waygu. It quite simply is the best sauce I have ever tasted, the lobster was expceptional, I'm not a great lover of truffle but was perfectly balanced and not too overpowering. Mushroom risotto was so flavourful and reasonably priced, The cannoli pudding was beautiful, fresh home made ice cream was so tasty. The cheesecake, my partner said was the best piece of cheesecake she had ever eaten. To finish it off I was given a shot of locally made honey rum, I could've drank the whole bottle. It was smooth and sweet and was a perfect way to end the meal. The food was that great, the price wasn't even surprising, and was genuinely worth every single penny. We will definatley be coming back here the next time we come to tenerife! .

Wide variety of flavours including dark chocolate which was excellent. It caters well for gluten allergies and has many gluten free flavours and gluten free cones so catered for everyone in our family on holiday. It is in a beautiful location to look out across the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit 👌

Cozy Italian restaurant, of which there is also a second restaurant in Yumbo. We had a seafood pasta and it was plentiful. A very positive thing is that they have gluten-free tagliatelle that also tastes delicious. The portions are generous. We chose a glass of red wine with the meal, which was also delicious and full of flavour.

When I say our visits (yes, plural) to Pa’Lante were one of the most enjoyable things about our holiday, I genuinely mean it. My husband, who is Gluten and Dairy intolerant, felt confident eating here. A rare thing even in the UK! The staff were friendly, helpful and armed with personal anecdotes and recommendations for the menu. They remembered us at each visit and they served some truly delicious meals which made us eager to try other dishes. This small, unassuming restaurant is a must try in my opinion. Whether eating as a couple, or a family, this place did not fail to deliver. I’ve added a small handful of pictures of the meals I ate there. Definitely recommend the pork cheeks!

We had lunch so I don't know what the atmosphere of the restaurant is like in the evening, at lunch it is simple and there is a beautiful sea view. The staff is very kind. While on a day trip to fuerteventura I struggled to find somewhere to eat being gluten free. My wife asked a few places but they weren't open until 6.30 and our last ferry back was 7.30 - then she found this gem and the pizza is sin gluten and the pasta was sin gluten. Absolutely over the moon. The pizza was delicious. The wait staff were on point. Gluten free/sin gluten restaurant not advertised on Google reviews but should be as amazing.

I have no words to describe the tuna tartare. The best I have ever eaten in my life!! I told them that I was celiac and they adapted it for me so that it was gluten-free. The rice dishes are all gluten-free and the one I tried (mellow with monkfish, prawns and green asparagus) was also very good. I will return, for that tartar it is worth coming back.

Great restaurant with great food and service! So far, the best food and service we experienced on Lanzarote. I could eat here gluten-free, lactose-free, and without garlic and onion. They even had a lot of choices with these dietary requirements and could adjust quite a lot of their dishes. The food was very tasty. The servers were very enthusiastic and thought with us nicely. They understand customer service well. If you like Chinese food and are on Lanzarote, I would definitely recommend eating here. We even went back for a second time to have dinner here. The service was friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The reason for which I only give a two is the following. I am gluten intolerant and I ordered two gluten free beers in a jarra. Normally they bring two bottles and the glass. Now they brought a filled glass with the assurance that it was filled with two bottles of gluten-free beer It was normal beer. So I was unwell until the following Tuesday. So this is not possible.
