This was the best meal we had on Tenerife so far. If you are going to Playa de Las Teresitas, make sure to stop by this place! Ma’am and sir that waited us were really kind (they do it with so much love, you can feel it) - they spoke little English but we got along just fine (and they have an English menu). Food was delicious, home cooked, pristine and a perfect mix of flavours. We got: Garlic shrimbs, Cannary octopus and some special little potatoes with their sauce (Papas negras de Tenerife + bread. They also offer gluten free dish and bread. We finished with a local dessert and left full. Overall a 10/10 for me and definitely coming here again. 🤗 P.S. This aioli as a starter was amazing!

Really cool burger café! The food was so good - we had the smash burger and the smoked burger, and both were absolutely delicious. My favourite were the sweet potato fries!! They were super crispy with a nice salt coverage. Would 100% recommend! It’s also a great spot for gluten-free options - everything was clearly labelled and the staff were super knowledgeable. Even the gluten-free bread was impressive (not dry at all, which is rare!). The only downside was the piña mojito - it didn’t really taste like much, more like lime water, and the pineapple came from a can. That’s the only reason I’m taking off a star. But overall, the food was definitely 5 stars!

Very good restaurant. I had come about 7 years ago and back then we had a very good experience. Today we returned after so much time, taking advantage of the fact that we come from the south (although it is a little far away), and the truth is that it has been worth it. As I have a gluten intolerance, I was delighted to see that they even have a special menu for people who cannot eat gluten, with several options available. I had a gluten-free pizza and tiramisu… delicious! The service was also 10, José Luis attended to us, very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return!

Incredible experience in the Llanos. I have celiac disease and I went to this restaurant guided by the good reviews I found on Google for having an allergen- and gluten-free kitchen. Here you don't feel strange or special, there you are the protagonist and that's how they make you feel. We tried fish salad, rice (mountain, risotto and red wine) and veal ossobuco. It was a friend's birthday and she made us a delicious cake that, due to my allergy to buckwheat, I couldn't eat (my mistake for not communicating it in advance). But the chef immediately made me some delicious pure chocolate truffles so that I wouldn't be left craving sweets after the delicious dinner. In addition, she offered to come back the next day and she would make us a special dessert. So we did it and apart from having a luxurious meal again, we ended up with a chocolate dessert totally adapted to my allergies based on rice cake and sweet potato, which was delicious. Excellent quality, sensible price and super pleasant atmosphere. We will return to La Palma, 100% but we will also repeat in this wonderful restaurant! Thanks a lot for everything!

There is nothing I don't like here! I've been going for 5 years and it's always just as good or better! They vary the menu so there is always something new to try. They are lovely and the food is quality, vegan and gluten-free. Everything made by them. I don't give more stars because it's not possible but I recommend it 100% whether you are vegan or not.

The coffee was also great and there were plenty of options to choose from. Above all, the customer service was excellent. My wife and I prefer to eat gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan food and we travel internationally frequently. It is very difficult to find restaurants that meet both criteria while delivering creative and delicious food. Inner You cafe was exceptional. We had the beet root falafel wrap and pesto quinoa bowl with homemade cashew mozzarella cheese--both were great! We enjoyed our meal so much that we had dessert--raw lemon cheesecake and the chocolate tart--wow! It is obvious that the chef creates these foods with care--being mindful of presenting nutritional food that also looks beautiful.

I loved. I came to visit the island and several people had recommended me to come, a success. Very delicious food, abundant quantities (we ordered two meats and a cheese for two and we left), friendly and fast service, the place is spacious, with a very nice terrace and they have more intimate tables in some rooms. What I liked the most is that I told the waiter that I have celiac disease and asked if they had any gluten-free desserts. Without asking anything, he brought me a small tasting of all the gluten-free desserts they make, spectacular. A spectacular and very peculiar place, very pleasant and quiet. The food is magnificent, I thank the cooks and chef for making those meals have a special touch, the mini brunches have a price according to everything they put in, the cakes are on another level, my mouth waters every time I try them, I recommend the carrot cake, the chocolate cake as well as many others, they offer many gluten-free products such as cookies and Brownies with a gluten-free chocolate topping on top, then they offer us a gluten-free almond without sugar and Magnificent lactose-free, I recommend it👏🏻. On the other hand, it is worth highlighting the waitresses and waiters of that establishment who every time we go with the family make us leave super happy, happy and eager to return, they give a special touch to everything they offer us such as the little bar. with liquor, without liquor, teas with many varieties, they offer smoothies and juices of all flavors and made with great love for all customers 🫂. The prices are somewhat high but it is worth paying for all the work that all those waiters and cooks do in that great place. They have a new form of service that is not to everyone's liking but we have to look beyond a simple device, their new rules are to sit and look at the menu with all the peace of mind in the world since they offer us a QR code on all the tables of the establishment as well as two types of menus, one in English and the other in Spanish at the entrance of the establishment, when you know your entire order you have to go to the cashier to ask the waiter or waitress to have what you want at that moment they give you a white device that beeps when your order is ready, not everyone likes this new rule but we have to take into account all the clientele that enters the establishment who spend hours and hours talking and without thinking about what they are going to order Meanwhile, the waiters have a thousand things to do inside there and orders to take so that all their employees are satisfied. Another point to keep in mind and in favor of those waiters who fight every day so that everyone leaves happy is that despite these new regulations that each of those waiters and cooks have, they try to make it more enjoyable since they go to the tables to ask questions. if everything is good, if they are missing something, or if everything is to their liking, or else they ask you when you are going to leave or when you look at them or they have those 5 free minutes to ask them. I would go again a thousand times, it is an honor to be able to share with all of them every time I go 😍🫂🤤

As a Coeliac it was amazing being told they do a Gluten free breakfast and having the server detail exactly what is safe for me and their methods of cooking without me even needing to ask follow-up questions about cross-contamination, the knowledge of the staff was so refreshing. The food is brilliant, we even ordered some baguettes to go so we could have a nice lunch later in the day! Will definitely be coming back!

But what the boys conjure up from the small kitchen is incredible. My wife can't eat gluten because of celiac disease, so the choice is usually very limited. Everything in this restaurant was gluten-free except for the tiramisu. I can fully recommend this restaurant, whether for vegans or just because.
