I brought my visiting family here, half of whom are GF (myself included). Like everyone says, all the food is really good here! No compromises just because it’s gluten free. But what I’m really thankful for is the reservation ease. I couldn’t find the group size I needed on OpenTable, so I called and got a person immediately. Needed to call two more times to change the reservation to add someone / change time, and again to confirm they could accommodate a wheelchair 😂 I felt so high maintenance and they were SUPER nice about it. For that alone, 5 stars. Will definitely bring other people here because it’s, to me, in a “classic NYC” neighborhood and gives classy vibes for reasonable price point.

I love this North End staple. They make a small selection of dairy and gluten free items daily - a coffee cake, chocolate chip cookie, and whoopie pie. Like everything else, they are available until they sell out. The coffee cake is my favorite! The cookie is not the best in town, but still good and I appreciate having the option. The whoopie pie is best eaten fresh. I appreciate this long-time establishment having some options for those with food allergies.

We made a reservation for Sunday night before a show. Reserving online was easy and I noted a gluten free menu was needed. Day of, the hostess picked up immediately when I called to say we were running a few minutes late. We came in and were seated immediately - with one GF menu in hand. Waters were filled, and a server brought a basket off pop overs. Noting the GF menu, she came back with GF breadrolls for my mom. Waiter was nice, helped my mom choose wine. She got the lobster risotto and I had the fresh tortellini. Food was fast, tasty, and delicious. We were given fresh macaroons with our bill, and the server brought my mom a couple more GF rolls for the rode. Such a great experience! Thank you!

Bamboo Sushi is hands down one of my favorite spots in the city, their great food, service and atmosphere is pretty consistent. Also as a GLUTEN FREE girly I love feeling so safe and comfortable with the menu!

I went here with two girlfriends and sat at the bar. We order the beans, the hummus with arugula and prosciutto and a gluten free crust pizza. All of it was spectacular. The pizza crust was a think crust - but texture and flavor were spot on! The bean dish was out of this world and the sauce was excellent. Cocktails were also good and service impeccable. Highly recommend.

We came for the celiac safe menu. It was excellent! We ordered the gluten free fried chicken and waffles, what a treat! It was delicious, perfectly cooked and the bourbon maple syrup with honey butter was amazing. We will certainly be back. Great service as well, wait staff was really kind.

Huge portions, amazing menu, great and professional staff. Gorgonzola pear purses and Balsamic Chicken were to die for. Live accoustic music, not too loud. Perfect. Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan menus. 100% recommend.

I’ve heard such amazing things about this place so I was really excited to try it. I ordered my food on Uber eats so that may have made the difference with dine out. The pizza was OK, I didn’t love the cheese and there wasn’t a lot of sauce. However, the bread was great especially gluten-free. The fries were a little bit cold so that might be why they weren’t so good but I wasn’t in love. And the mac & cheese was OK. It was probably the best thing out of all three items that I tried. I just wish it had more cheese. I would definitely try it again, but would try different items or in person this time.

Very loud and a tad over priced. Best gluten free pizza crust in the area. Most, if not all the dishes I sampled needed salt, but otherwise delicious and excellent ingredients.

100 percent gluten free menu, and good drinks. They have taco specials, I picked the seafood option. The tacos were good, very fancy with the ingredients. I wish I had tried the meat tacos as well. The passion fruit margaritas was also good.

I had heard a lot about Legal Sea Food and had been advised to try it out especially as they pride themselves in gluten free fish fry and have other fried items all dedicated gf . We started with the house sangrias : one red & one white . Refreshing especially on a hot and humid summer evening . Ordered the classic fish and chips prepared gluten free (no pictured) and the cod that was salt-vinegar crusted with a bed of bacon slaw , potato wedges and a lightly mustard remoulade. Delicious dish . Fish was perfectly cooked and crispy . The sauce was just right and tied it all together . Staff was a bit slow but there was a huge amount of people during peak times so they tried to keep up . I could have had more sangrias but it was a little hard to flag staff down . Not a big concern . The food was excellent ! Although I had been told no reservations were needed I was glad I made them in advanced as the place was hoping and can get a little loud . Very nice experience will be back next time in Boston

Their happy hour deal is great. The nacho fries were delicious. Everything was so good we came back for brunch the next day and got the gluten free waffles (they were a bit too sweet, but good nonetheless, wish there was almond butter on it to balance out the strawberry jam? syrup?). Always great to have a gluten free and dairy free place.

the only thing on the menu that is not gluten free is literally a single hamburger bun that you can ask not to be on your food. this place is amazing and tempura?! GLUTEN FREE TEMPURA?!?

Either these reviews are for the non gluten free foods or I just went on an off day. I got the okra gumbo and red beans and rice, I felt like when I said gluten free they went ok no seasoning for this one. It was so bland I couldnt eat it. I was very disappointed as I was looking foward to good; safe for me to eat, food.

We recently had a great group dinner at Malibu. Excellent experience and fantastic food. I had the Hawaiian Ribeye, my spouse had the salmon- both delectable! Everybody in our group was happy with their choices. Our server, Maddie S. was phenomenal! She served our large table (and many others!) with a smile! Most impressively, was her ability to get our complex orders right with the several modifications we seemed to make in our big group. If Malibu could make any menu updates: I would love to see a few more gluten free options on the menu, as well as some non-alcoholic spirits/mocktails. Thanks!

Amazing gluten free options! And not just a bun substitute or fries - (although the fries were pretty tasty- bonus that they have a dedicated gluten free fryer!) I tried the gluten free fish and chips as well as the fried calamari and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the batter was. The tartar sauce was delicious- not sweet, very tangy which I love! And the calamari was cooked perfectly- delicate texture and not a single piece was rubbery! The fish was crispy on the outside and wonderfully flaky on the inside. Will definitely be back to try their gluten free fried chicken sandwich next!!!

Great food & service. One of the only restaurants in metro Atlanta that offers Celiac safe gluten free dining. Numerous recommendations - Small Plates- Pimiento Cheese Fritters, Fried Green Tomatoes, Calamari (A+!)… the house salad is fabulous, & even moreso topped w/grilled shrimp…& their cocktail, the Nectarita is divine.

By no doubt highly recommend if you are in the area. Very safe for allergies, fully gluten free. All the food was fresh and every bite surprised me more than it was before. Usually I am not a big fan of raw fish and sushi but this place really opened my mind to explore more! Sitting at the bar and not the table really made the experience more special.

They were stellar from the moment we walked in. They had my mind at ease immediately assuring me they don’t even bring gluten into the building. The food was amazing it felt like a 5 star dining experience. The whole menu being gluten free and without worries of cross contamination it was a fantastic experience with food and service. I have eaten at blackies a few times, each time a dream for me, someone with celiac disease and a food lover. But this review isn't about those times. Buckle up. I host birthday parties for my kids. Not at play centers or whatever because no, why would I, thats too easy and I like hosting. But everything is always gf because I have to exist in my own home. I had made arrangements to have gf pizzas from another place close to me and their business hours changed making it impossible to accommodate hungry toddlers and their parents for the party time. Enter panic mode. I call blackies and leave what im sure is nothing short of a desperate dumpster fire voicemail and then pray to any deity who would answer. Plot twist there is in fact a saint of gastrointestinal distress. Blackies calls the next day says they can accommodate my pizza dilemma and boom I pick up 6 insanely good pizzas and my guests devour them and do the typical, "I cAnT bElIeVe ItS gLuTeN fReE" schpeal. I cannot thank the staff and management enough for saving my gluten free buns and rest assured I will probably order my party food again from you in the future but with way more notice 😅

We go here every year for Father's Day and it never disappoints! They have a dedicated fryer for GF items, so it's Celiac safe. They have a nice gift shop and ice cream stand on site too.

Wow. I was so excited to try Vero Amore. I was astounded by how much our server hates gluten free and was completely unwilling to even discuss options. I asked about sauces for the pasta and she said, “I don’t know what you are allergic to, the description on the menu tells you what is in it” I wound up with gf penne with crushed tomato sauce and baked chicken. I was told I couldn’t have any cheese as it all had gluten. She was aggressively unwilling to help to the point I had to ask for her to get someone else to help me. I didn’t choose to have celiac disease and I know it can be hard for restaurants. I try to ask reasonable questions to stay safe and have never encountered this level of unwillingness to even try to accommodate. I thought going to a local restaurant with gluten free options on the menu would be fun and it turned out to be embarrassing and uncomfortable for our entire party in a way that I have never experienced. I gave one stars because I didn’t get sick. It was flavorless food and the worst service I have ever experienced. Don’t go here. Actually, the bar tender was really nice and the drinks were great. The GM was also really nice when we talked with him before our meal.

My family and I have been dining here for a few years now and have always had a spectacular time. The service and food are above expectations, The gentlemen who normally tend to us (Max & Joshua) feel like family, they are always on top of their game and always pleasant and accommodating. My spouse has celiac and requires Gluten-free dining. Finding a healthy, Gluten-free restaurant is a challenge, although some restaurants offer Gluten-free options on their menus many can not guarantee it, and therefore a challenge. As for myself, I don't have to have Gluten-free options but because Popojitos' food options are both healthy and tasty I enjoy them. There's always something on their menu to accommodate everyone. As usual kudos to the owner for recognizing and always presenting a great menu and to the entire staff for their attentiveness to great customer service and displaying great food!! Fred & Annette

Quaint rustic restaurant with some of the best food. Most of the dishes are gluten free and full of flavor. We had lobster bisque, shrimp tempura, shrimp and grits and the shrimp rice bowl and finished off with key lime pie. All full of flavor and portion sizes are generous. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a good brunch spot I give this place 2 thumbs up! I had a Bloody Mary which was served with a skewer of meat cheese & an olive. The drink itself wasn't too spicy but could of had a bit more vodka in it! I ordered the breakfast BLT which was delish. I was able to get vegan cheese on it since it was available upon request. They so have a decent about of dietary options including vegan, vegetarian & gluten free. Make sure to let the waiter/waitress know. Our group all ordered something different which was nice to see it was all enjoyed.

We had dinner here with my young son, who has celiac. As soon as I mentioned gluten-free/celiac, the waitress immediately listed all the options available, explained that they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, and described the procedures they follow. Most dishes could be made gluten-free, and my son chose the nachos. The service and knowledge were excellent!

Wait time ensured that we 100% will not be back. We were one of three tables on a Friday night and our food took well over an hour, not to mention that we waited the final 10 minutes for the last person to get their meal which was nothing more than a salad. Our waitress was very inattentive. To the point where it was much faster to just get up and get drinks from the bar for the table. However, it was nice to have a full gluten free menu. Food wasn’t bad.

My friend and I definitely got sick from this place. It felt like a gluten crash. It was terrible. One if us ordered the bison and had no idea it was raw, the waiter didn't say anything and it wasn't written anywhere. The waiter would not take it back for something else. This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. It’s heaven for people who can’t have gluten (and great for those who can - the gluten free items taste excellent for non-gf standards too). The pesto chicken sandwich is a dream, and with gf tres leches cake being a rare find, I make this place a priority every time I’m in Santa Fe. Great staff too. Highly recommended!
