One of the members of our group is celiac, which is why we chose where to go with extreme care; we would never dream of writing such a serious review without carefully checking that it was read by those directly involved. Terrible place and absolutely not recommended, both for the quality of the service and for the total lack of friendliness. We firmly reiterate that we have been addressed with racist and discriminatory comments that are completely unacceptable: we have been called "sinti" in a derogatory tone. Had lunch to celebrate my daughter's communion, 16 of us. High quality food, excellent preparation and presentation, both for the 'sea' and the 'land'. Quiet, well-set-up and "scenographic" environment. Excellent service, great attention to customer needs (celiac person above all). Exquisite owners, friendliness, availability and welcome well above the Ligurian average 😆 Adequate price and respectful of what has just been written: experience, professionalism and quality are certainly not free and you can't expect them to be. Very nice restaurant with outside tables overlooking a small square or the quieter inside area. AIC certified. Friendly staff. We had a gluten-free pizza and an octopus. The pizza wasn't bad, in fact the only thing was that the base was a bit disconnected from the topping, probably because being a frozen product it is first cooked in the oven and then filled (and then maybe put back in the oven for a moment) and therefore it gives more the idea of ​​a topped focaccia, but overall it wasn't bad. The octopus was a bit overcooked and therefore was a bit rubbery, but the flavor was very good. For dessert we had a panna cotta and it was very good. Good coffee. In conclusion I would happily return.

Very tasty food. We ordered gluten-free pasta and were immediately delivered gluten-free bread (the waiter thinks along with it 😀). For the lamb dish, sauce was added at the place. Extra small bowl for the olive oil with the bread. Very stylish, but also correspondingly expensive. But it was worth it!

Pizzeria restaurant that prepares pizzas, first courses, second courses and desserts. There are numerous alternatives among the white pizzas and you can ask for gluten-free dough. The drinks cost only 50 cents more than water. There are some tables inside, set up in a bright and modern environment. Other tables are set up under the gazebos in the parking lots in front of the restaurant, close to the roadway. The waiters are not very coordinated with each other: the first person who assigned the table did not tell his colleague to clean up and set the table; at the end of the meal, no one came to ask if we wanted a dessert, a coffee or a liqueur.

The "Dalla Padella alla Brace" is a well-kept restaurant without attitude, which is why guests can eat there without being afraid of the threshold. We visited on April 23, 2025; a telephone reservation is recommended. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Italian and English are spoken. The service is experienced and attentive. The guest is then asked whether they want the mineral water chilled or at room temperature. The food, with some Ligurian specialties and products from local and regional "Slow Food Presidios", is absolutely fresh and of the best quality. Gluten-free dishes are indicated on the menu. The wine list includes numerous Ligurian and other Italian wines. The advice is unobtrusive and professional, the prices are hospitable. Overall a successful evening.

Very kind and good service and really good food even for someone who needs to eat glutenfree (which is not the norm). Look at the pictures, you can see that the pizza dough does not look like concrete like we often see elsewhere. Can fully recommend.

My favorite gluten free pizza! For those like me who have an intolerance and have a rather sensitive stomach, there is nothing worse than the anxiety of feeling sick every time you go out for dinner (more than once I have gone to even prestigious or formal restaurants and come out knocked out)... At Vicolo, however, I play it safe. I am among the few in Genoa to have a really good, soft, light gluten-free dough; the ingredients are excellent, in short, pizza is a pleasant experience for me; the service is always up to par, the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, the clean environment. The view was nice. Service was bad, we had to ask multiple times for a few things we ordered. Our food was not great, our least favorite meal while in Italy. They do offer gluten free pasta. The restaurant is set in a steep hillside and is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

10 cum laude business lunch. I have celiac disease and they served me in an enchanting way by preparing a pizza for me as a substitute for bread (I will eat the rest at home this evening). We arrived without a reservation during the Champions League final, which was broadcast, and they found us a table without any problems. They also have a gluten-free sandwich, which was really big and very good. When the fries, which were an extra, didn't arrive, I pointed it out and in addition to removing them from the order, they offered me a Coke to make up for it. Really nice and kind staff. We have known the Donne del Vino association for a few years and given the positive experience of the previous time we decided to repeat the evening in Recco. The reference winery of the evening was Tenuta Carretta of the Miroglio family. We ate two starters: a very good sea bass tartare and the excellent focaccia from Recco, all paired with Alta Langa. First, pansotti with walnut sauce, while second, "Ciupin" (typical Ligurian fish soup) with Canorei. To finish we tasted an excellent dark chocolate dessert combined with Carretta's Moscato d'Asti. Super organized for gluten. Very good and kind Paola (and obviously all her staff!)
