The service was very good, All of the staff are very attentive and very polite and professional. The pizza is delicious We had a margarita a cheese and a gluten-free cheese and pepperoni All of the pizza was very good. The gluten-free was surprisingly good. We had the arugula salad It was delicious My wife said the meatballs were good.

Pastas are great! They have Gluten Free & it is quite tasty. Ask for "no salt" - they tend to oversalt their food.

Had a really great lunch here with my mom. They cook their gluten free pizza on a separate pan and use separate utensils. You do need to let them know that you have celiac so they can note for the kitchen to take extra safety precautions. They offer vegan cheese for those that are dairy free as well!

We happened upon this amazing pizza when we were downtown while on a recent trip to Charlotte. Our daughter is gluten free and it was by far the best pizza we have ever had. The GF crust is made in house and was fabulous. Highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a great GF pizza.

On a road trip with my family 1/3 of us are gluten free due to celiac. We found this place on find me gluten free app and it’s the best pizza I’ve had in a minute. They had extensive gluten free options and everything we tried was delicious! Everyone was so nice and the place was clean too. I wish we lived closer because we’d be regulars!! The only way it could’ve been better is if they had more seating inside, but it was all amazing

Edit: I've never been there before. I'm from out of town. I didn't know where to stand or where to order. The two ladies working around 11: oo (?) Sat were so friendly and helpful to me. They acted like I was a local and that I wasn't confused at all, lol. The half Pizza they suggested was perfect. Also, they asked me if my gluten order was because of an allergy or preference. No one's ever asked me that before. I am impressed.

Honestly, our waitress was not great. We didn't make it easy for her, with a large group, but she tried to charge us for several drinks more than once, forgot to bring out a gluten-free pizza and forgot one meal completely. We were joking about it when she took the order - it would have been easier had she taken notes of our order!

Went in today.... I am Gluten-free and Dairy Free. They had good Gluten-free option ... but as you know, Italian is difficult for anything good that's Dairy-free. We ended up deciding to leave. The waiter was fabulous. Took his time going through the menu to help us. I wish I could have tried the food. Great staff. Thanks for taking the time to really try. I have them 5 star for efforts.

I called ahead and ordered a gluten free pizza because I have Celiac. When I received the pizza and after I ate a couple of bites I realized it wasn’t gluten free. I went back inside and asked to speak to a manager and explained to him the issue. He was very dismissive of the whole situation and just took the pizza and said he would bring a new one out. No apology or refund. I have been to this location and have had an issue before, but most of the time it’s good service and food just terrible management.

This was fairly quick and easy to customize for my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free). The crust was delicious for gluten free but needed to cook longer. Overall it was a great meal!

The food here is fantastic! We have never tried anything that is not delicious. My son has a gluten allergy, and he loves the gluten free pizza. The service is always excellent. I’m super impressed by how polite and genuinely friendly the staff and management are. Highly recommend!!!

One of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had anywhere! My family also enjoyed their regular (not gluten free) pizzas. We’ll be back! I’m originally from New York and am a pizza snob. Since having to go gluten free a few years ago, I miss real pizza. This was one of the closest things I’ve had (and I travel quite a bit). Very good! The only constructive criticism I’d give for management to consider is implementing some training/protocols if a customer has an allergy/celiac to try to limit cross-contamination (like using a clean slicer and gloves). I know it’s a lot to ask for a pizza place but it would go a long way for some of us. With that said, the staff was kind and accommodating when I asked to use a clean slicer.

If yall have not tried their Sicilian or the new personal pan pizzas, THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! God, they're amazing. Easily best pizza I've had in a while. I hope it's here to stay cause that's my new go to now! It's crunchy, yet soft. It's thicccc but it's airy. Naaaaah, they got this perfected. I highly recommend the Sweet Heat, it's got all the best things. Meat, pineapple, HOT HONEY! I also suggest adding bacon, but that's just me being fat. I crushed the whole pie and I can't wait to try it again with some different toppings! I've tried their parm sandwiches in the past and they are delish! A friend got some gluten free pasta and he also loved that as well. But seriously though, pls make those personal pan pizzas permanent! I need those in my life!

Vegan Friendly Menu. Vegan cheese and gluten free options. My pizza was a thin crust, veggies, vegan cheese, and a side salad with Italian dressing. It's the best pizza in NC. So tasty, a complete surprise to me. Really grateful for the options.

We have a new gluten-free option in Uptown Charlotte! King of Fire Pizza imports their gluten-free flour from Italy and make their gluten-free crust before regular flour is ever even in the kitchen! When a gluten-free pizza is ordered the make line is cleared, all gloves are changed and clean utensils are used. My sister and I definitely felt safe eating here! They also have vegan cheese for those that are dairy free!

We do takeout for salads and pizza, so can’t tell you about atmosphere, but it’s clean when we go in and we always get our food fast. The best tip is to always order the custom salad or pizza toppings - you get loads more! I am not celiac, but order the cauliflower crust with dairy-free cheese. There’s also a gluten-free crust. It came loaded and crispy crust as I requested. It’s awesome to pick from 40 toppings and choose how much of each. I like regular amount of toppings, but extra chicken. Make your own salad! There are three simple sizes. I get the mid-size with no dressing for the leftovers or sharing. Again, don’t order the standard advertised pies, make your own and get more toppings! We made that mistake - once. Now we are 100% happy with results!

This is my first time experiencing a pizza atmosphere like this. Where you order the pizza find yourself a spot, grab a beverage and have them bring you the pizzas based on your order number. I had this situation where my brother ordered a pizza and didn’t realize it was one that came without cheese! We had asked if they could throw some cheese on it if we went back and paid extra but the ended up making us an entirely new pizza! I’m also gluten free (one of the saddest parts of my food loving life) and they have premade cauliflower crust which is okay! The toppings and cheeses are quality. Really nice people work here. I am just visiting from out of town but I would certainly come back.

First time eating Jets Pizza and we ordered on Uber Eats. Pizza was hot even though we live probably 15-20 mins from this location. My wife has a gluten allergy and she said it was by far the best gluten free dough shes experienced. Not thin and no taste as usual, her dough was thick and fluffy. My Pizza was also great with fresh meats and the sauce was outstanding. Will be our go to for pizza from now on.
