Warning: not everything is gluten-free! Misleading information on the menu! It says "everything we make is gluten-free." So I ordered an empanada. Just before I ate, I asked again to be sure if everything was really gluten-free. Then they said no, not the empanada. When I pointed to the menu, they said yes, but they don't make the empanada themselves, they get them delivered. Well, how is a customer supposed to know what they're getting delivered and what they make themselves? In my opinion, such misleading information is an absolute no-go; a gluten accident is no small thing for someone with celiac disease.

Perfect place in every way, I have nothing bad to say, the service is incredible, they even asked me if the temperature was okay, and just the fact of arriving and having your little bottle of cold water is a plus. The pasta is impressive (the 100% carbotruffle is the star dish), good wine list and the cheesecake is very, very delicious. The gluten-free menu is super extensive, I would say almost the same as the regular one, one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Madrid 🙌

It exceeded my expectations. I went with some friends, and they served us delicious appetizers (mini gazpacho and falafel). We ordered nachos for a starter, followed by seitan, Russian steaks, moussaka, and risotto for main courses. Everything was delicious. The menu is extensive and has many options. They also offer gluten-free dishes. We didn't get to try the desserts, but I'll be back for them. The waitress was very attentive.

We ordered some patatas bravas that were incredible, and three hamburgers that were also delicious. The burgers come with a side dish of your choice between sweet potatoes, fries or salad. The burger meat is made to the point you order. For dessert we ordered a gluten-free cheesecake that comes with a pistachio cream. The best cheesecake I've ever had (and it's gluten-free). Very good service, very calm waiter, we liked it a lot. The atmosphere is very calm with house in the background. Totally recommended.

Enriqueta's menu is misleading. They list gluten-free bravioli, and when you order, they tell you it's wrong. Then they explain (at least this is appreciated for the health of celiac sufferers, who, by the way, have no idea what it is, even though they say they have cases among their employees) that even though other products may say they're gluten-free, they don't recommend it because they have too many people and can't guarantee contamination. Last year, they sent you to Enriquetados to buy sandwiches because they had stopped carrying sandwiches, and this year they no longer allow sandwiches, even though Enriquetados says it's where Enriqueta's orders are collected. They don't give you any notice. We asked a waiter and he told us you could get sandwiches because he didn't understand what we were asking and didn't think to let us know. Disappointed this year, we won't be back. We're two celiacs who only ate bread, which, by the way, is sold for €1 more than the gluten-free baguette, which, as always, is twice the size—an outrage.

I visited Posdata last Thursday and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A 10/10!! On the one hand, the high quality of its raw materials and all its products is to be appreciated. It is very noticeable both in flavor and in digestion. Furthermore, as a celiac and a person with digestive problems, I am very grateful that the girl who served me controlled each and every one of the ingredients. In this way, they were able to tell me what sweeteners and flours they use in the products (cookies, donuts and biscuits) so that I could choose the ones that suited my needs. Finally we tried the Immunity shake, two pieces of toast with spectacular sourdough bread, the pancakes and two cookies without syrup (one brownie and my favorite: the pecan one). I had already placed an order when I went to Madrid and I would love to repeat the experience when I return. Congratulations to the girls and I hope you continue to grow and offer such a special, inclusive service full of flavor and quality.

Very expensive for what it offers... plus, they told me they could make everything with gluten-free bread without mentioning that I would be charged more for it, which is barely in the small print on the menu... We went for dinner as a couple, and from the moment we sat down at the table, we let everyone know that one of the guests was celiac. The waiter reassured us that there would be no problem. However, from the start, the service was not up to par with expectations. As an appetizer, they brought us croquettes, clearly not suitable for celiacs. When we asked for a gluten-free alternative (like olives), the staff agreed, but that already set the tone for the evening: careless service with a serious food intolerance. We ordered three dishes: razor clams, bluefin tuna steak tartare, and sirloin steak. The razor clams were the only good thing about the dinner; they were fresh and well-prepared. The problem came with the steak tartare, which arrived surrounded by bread. When we asked if that bread contained gluten, the waitress replied that it did, and as a solution, she suggested simply "removing the pieces of bread," completely ignoring the risk of cross-contamination. We then ordered a new dish. Five minutes later, another steak tartare was brought to us, poorly assembled and with the bread on the side, giving us the impression that they had simply tampered with the same dish. When I questioned her, the waitress insisted it was a new one, and although we accepted her word, the suspicion was already present. Finally, the sirloin steak arrived completely cold. We sent it back to be reheated, but we should have asked for a new one. It was a mistake on our part not to do so, but after all that, we were no longer comfortable. At the end, the waiter asked us how our dinner had been. We told him the truth: it had been a bad experience. He apologized for what had happened and told us that the bread that came with the steak tartare was seaweed bread, supposedly gluten-free, which further highlighted the lack of information on the part of the waitress, as the waitress failed to point this out at the time and proposed a solution that was clearly unsuitable for someone with celiac disease. In short, I do not recommend this restaurant if you have any food intolerances, especially to gluten. The lack of staff training and the casual handling of the issue made for an uncomfortable dinner, far from the standard expected for the type of restaurant and the price we pay.
