They also have a gluten-free option, which is not 100% safe because it resulted from an allergic reaction to "sulance". Everything was delicious. Dog friendly. The music is a bit distracting
Enjoy a vibrant spot offering a diverse menu and quick service, perfect for groups and always buzzing with activity.

A very negative experience today, my celiac daughter ordered gluten-free pies, and when paying, the staff asked if she really ordered gluten-free, because they brought her regular gluten-free ones, which she ate. The staff apologized, but I just hope we don't end up in the hospital.
Step into a wonderfully artistic space with wood accents, a cozy terrace, and a playground, perfect for a fun family day out.

Finally, the first hut that makes homemade pirogues, šuľanka... and a big plus is that they also make gluten-free (pirozhe, šuľanka) and very tasty..
Very nice service, pleasant waitresses and they welcomed us with a smile even before the opening....
Thank you very much ❤️

They have never brought me anything worse anywhere. I ordered a gluten-free pizza, according to the waiter, from their own dough, but what they gave me looked like a toasted tortilla covered with ham and salami. And moreover, so hard that it could not be cut with a knife. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of her. The dough was black, according to the taste, it had to be frozen for a very long time, just a disaster that cost me more than 15€ and I left hungry and disappointed. The gluten-free pizza looked better, but it was said that the taste neither dazzled nor offended...
Charming spot with a cozy fireplace, quick service, and a great atmosphere perfect for enjoying hearty, traditional Slovak fare.

A small grill, but a great kitchen. My husband and I have been there three times in a row. We really enjoyed it and for me, the advantage of being a celiac is that they offer gluten-free gnocchi. Yum
This spot impresses with its unique traditional dishes available in alternative versions, super quick service, and a lively atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back!

Delicious food, friendly staff, fast service, reasonable price.
There are also gluten-free options from the traditional dishes. This is indicated separately on the menu.
Parking is free, but a bit difficult due to the ski slope.
Expect a cozy vibe with excellent service, modern ordering options, and unexpected culinary delights that consistently impress.

One of the best restaurants in Slovakia. Excellent food, great beer and amazingly pleasant service. And all that for good prices. And they also have gluten-free burgers 👍

A very nice lady sells a variety of gluten-free second pastries. My daughter chose a Christmas cake, a sandwich, a pizza stangle, a baguette, bars, Christmas wafers and she really liked everything, and Hanka is usually very picky. It's a shame that the shop is far from us, but when we pass by we will definitely stop by again.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, especially to the kitchen and restaurant staff for their willingness to advise, help with the selection of gluten-free dishes that were available, or to prepare a dish in a gluten-free version as part of the evening menu, during our stay pancakes were also prepared for breakfast in front of the guest, which they willingly prepared for me in a gluten-free version.
I recommend the hotel for families with children, they have a rich animation program, wellness for children and especially for adults. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. We will definitely come back here.

Excellent pizza, light dough (classic, spelled and bzl), not unnecessarily greasy at all. Really probably the best pizza we had in SK. Classic dishes, large portions, very tasty. A big plus is local ingredients and the fact that they don't use artificial flavorings full of Éčok 👌🏻 ... and almost the entire offer is also available in a gluten-free version. We love coming back here.
Cozy spot with tasty options, quick service, and great prices; perfect for a casual meal that won't break the bank!

The gluten free pizza is the best one I have had in my life! As a celiac I always appreciate places like this. The staff was nice, fast and very helpful. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. If you walk by, I really recommend eating here! And the prices are very nice! Expected it to be much more expensive (I paid around 15 eur for big gluten free pizza and a coke)
Offers surprisingly unique dishes despite high prices, with intriguing but polarizing flavors that leave a lasting impression.

Unfriendly waitress, no commitment or alternative options to offer other dishes if you have an intolerance.
Ignored me at the table even though I told her I had to look at the menu again.
She didn't make any effort to ask me again what it could be.
My husband was served in a friendly manner and even though she knew I hadn't ordered anything yet, she continued on.
When she didn't get a tip (for what? For arrogance) from us, she was angry.
Tips are only given for hospitality - but not for an arrogant demeanor. Lady with brown hair and artificial lips: Thank you for nothing.
Answer to the owner: I said that I would still look and choose something else - there was no mention of gluten-free because I am not allergic to gluten. I wouldn't do that either. asked or informed about it. That's a lie.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and a great location near Šrtbské pleso, a short walk from the ski slopes. The rooms were very nicely furnished with plenty of storage space, clean. The room has a TV, mini fridge, toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, safe, hairdryer. The staff was nice, willing to help. The hotel also has a very nice wellness with an outdoor jacuzzi.
I also want to praise the varied selection at breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit, a rich selection of dishes for those who like sweet and savory dishes, lactose-free milk and gluten-free pastries.
The hotel also has a government ski bus that will take you to the ski lifts and will come for you when you call.
With a cozy vibe and modern decor, this spot is perfect for pizza lovers seeking a delightful dining experience.

A very pleasant enterprise.
The menu is very varied, but not unnecessarily huge. Minestrone was famous. I was interested in the pizza with zucchini, eggplant and basil pesto. An unusual combination, but I liked it and I definitely recommend it. I believe that the other dishes are also decorated and hopefully I will have the opportunity to come back and taste other dishes as well.
The atmosphere in the establishment was pleasant, a strange combination of decoration, but I don't care.
During our visit, there were mainly younger customers in the establishment, no overly drunk people.
I appreciate the labeling of gluten free, veggie/vegan dishes, it really makes life easier. There is also the possibility of choosing some dishes in meat or meatless form.
A vibrant spot with a fantastic atmosphere, offering a great variety and excellent service that keeps everyone coming back for more.

I don't know if what I experienced with my friend today was just a big joke, but never again... ordered a gluten-free pizza over the phone, we said big, the first "red flag" was how the gentleman communicated with us as if he wasn't listening at all, which was confirmed. We came to a place where we got a classic pizza and when we opened it to eat it in the car, we couldn't find where it was cut. We came to see if they know how to cut it, because we don't know otherwise, they did that, but they were already cutting it, but somehow the dough got mixed up or something? Well, it doesn't matter, let's go, the first thing I see is that they probably skimped on the ingredients, I take a bite and the pizza is slowly tasteless, there is only a spoonful of tomato sauce and the salamis are hard. When I looked at the dough from the bottom, it was burnt and not soft, but so much so that you could really feel it when you ate it (on 2 pieces, even if it was so because it would all go to the scythe). The dough is dry, the edges are hard that I almost broke my tooth and it was colder overall :( I was looking forward to eating with my friend and I have a bad feeling in my stomach because of the disappointment :D My friend evaluates the same way. Please, if you want to continue in this business, try to deliver quality, this is how you drove away an unnecessary customer and also made a bad name for yourself. I am disappointed.

Excellent halúskáren, various combinations. I regularly have Italian gnocchi. Excellent, specific taste. Quick preparation. They also have a gluten-free version. The new premises on Františkánská are modern, a very pleasant environment on a quiet street, you can also sit outside. I definitely recommend it, that's for sure. :-)

Wide selection of food, great taste of pizza, thin dough, nice service, nice children's corner. The only minus was probably the desserts. The cheesecake tasted great and the gluten-free roll was so dry that it needed a glass of water.
Everything is great, but they can kill you. Perfect food, pleasant atmosphere and even more pleasant service. Except that she was either deaf or didn't know. Despite asking for gluten-free, Vanesa brought a salad with chopped pieces of bread in it. Which was a bit of a disappointment.
A modern spot with a fantastic selection, including customizable options and a fun kids' play area, ensuring everyone leaves happy.

The food here is excellent, but the service is a little behind. I don't know if it was because of the peak of the season, it was also very hot, but they didn't have time to serve. On the other hand, we appreciated that they also offer many classic dishes in gluten-free form.

We have stopped here for lunch several times, always after a hike.
It is not a Grand hotel and therefore I know that I cannot expect a waiter in white gloves there. The fact that people stand outside until a place becomes available is a testament to the quality and price of the food.
With the sloppiness and speed of the service, sometimes there will definitely be misunderstandings, as happened to us last time when a young lady overheard that her wife could not eat lactose, but she was immediately willing to correct it.
She also gave advice on choosing gluten-free food (she could immediately tell which dishes she could order).
I ordered the menu and I can responsibly say that soup would be enough for me.
The next time we return from a hike through Štrbské Pleso, we will definitely come again.
Known for its fresh ingredients and homemade desserts, this spot is a hit for families and offers a variety of tasty options for everyone.

Fantastic pizza! It was worth traveling from Levice. We ordered 2 regular and 1 gluten-free pizza, the ingredients were fresh and of good quality! We recommend trying their homemade tiramisu and pana cotta, you won't be disappointed! The service was very nice, we called them in advance to let them know that we would like gluten-free pizza, the babies were willing and pleasant! Thank you, we will definitely be back.
