My aunt and I both have celiac and a dairy allergy. We shared a burger on a gluten free bun with fries. The staff is FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, all while being extraordinarily friendly. Often it feels like our food issues are an imposition when we eat out, but not here! The gluten free bun is also dairy free. It does look more like an English muffin than a bun, but in my opinion that’s great because there is absolutely no mistaking their regular bun for their gluten free bun, and it tasted great too. It was recommended that we have the burger cooked medium rare, so we tried it that way. For both of us it was a little less cooked than we would ordinarily choose, and I think next time we will go with medium well just because of our own weirdness about the way we prefer our ground beef cooked. That said, even still, the burger was excellent and the fries were fantastic! Often we go to places with safe options for our dietary issues, and it’s clear that our husbands would not feel like the food was hearty enough. This place has thick hearty burgers that would satisfy the biggest carnivore. We will definitely be back, next time with our gluten and dairy consuming husbands! Highly recommend Karma for people with gluten sensitivities. The staff here are very knowledgeable about the ingredients and wheat-free tamari is the default soy sauce on the table. The menu is clearly marked. No dedicated fryer, however. Skillful and friendly staff and high-quality food and drinks.

They have gluten free and they have vegan options, but they don't inherently have dishes that are both. The good was good and fresh.

Cute and efficient pizza stop with custom made options! I love the opportunity to pay the same price for the ingredients I desire vs. the restaurant’s signature pies. What a wonderful option! If you crave pizza and don’t have a lot of time, know what you will get a good pizza with exactly the toppings you want here at Your Pie. The servers were super sweet too, and it’s a high ceiling, open concept room with tables - and booths if you prefer more privacy. They also have a huge patio and I heard we’re dog friendly. Prices are less than I last paid for a good pizza - and they have gluten free options if you need. Well done! 👍

They have gluten free pastries and dairy free though when I was there they only had one that was both --an almond muffin. It had a great flavor but was very dense. My glutenphiles loved their pastries.

The food is excellent. Super fresh, wildly flavorful. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food. They have several gluten free and dairy free options, and will modify where they can. I would go back in a minute.

Amazing gluten free brioche French toast!😍😍 their iced chia tea latte was also amazing! My bf had an iced French toast latte and it was sooooo good! It was super busy when we went in but the service but fantastic! Need to come back.

Wow. A little hot bowl of mic droppin’ goodness found here. A homey fast paced open kitchen atmosphere creates to the vibe. Kids bowls were a hit. Mic Drop! Dish with chefs recommended spicy broth was unbelievable!! Gluten free noodle option for the wife. Make sure if you don’t like spice to ask ahead if dishes are spicy. Cooks are amazing team workers. They didn’t even say a word to each other and I watched them prepare almost 100 dishes while I sat there. Just straight business!!

Avoiding gluten, you may miss things like pancakes and crepes. The gluten-free crepe here is AMAZING!!! Had the banana strawberry chocolate, with a iced coffee - sinfully delicious!!!

This quaint little spot is a favorite of mine. I often get the crispy rice bowl. The real star of the show is their coffees. While prices for food might seem a little high, the coffee is worth every penny. Overall, the food is fresh and well cooked. I have a gluten allergy and their rice bowl hits the spot every time. My husband gets the burrito and is always satisfied!

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement... We have been coming to Tinderbox Kitchen since 2011 and have been dining there every time we are in Flagstaff. We drive almost 3 hours. We made a reservation a month ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were called by the owner, Nick, the day before to let us know they had a private event going on and we would need to either cancel our reservation OR they could see us at their sister location, Teatro, at the same time as the original reservation. I am gluten free... I do not normally eat Italian, but, Nick said, "You will be well taken care of" so we decided to try it out. We did a little research on Teatro and they are known for their superior service and wine knowledge which we were excited about. Our experience was average. The hostess asked if it was our anniversary and we said "Yes". Our server was fine but at no time provided any guidance on wine, any info on the food, basically average. The food was fine, I could only pick from half of the menu and they were accommodating with a pasta substitution so I could eat. The manager never approached our table, even though he was wandering around, to say anything about our issue with Tinderbox. When we received the bill, there was no acknowledgment of our inconvenience or any kind of compensation. Now, I am not expecting our meal to be free, but I was thinking a dessert? Appetizer? Something to say, "Hey, thanks for staying with our group of restaurants and spending $250 on food that wasn't your first or second choice on a pretty important night." Had the manager even just said anything, a thank you, Happy Anniversary, anything, we would not be so upset.. I just thought THAT Place Projects would be a little more professional and upscale. We were visiting from the valley for new years and were very impressed with this bar! The gluten free buns for the burgers are AMAZING. Honestly the best burger i’ve ever had in my life!! The staff was so friendly even on such a busy night. We will be returning next year for sure!

Beautiful 2-story open Sushi lounge in the Monte Vista Hotel in the historic Flagstaff district. The food came out incredibly fast, full of flavor and color. There weren't many gluten-free options but is understandable based on the sauces they use. However, they did have gluten-free soy sauce. I loved the vibe, great music, friendly host staff, and our waiter was a delight. I look forward to returning and exploring the menu further. Arigatō!

We had a very enjoyable meal here at lunchtime. Excellent quality food and service. In particular, 2 of our party are gluten free which can often mean limited options. Not here, and they said the buns were the best they had eaten.

Standard Denny's With the standard menu. Coffee good but weak. Omelets excellent, but again no gluten free English muffins. That was one of the reasons I went there when on the road. They were better than the traditional English muffins. Will instead be going to a local chain called Eggstacy with gluten free muffins and gluten free pancakes
