The experience was so great we went twice in one day! The head chef came out and we talked over my multiple allergies. Then came up with a dish that was safe for me. The chef made sure the waitstaff and kitchen staff knew how to ring in the order and make it safely.

Food was great but the gluten free buns fell apart so ask for a lettuce wrap but that didn’t stop me from finishing the burger. Delish! Pak was a great server and very attentive. Music and atmosphere definitely gave us a taste of Nashville on our layover.

We LOVE this taco hub! This is one of the only places my husband (who is very allergic to gluten) can find hard taco shells. Laney was our server this time and was fabulous! Everyone we’ve ever had wait on us here has been wonderful. The tacos are second to none. We LOVE love love this restaurant; it’s our favorite here! If you’re on the fence, go! Support local artists (the place is full of local art!) and delightful tacos!

We found this gem while traveling through. It was a long day in the car & I have celiac. Finding somewhere gluten free while away from home is always a little stressful. The food here exceeded my expectations (try the garlic mayo!). Hillary went above & beyond in customer service. We left feeling refreshed & ready for the last leg of our trip home. We'll definitely put this as a stop on our way through!

This place is underrated and a hidden gem. The cowboy arepa was excellent, meat was perfect, flavor was phenomenal, and unlike some arepas I’ve had in the past, this one was not too greasy My wife got the empanada plate and absolutely loved it; they can also accommodate gluten free/celiac We will for sure be back here!

First off, I want to give props to the employees, because they were genuinely friendly and helpful. I have a gluten allergy so they were able to help me navigate that. But...there were some issues that majorly detracted from our experience. For one, all of the surfaces were sticky. For instance, as we were walking to our table, our shoes were sticking to the floor, and at our table, our food trays were sticking there too. Definitely not pleasant. If we hadn't already ordered, I don't think we would've. Second, the water (from the soda machine) was actually undrinkable. It had a nasty taste and a horrible ring. I took one sip and almost spit it out. My mom had the same issue and she had even used the other dispenser. As far as the food was concerned, these are average tex-mex style tacos (not adding or subtracting points for that) but the guacamole was delicious! In essence, the customer service couldn't outweigh the unpleasant store conditions, unacceptable water quality, and average at best food. I like the concept of this store; I hope they make improvements.

I really appreciate that they have some gluten free and seemingly healthier options! However, shrinkflation is outrageous and I don’t think I’ll be eating here anymore. Today, you get one mini taco, hardly filled, with two tortillas, at the price that hasn’t changed since 2-3 years ago. And back then, you got two overfilled tacos with 4 tortillas for the same exact price they are now. It really doesn’t need to be this way and the people are over it!

Besides the food and margaritas being absolutely amazing, we were in awe of the amazing staff. Our server Jeff was beyond kind, explained the menu to us, helped us with gluten free and nut free options, and had fun with us! Overall experience was 10/10 and will absolutely be going back. If you have a 6+ people the shareable meal option was more than enough food and delicious.

This booth in the farmer’s market is excellent. They have a wide selection of food to choose from for gluten-free vegans. Their potato tacos are excellent. Don’t knock it til you try potato tacos. The esquites are a delicious snack that are 100% vegan! They served the food quickly and it’s hard to beat the atmosphere of the Nashville’s Farmer Market.

In town for a basketball tournament. This was close to the school so I stopped in. Glad I did. Food was delicious and the servings were big. The young lady who took my order was great. I asked about gluten free and she recommended a dish that was perfect.

Got the Kim Jong Yumm tacos with corn tortillas, and noted that I had a gluten allergy while placing my order. When my tacos arrived the server informed me that the kitchen staff had chosen to put the sauce on the side (in small cups) because some of the ingredients had the possibility of cross contamination. This attention to detail is so very much appreciated and incredibly reassuring as a GF (soon to be repeat) customer.

If you’re looking for the best tacos in downtown Knoxville, you have to come here. Compared to Chivo and soccer taco, this is the best. We really love the fish tacos, dip trio and the Cuban. Portion sizes are really good. Our vegetarian friends love the black bean burger. I even have gluten-free friends that can enjoy a meal here. Their margaritas are the best downtown. I highly recommend the blood orange margarita. The atmosphere is quirky and fun, which matches their neon sign, paying homage to the name. It’s always lively, and there are some days you can catch live music. Prices are fair and good for what you’re getting. Portion size is filling. Since they’ve come under new ownership a few years ago, it has greatly improved. Previously, I would not go here. But now it’s become one of my favorites. I have even brought out of town clients here for dinner who have enjoyed it. It is a laid-back atmosphere. The service has always been excellent, and the staff has always been attentive. You can tell that people enjoy it there. I do recommend getting a reservation here if you are looking for outdoor seating or having a large party 6+, especially during their busy time at dinner. The patio feels quickly in the warmer months, so if you want that space get a reservation. Their back door leads to Marble Alley’s upstairs bar, which is a great place to go after you’ve had your fill for games, or to enjoy the bowling alley.

Good quality food, would recommend the bacon Bloody Mary. While they do have gluten free bread on the menu they had none during our visit and there was very little else that could be prepared gluten free.

Excellent tacos. Especially the salmon and shrimp tacos. A really clutch spot for the area. Many of the restaurants around there don’t have a lot of gluten or dairy free options so this was a relief finding this place. Clearly marked gluten free menu (ask at the counter). Very accommodating and patient with questions.

I went to this restaurant on the 6/28, a Saturday. I was very careful to explain to the server, Mattie, that I have Celiac Disease and cannot digest rice. She wrote all these details on the order form. When my food came, the fajitas looked, smelled, and tasted delicious. I took a tortilla, filled it up and took a bite. I realized it was not a corn tortilla, which i specifically and clearly requested. Mattie checked and confirmed it was a flour tortilla. They removed the cost of the meal from my bill, so I paid for my granddaughter’s food and our drinks. The manager and Mattie apologized. So, here I am on Monday, 6/30 still in bed and very very sick. One bite of a flour tortilla gave me food poisoning. It is not worth the price of a free meal. I have not had food poisoning in 4 years, also at a restaurant, PF Changs. I request that all staff responsible for serving meals should have some kind of checking system to ensure a customer’s needs are seen to. Those customers with food issues should double and triple check with the server since nobody can be trusted.
