Two friends and I had a lovely Moms Day off brunch here. First time visiting, I’d googled places my friend, who’s celiac, would be able to find good options. We opened the door and were greeted with a smile from the host and the wonderful smells of fresh baked goodies. There wasn’t a wait, but I wouldn’t have minded as I’d have had more time to look through to-go items for sale in the front. Our sever was friendly and prompt. Helped me decide between two things I was interested in, thoroughly assured my friend on what was gluten-free, substitutes to make things so, and our coffees were never empty. I will absolutely be coming back with my family soon.

I ordered a gluten free pizza online and Oh My Goodness!!! It was a bad day, but this pizza made it a whole lot better. I’m eating a reheated slice right now and it’s just as good as fresh and so filling? I’m amazing. 10/10

It's a small place and very popular. I took my sister here who has a gluten allergy and she had grilled cheese with lentil bread (pictured and almost finished). She loved it and they do not skimp out on the cheese. I had the Oaxaca sandwich which was very good and the spiciness was just right, paired with a Thai carrot soup. Coffee was good and served in a big glass mug. We had a window view which was a bit cramped but felt alright. You see so many people come in of all ages and backgrounds. Servers were friendly, left us mostly alone and revisited when needed. Atmosphere is very local and rustic.

First experience was amazing, had the gluten free pizza crust and by far one of the best I've had. Returned a second time specifically for the good pizza to find out they had run out of the gluten free dough. Very upset, you shouldn't put something on the menu if you don't keep it in stock. This would have never happened with a regular dough. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

The staff at this restaurant went above and beyond!!! We ordered 2 pizzas through Uber Eats and the order ended up getting canceled due to an issue with the driver. We called the restaurant and they were incredibly accommodating. They arranged for a courier to send the pizzas to us instead. We have not been to this restaurant in person yet, but we will definitely be going in the near future. The pizzas were delicious! Gluten-free crust is amazing 👏.

The pizza is incredible, the owner is an absolute gentleman and TRUE Italian in every sense of the word. The pizza margarita is sublime, simple, delicious and full of authentic flavours, feels and renoncent reminders of visiting Italy and it’s true approach to pizza prepared. As a gluten sensitive individual - giving up pizza for the last few years has been devastating. The gluten free margarita here? Is truly chefs kiss! The front of house team (servers) are warm, patient and approachable. This building (previously occupied by the late wonderful Bob and the beloved team at stoneface) has clearly inherited another gem - in Del Piacere. Love this place! A must try and repeat - repeatedly ❤️

This review is for the senior management at BP. I highly recommend promoting Jessica and having her train staff at other locations nationwide. It will undoubtedly boost your sales. As someone with a family affected by celiac disease and allergies, dining out can be overwhelming. However, thanks to Jessica's instruction, we now feel at ease when eating at BP. It has become our preferred family dining option.

My partner and I are big fans of this location of crust and crate! We come here often for the Korean bites and gluten free pizza crust, not to mention the outstanding service. As someone who has worked in restaurants for 7+ years I can confidently say that the servers we have are consistently head and shoulders above the norm. Specific shoutout to our favourite servers Sean and Patrick. I want to give 5 stars but the one thing we are disappointed by every time is the fact that there is no lactose free/ vegan cheese option. Especially with their phenomenal gluten free crusts and pizza focus it would be really great to see that as an option. I also want to say the new menu rollout is great and the blueberry bourbon lemonade was a 10/10 cocktail. Booze forward but balanced with sweetness and the blueberry really comes out. In conclusion, give Patrick and Sean a raise and add vegan cheese to the menu pleaseeee!

Does anyone else notice how ALIVE this place is? Everytime I'm in there it's bustling, people are laughing and having a good time, it smells incredible! And the staff that greets you is always so friendly! Blows my mind! Apart from that- if you're gluten intolerant or avoiding gluten, this restaurant knocks the GLuten sensitive options out the park! I am personally a big fan of their wings! I always order dry rub and honey hot, (they make their honey hot in house by combining honey and hot sauce) and this Boston pizza specifically gets that ratio of honey to hot JUST RIGHT! Hits those notes every time! As for dips they have many, the classics like honey garlic, BBQ and sour cream, but if you want to try something different, go with the cactus dip! They recommended it to me once and now I always get it! This place has the freshest salad and veggies ever just love that! And they make some pretty delicious mockails! I don't have any pictures of the food I order cuz it's in my tummy too quickly! Thanks BP! Keep up your good work! Love the atmosphere here so much!

A no extra charge for gluten free, vegan pizza that looks hand thrown from actual dough (not a frozen cardboard perfect circle) and tastes great, even cold the next day for breakfast, like a real self-respecting pizza?! The atmosphere here was contemporary chic as well as cozy with the low lighting. The only reason I rated it lower was because the seating was in between the bar and a small hallway, to the front of the restaurant which made our table a high traffic area (it was a Thursday night with reservation) Oysters (5/5): Biggest oysters I’ve seen in Ottawa for $3.50 a piece! Steak Frites (3/5): quite a thick piece of steak that was great overall. I found the knife dull and wish I had more of the Demi glace. White 6 Pizza (4/5): Made gluten free!

Cauliflower Pizza Are A Scam. They will not let you know the only size of Cauliflower pizza, which they refer to as « Gluten Wise Crust » when in person(meaning, probably this ain’t even Cauliflower Crust) is the INDIVIDUAL size. They will charge >$22 for an individual pizza that is insufficient to feed a full grown adult for sure. They keep the surprise until you paid. You would think $44 of pizza is enough to feed a family but it’s not enough to feed 2 grown adults. Then, when confronted about it, the manager says he can’t do anything and the boss will call you the next day but they DONT CALL. Big scam, don’t order pizza from there.

Exceptional Service and Care – Perfect for Special Orders and Dietary Needs We ordered from Fadi and his wife’s pizza restaurant for a three-day training event, and I can't recommend them enough! The service was amazing from start to finish. Fadi and his wife went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our group. The portions were incredibly generous, and the food was always fresh, flavorful, and delivered on time. One of our colleagues has a gluten allergy, and Fadi and his wife were extremely thoughtful and diligent in making sure her gluten-free pizza was not cross-contaminated. They took extra care and went the extra mile to ensure her safety, which we truly appreciated. It’s not every day that you come across such attentive and caring service, especially when dealing with food sensitivities. Fadi and his wife were friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. They really took great care of us, and I can’t wait to order from them again!

I placed an order that I was sure was for delivery via the website, but was relayed as pick up via the system. When I called to explain my situation (no ability to pick up)- I was informed that the store doesn't deliver to my area, but as it happens one of their drivers lives nearby and brought my pizza to me at the end of his shift. I was so appreciate for this kind gesture, the staff's problem solving and good customer service- on top of offering no extra cost delicious gluten free and vegan cheeze, thank you Milanos St-Laurent!

I feel compelled to give this review because if you eat gluten free you need to know. I really enjoyed my trip to Colonnade Pizza. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly . They do have a gluten free option for their pizza and it was pretty good. Being celiac I am always worried going to new places but I felt safe and enjoyed my pizza. The problem was that they only sell medium and large gf pizzas. Fair enough, but the medium pizza I ordered was the exact same size as my wife’s small regular pizza. The exact. Except I paid over $30 and she paid around $16. I am used to gf foods costing more but this was a ridiculous amount. To add the waitress would not accept the fact that the pizzas were the same size. **Since this review I have received a message from the owner which told me that the pizza is actually one inch in diameter larger. So I stand corrected. The price was still double for that extra inch for the gluten free option.

The service is always solid. The menu is affordable and varied, but I wouldn't go here for a healthy meal, especially if you want to choose from many different vegan, gluten-free options. But that's to be expected with chain restaurants.

Excellent pizza, excellent service! This is by far the best Milano’s I have ordered from in Ottawa (and I have ordered from several others). The pizza is delicious and always ready on time for pickup. I have never had to wait a single time I have gone in for pickup and the food is always incredibly fresh and warm. The staff is also very friendly. In my opinion, they have the best gluten-free crust of any I have tried. I am so happy I discovered this location!

Just like McDonald's is not a fancy steakhouse, don't pretend Pizza Pizza is some fancy Italian pizzeria. They deliver tasty food with tons of options (vegan, keto, gluten free, etc) at great prices. Staff are always friendly, accommodating, and efficient.

Decent amount of parking outside. This is a pretty good pizza place as it’s wood fired pizza. Pizza is pretty great and wont destroy your insides like papa johns or dominos. The inside was nice and clean. Service was pretty good no complaints there. They have many options for pizza and other Italian type items like pasta. Pizza is gluten free and made fresh. I got the meat lovers and would highly recommend if you live for the meat. Price is decent for what it is. I believe either Wednesday or Thursday that pizzas are 15 instead of 20-30 bucks so good idea to go that day if you’re looking for a deal. Washrooms inside. Would eat here again. Food was really good forgot to take pictures.

Had a wonderful experience today at Milano's. Met one of the owners named Chadi. He was very friendly and professional. Had no idea until today that Milano's had gluten AND dairy free options. It's very rare that I get to have pizza with my dietary restrictions so today was a special treat. Would definitely return.
